Sime Darby Property review: Defect and safety

This is concerning Lot15 SJCC a newly developed supposed to be prestigious condominium in Subang Jaya developed by Sime Darby Property. This property consist of 2 blocks. A and B. Tower A recently had a very serious incident of flood with ankle high water level due to default in the wet riser system used for fire hazard. The water damaged the lift and most of the electrical system involved which to my opinion is dangerous. It has been a few weeks where the access card system is out. This may cause security issue also ie any one without card can access residency using lift. Though I am not from Tower A I do fear that this may happen to my block. I really hope the developer would seriously look into this to avoid same mishap from repeating itself in the second tower n certify that all access lifts are safe to use. This residency is only 1 year plus since keys were delivered n such a big issue happened. It is indeed disappointing.
