I've been shopping with joyfolie for almost two years now and let me tell you, when I first started shopping with them, the quality was AMAZING, the styles were adorable, and the sales made everything affordable. However, in the past year, I've noticed a decline in the quality of the items. I've received multiple defective items, which the fashion consultants have always been super helpful with. But it's SO frustrating to have this keep happening. I'm constantly told that this never happens... but it has happened to me a lot. I'll admit, I order A LOT from them. The thing that really bums me out is that they only give you store credit. You can never just get a refund for anything. When we went to check out, we noticed a banner that said "30% off with code SAVE30 *excludes select products*". We added the $118 dress to our cart and clicked on the checkout button. The next screen asked us to enter a gift card or discount code, and we saw another banner that read "USE CODE SAVE30 FOR 30% OFF *SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY*". We scrolled down to the bottom of the page, but there was no additional information or "*some exclusions" listed. So, we decided to use the code and the dress ended up costing $82.60. When we received the dress, we were disappointed to find out that it was too big for my daughter's size small body. We thought about getting it altered, but it would have been too costly. So, my wife went to their website to initiate a return.
