Purchased unit in March, 1 of the 2 dock pro units would not function after 3 hours on the phone with customer support. They sent a new unit and after another 2 hours with support they admitted it was also defective.
Tired of making the effort to solve their defective product issues, I was given an RMA and shipping labels and returned the entire system 25 days later, in April, well within the 90 day sleep guarantee. Then radio silence, no response, no refund, nada.
I saw a email from them yesterday announcing they had been acquired by a new company (hopefully one that can manufacture a product that actually works) and used that new help email link to "open a new issue" and received the following slimy response dated August 25, 120 days after they received the unit back:
"Hello Sam,
Thank you for reaching back out. As a newly acquired company we are not able to provide past refunds. We are asking that you file a dispute with the financial company used to make the purchase. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Thank you,
Dawn"
Desired outcome: Receive a full refund as promised.
