To whom this may concern I am writing this email as I have already complained via sizzling pub itself on 1 occasion I was replied to asking for further information which I done so promptly, I have sent a further 2 emails as I am not happy with my response atal and still over a week on I am still ignored. This was a complaint about the food me and my family received also the toilet facilities were appalling when taking my young daughter...please find attached email sent ...

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Eating In
The issue that I have experienced was: I took my family of 5 out for a meal when ordering our food we informed the bartender who took our orders how we would like our steak cooked ect (medium) when all of our meals came out the steaks was very well cooked to the point it could barely be chewed, obviously I complained and sent back what was needed, as my family sat and had there meal I was left to eat without it wasn't until all had eaten mine eventually came out
It occurred on: 10/02/2020
This meant that... It's not often we all manage to get the time to eat together with work commitments ect but when we pay to go out as a family it becomes quite upsetting to not manage to eat all together as one, not only this the female toilets were absolutely appalling 3 out of the 4 cubicles were full of feces and dirty toilet seats, again I informed a bartender of the matter but before I left approx 1 hour later one of the children needed to use the facilities and again it wasn't possible so this was clearly ignored or forgotten about
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
