Ordered air filters from Skuttle Manufacturing Inc. through their website on ***. Placed the order on 3/13/2022 for "1x 3-Pack DB-25x20 MERV 8 Filter Replacement" priced at $75.00 each. The total cost, including shipping, was $110.00 USD. However, despite emailing their support team, I never received the product. On 5/2/2022, I reached out to their service and received a response from "Debby ***" stating that there were delays due to covid and the filters would arrive in another 4-5 weeks. I completely forgot about the order until today, 3/10/2023, when I realized that I still haven't received the filters while attempting to change my current one.

I ordered Humidifier Replacement Filters on 3/22/22 and the company charged my Credit Card but never sent the product. I have contacted them several times and they said they are backordered and should be 4-5 weeks. Now I tried to contact the company by phone and nobody answers the phone, there is a recording stating to send an email and they will reply to email. As of today, no email and the message is still on the company phone. *** I don't know how to get my money back as the website is still active on the internet and you can't communicate with them. I have been extremely patient. Now this product is not available anywhere and I had a new humidifier replaced on my furnace. I need this order cancelled and my money refunded.

I ordered air filters for my HVAC system in May 2022. I paid $110.00 for the order but never got the products. I emailed the company last August and they said the shipment was delayed because of covid (they were running 5-7 weeks behind). E-mail is attached. I contacted them again in December , and then in February and March 2023. No response, and the phone number doesn't work anymore. Their website is still up and running, and it looks like you can still place orders. I want my money back (or get the products), but I know that won't happen now since they don't answer calls or emails. I don't get why the website still has a 2023 copyright. I wanted to complain so that others don't get ripped off.
