I been tryna reach these guys but their voicemail is always full and they ain't been answering my emails. I sent 'em over $1000 worth of cards and ain't heard nothin' back. I know the cards got delivered 'cause I got the USPS tracking number "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX". I just want my cards back, man.
1955, 5, item number missing
1955, 5, item number missing. Auction ended 4/23, paid 4/24. Label created 4/30 via USPS. Item wasn't shipped, per tracking. No response from company via phone or email as of 5/14. Totally unreliable, worst customer service, no follow-up. A complete circus. Avoid consigning or bidding with Sirius, it's a nightmare.
I got 4 coins from Sirius on 1/9/22
I got 4 coins from Sirius on 1/9/22. Got the package on 1/18/22 and opened it quick. But there was only 3 coins, the 2018 s dime was gone. I emailed Sirius right away about it. I sent 5 emails now but no reply. I called them a lot and left messages but no answer. Seems like a problem since others also got the same problem and no one's listening.

As a result, only 0% of 11 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- Siriussportsauctions.com has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The siriussportsauctions.com may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
- Sirius Auctions protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.

I bought some coins from Sirius Auctions on two different days - Oct 20th 2021 - invoice #XXXXXXXXX for $149.00 - Oct 21, 2021 - invoice# XXXXXXXXX for $72.00. I paid with my Paypal account and gave them my shipping address. But they sent the coins to an old POBox. The tracking number said the coins were returned to sender. I emailed them at least 10 times and they said they would look for the coins and send them to the right address. But that was in December. I've sent 5 more emails but no reply. I tried calling but the phone is always busy. This is so stupid. I just want my coins or my money back.

I went to Sirius Auctions website and bid on some U.S. Certified Coins. I won some coins at Auction #*** and paid $376 on 7/23/2022. They sent me a package in the mail but when I checked the coins, one was missing. I emailed them at ***@siriusauctions.com and told them about the missing coin for Lot #*** that I paid $39.00 for. I didn't hear back from them, so I called their phone number (443) *** and left a message. They still didn't respond, so I sent two more emails and still no response.
I sent a big box of old cards that were graded: USPS XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX They got it on 3/8 but they haven't sold them yet
I sent a big box of old cards that were graded: USPS XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX They got it on 3/8 but they haven't sold them yet. They only answered one of my emails and their phone is full. I got this message: "Hello ***, (April 28th) Please check your consignor account with us. Are those the cards you are referring to or were there multiple shipments? We sent out the check for that consignment earlier in the week. Thanks" I want my cards back or a good answer about what's happening with them. The cards are worth about 5K and there are around XXX-XXX from 1956 Topps to 1964 Topps in PSA 7-9. If they lost my cards then I want my money back or a credit to buy something else from them. Thanks.
May 2, 2022, I won 3 lots in Sirius Auctions auction
May 2, 2022, I won 3 lots in Sirius Auctions auction. I got Lot (1) - 1999-S Delaware Silver Quarter in Proof 70 for $527, Lot (2) 1999-S New Jersey Silver Quarter Proof 70 for $99, and Lot (3) 1999-S Pennsylvania Silver Quarter Proof 70 for $87. Invoice #-XXXXXXXX. I sent back the Delaware and the New Jersey 'cause they had flaws in the coins. Proof 70 is supposed to be flawless even under magnification. I used USPS with signature confirmation-(XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX). I called lots of times using the phone # on their web site but couldn't reach anyone and the voice mail box was full every time I called. I also sent two emails asking about my refund but got NO response. I know they have a return policy 'cause I've returned stuff before. I hope you can help me get either the refund for the two items totaling $626 or have the two coins returned to me so I can try to sell them on Ebay. Thanks for your help...
Dude, I gotta say, Sirius Auctions is not the best
Dude, I gotta say, Sirius Auctions is not the best. Their online stuff is all messed up and they don't even answer their phone. I tried calling them in February and their mailbox was full. And don't even get me started on their website - it's like they don't even check their email or forms. I finally got a hold of them and they said they only got one email from me, even though I sent a bunch. Plus, their *** page hasn't been updated since 2018. I tried messaging them on there and they never answered. I don't even think they're on *** anymore. I found an address on their Sports card page and they finally responded, but now they're not answering me about this coin I want to buy. It's been three days and they haven't said if it's still available or not. I'm starting to think they might be a scam. Watch out for Sirius Auctions, guys.

I got the package on 8/17, but there were only 6 coins in the box. I sent an email on the same day, but they didn't answer. I called, but the mailbox was full. I sent another email on 8/19, but still no answer. I sent a 3rd email on 8/25 saying I would complain to the ComplaintsBoard.com if they didn't answer in 7 days.
