I reserved 2 rental vehicles in Florida. In the confirmation email from skyscanner, the price for the rentals was higher by 50% than what I had reserved. I canceled the reservations within 7 days of making them. Also the cancellation was more 48 hours prior to the time I was to pick up the vehicles. According to their refund policy, this should have qualified me for a full refund. Instead, they kept $113 of my money! I sent them polite emails asking for their help. Never got a response. This company is bad news. Stay away!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have tried booking flight ticket but the amount was deducted but ticket was not booked and they are not responding and customer care number is not working.
Date of booking the ticket 25th January time of booking 6:55 PM need to resolve the issue either by confirming the ticket or by giving my money refund
I have booked the ticket from Tuticorin to Chennai on 11/03/2023 timing 07.45 am to 09.30 am flight. I made the payment but I did not get the ticket. My email id is guru8393@gmail.com
A flight booking was booked through skyscanner from Dehradun to Bangalore on 29 May 2024, 0929 hrs. However ticket was not confirmed by vistara airlines and i confirmed the same from vistara customer care. The agent asked to contact skyscanner for refund.
