I really like Smockingbird Kids! They got smocked clothes that are like what I got for my daughter a long time ago from private kid shops! I'm so happy I found a place where I can buy smocked dresses for my GRANDDAUGHTER! Good quality, good sale prices!

The dresses are great and the price is right, but the customer service is not so good. I've been shopping here for four years, but when my daughter's back-to-school dress didn't come on time (I ordered it in May), they didn't want to do anything about it. They wouldn't give me my shipping money back or give me credit for a future purchase. You might want to go somewhere else where they care more about their customers.

This company is the worst, their customer service is terrible. I ordered something on October 28th and they said it would ship out that week, but I never got any tracking info. I sent them a bunch of emails on November 11th, 21st, and December 3rd, but they never responded until I complained on social media. They wouldn't give me a refund and kept saying the item was on its way. They said it was delivered on December 7th, but I still haven't gotten it. They kept telling me I could return it once I got it, but how can I do that if I never got it? This company is the worst, don't waste your money. I can see that other people have had the same problems too.

I ordered from Smockingbird and the first order was cute. Second order took a while but was okay. Third order from April still hasn't come and they won't help me. I emailed and called but they keep giving me the runaround. It's July now and they still haven't fixed it. Christine said it was insured but the website said it wasn't. I called again but no one answered.

I been shopping with smockingbird since my daughter was born. I got some pre orders that I'm still waiting for, and I always been happy with them until now. My mom ordered a monogrammed outfit for my daughter with all three initials. We never do just one, because her name is ***, but we called her ***. They sent the outfit with just the letter "A" even though it was marked for *** her initials. My mom called to fix the monogram, and a woman named *** told my mother that it's her own fault for not checking the font chart and had the WORST attitude ever. She said they don't do the font *** in three lettered monograms. If this is the case someone should have followed up and asked instead of just choosing one of three letters, as my daughter doesn't go by the "A" initial that they chose for us. I'm most concerned with the extreme let down of an employee being extremely rude to a grandma who just wanted to understand why her order came in wrong, and then hang up on her. I spend a lot of money with this company, but that stops now just on account of how awful *** treated my mother on the phone. Customer service is number 1 in small business, and there is plenty of other children's boutiques with good attitudes willing to be friendly and helpful.

I spent a lot of money on Christmas outfits for my three kids with custom monogramming and I never got them. When I asked what happened, they said I gotta contact someone else and they wouldn't give me a refund or make new outfits. Then I ordered christening outfits and one came with black ink stains. They told me to clean it but it didn't work and they didn't have any more to send me. No refund either. The last straw was when I ordered three swimsuits and they only sent two without telling me. They refunded me for the third but wouldn't take the other two back. This company is the worst and there are better ones out there like Beaufort bonnet co, stitchyfish, and *** brorthers. Smockingbird needs to get their act together and stop ripping people off.

I bought stuff from Smockingbird, Inc. on Nov 4, 2021. The order #2-91405 cost me $123.29. I hit them up on Nov 18 cuz my order hadn't shipped yet. They got back to me on Nov 20 and said it was shipped and not in the warehouse no more. I hit them up again on Nov 23 cuz I still ain't got my stuff. On Nov 29 they said there ain't no update from the shipper and I should hit up the postal service. As far as I know, the shipper gotta be responsible till it gets to my crib. How do I even know they sent the right stuff or packed it right so it don't break in shipping? To make it worse, I had to order again cuz I needed my stuff and couldn't wait for them to fix it. I want my money back or at least store credit.
