Dear Sirs,
This is to notify you that on Januray 17th I´ve subscribed for a 6 month signature on Singles50, but the amount billed to my credit card was not the one I agreed with. I agreed to be charged on SEK 79, 00 per month during 6 months, instead of SEK 79, 00 per week, totalizing the amount of SEK 1.896 already charged on my credit card.
So, on January 27th, I sent an email to kundservice@singles50.se requesting the cancellation of the total amount billed on my credit card.
My request wasn´t accepted and Singles50 informed that all the information was there and that I missread the information.
I feel very upset and frustrated about that, once I am eligible to request the full cancellation of this subscription in within 2 weeks. My request was denied and nothing was done until now. My 2 weeks to request a cancellation will expire on January 31st.
My desire now is that Singles50.se proceed with the full cancellation of the this subscription because I don´t trust on this way of doing business.
Looking forward for a fast resolution.
