I got my Skybell from skybell.com back in 2017, and I gotta say, it was a pretty easy setup. All I had to do was connect it to the power source from my old doorbell, and it was good to go. It's like, "oh, there was a danger, but it's gone now, sorry." And half the time, there's no sound or video anyway.
And then there's the camera itself. Sometimes I don't get any alerts when somebody drops off a package, and other times I get a bunch of false alarms when there's nobody there. I've tried messing with the motion sensor settings, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
And don't even get me started on the customer support. They're useless. It's like they don't even care if their product works or not. The "live chat" thing on their website is always offline, and when I leave a message, it takes forever to get a response. And when I do finally hear back from them, they just blame me for everything. Like, "oh, it's your wifi signal" or "oh, it's your electrical connection" or some other nonsense. It's obvious that the SkyBell was just a dud from the get-go.
So yeah, I'm definitely asking for my money back. This thing is a total waste of time and money.
