Hanna Andersson First and last

I bought pijamas for my family, spent more than 300$and after 2 days they sent me an item that I didn't ordered, they took 5$ of my money for shipping and took almost a month to received MY
MONEY BACK of something that was Their mistake :/

Hanna Andersson Great products, terrible shipping experience

I use their burb cloths, they are the softest and most wonderful, if you can be patient. It takes them approximately 14 days to even ship. This is the most terrible, slowest shipping experience I've had. They need to get up to speed with shipping.

Hanna Andersson Customer Service Needs Improvement

Not the most customer-friendly children's shop.

1 -- Customers must pay for return shipping. With higher prices, the challenge of fitting growing children, and Hann's wonky clothing size variations, returns can be prohibitively expensive.
2 -- Even if an item ordered goes on sale within hours of your purchase, Hanna makes no price adjustments. Not typical of most retailers.
3 -- The clothing is cute and comfortable, but don't think I'll be shopping here again.

Order #*** -- couldn't get image to upload due to format, but this is a legit purchase from 08/25/22

Hanna Andersson Great clothing

All of my experiences with this company have been positive so far. My orders have been correct and shipped quickly. Communication has been good. Most of all, we love the clothes! My granddaughter thinks they are soft and comfortable. We think they are adorable!

Hanna Andersson The worst

I used to love shopping at their online store but I am never buying from them again. I placed an order for a set of PJs on Jan. 4th and 10 days later still did not receive a shipment confirmation. Two days ago I emailed their Customer Service department to check on the status of my order, and as of today still did not hear anything back. I know in the past it has taken them a week to ship my orders, which granted is still a pretty long time. But this was the fist time it was taking this long, over 10 days.

I finally got a hold of someone named Holly via chat, and explained the situation and my frustration. She was totally unapologetic, and said it's normal for orders to arrive after 10 days. I reiterated that it was over 10 days later, I I hadn't even received a shipment confirmation. And also that Customer Service had never gotten back to me. She told me that they're just a few days behind due to holiday clearance order fulfillments. I asked for a manager contact to whom I could send feedback, and she provided their standard customer service email, which I already have. I asked for an actual manager contact and she declined, flatly stating that they don't provide that. Holly had all the understanding, professionalism and compassion of a robot. I think this was actually the worst customer service chat experience I've ever had.

Their clothes are on the pricey side, but I've splurged on them in the past because I really liked them. Well, now I have a really good excuse not to. This is actually great because now I can spend more of my limited budget on baby clothes from brands like Boden and Posh Peanuts, where the customer service doesn't suck.

Hanna Andersson They canceled my order without asking me!

I ordered $600-$700 worth of clothing from them and paid with PayPal. They sent me an email asking information about my bank and credit card (not the actual account numbers) but using PayPal there is no way they would know what it was linked to. I would not give it to them and next thing I know, my order was canceled! I spent hours doing this order! I am so disappointed. They flip-flopped that it was a mistake and that it was because I did not respond to their request about bank information in time which is not true because after I emailed them I would not be giving them extra information, it was the next day they canceled my order out of the blue. I called customer service and they told me 11 items of my order are now no longer available and I, not them, would have to do the order all over again online if I wanted to use PayPal. They said they wouldn't be able to do my order over the phone (the remaining items left that were still available) if I was going to use PayPal but if I were to do a credit card, they would be able to re-create my order (whatever was left of it) over the phone. I was also told I could get a 20% discount that I could use to pay for my shipping because it would be the same as the shipping. They said I could get an email with the code which I never received. They ended the conversation abruptly after the customer service agent said there was nothing else she could do and that she would have to release the phone call and I said fine; suddenly, the conversation ended abruptly and there was a recording about how they were doing. There were no closing words like thank you for doing business with us or have a wonderful day or is there anything else I can do for you. Also, to talk with a manager about the problem of my order being canceled out of the blue, I was told that they would call me back within 24 hours. This is terrible customer service. I don't think I will be buying from this store in the foreseeable future.

Hanna Andersson Nightmare Experience with Hanna Andersson Customer Service

The customer service at Hanna Andersson is absolutely terrible! I've been trying to return a few items for a whole month now, and it's been a complete nightmare. They claim to have sent me a return label not once, but twice (or so they say...), but I haven't received it at all! It's so frustrating! (((((

Hanna Andersson Disappointing Experience with Hanna Andersson: Refund Issue and Poor Customer Service

I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with Hanna Andersson. I tried to get a refund for a gift I returned, but guess what? They didn't give it to me! Can you believe that? They claimed they sent out a card for an exchange, but I never got it. I'm tellin' ya, I'm so frustrated right now. This company is a real letdown, and I wouldn't recommend 'em to anyone.

Hanna Andersson Misleading Pricing and Poor Customer Service Experience with Hanna Andersson

So, I was browsing the Hanna Andersson website and saw some items on sale. I thought, "Hey, great deal!" But guess what? After I placed my order, they ended up charging me the full price! Can you believe it? I was not happy at all.

Naturally, I reached out to their customer service to sort things out. And let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. The representative I spoke to had the audacity to argue with me, claiming that the price displayed on the website wasn't actually what I had to pay. Can you imagine? Talk about false advertising!

I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of con men. It's just not right to lure customers in with discounted prices and then hit them with the full amount later. It's misleading and downright unfair. I was so disappointed in Hanna Andersson.

Honestly, I think it's best to boycott this company altogether. They clearly don't value their customers or their trust. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same frustrating experience I had. Save yourself the trouble and find a more honest and trustworthy retailer.

Horrible service! I ordered from Hanna Andersson almost a month ago, and they promised to deliver my items in just two weeks. But guess what? I'm still waiting! Can you believe it? I've sent them three emails, and guess what? No response! Can you imagine the frustration? So, my advice to you is to take your business elsewhere. Hanna Andersson Disappointing Experience with Hanna Andersson: Mistakes, Delays, and Poor Customer Service

So, I recently made a purchase on Hanna Andersson's website. I was looking to buy some pajamas for my whole family, and boy did I end up spending a lot of money! I shelled out over 300 bucks for this order. But guess what? After waiting for two whole days, they sent me an item that I didn't even order! Can you believe that? And to top it off, they had the audacity to charge me 5 dollars for shipping. Like, seriously? It's their mistake, and yet they're making me pay for it.

To make matters worse, it took them nearly a month to refund my hard-earned money. I mean, come on! It was their fault in the first place, and now I have to wait around for ages just to get my own money back. It's frustrating, to say the least. I expected better from a company like Hanna Andersson.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience. Spending so much money and then having to deal with their mistakes and delays is just not cool. I hope they can improve their customer service and avoid making such errors in the future. It's important for companies to take responsibility for their actions and make things right for their customers.

Hanna Andersson Hanna Andersson: Amazing Products, But Slow Shipping Needs Improvement

I gotta tell ya, I'm a big fan of Hanna Andersson's burp cloths. They're seriously the softest and most wonderful things ever. But lemme warn ya, if you're in a hurry, you better buckle up and get ready to wait. It takes 'em like a solid 14 days just to ship your order. And let me tell ya, that's not exactly what I'd call speedy delivery.

Now, don't get me wrong, I love their products. The quality is top-notch and the burp cloths are worth the wait. But come on, Hanna Andersson, it's 2021! We live in a world where we can get stuff delivered to our doorstep in, like, two days. So why does it take 'em so dang long to ship?

I mean, I get it, they probably have a lot of orders to process and all that jazz. But seriously, they need to step up their shipping game. It's a real bummer when you're eagerly waiting for your package and it feels like it's taking forever to arrive. Patience may be a virtue, but it's not exactly my strong suit, ya know?

So, Hanna Andersson, if you're listening, please, for the love of all things soft and wonderful, speed up your shipping process. Your products are amazing, but the wait time is a real downer. Hanna Andersson Terrible Customer Service and Double Charges: My Frustrating Experience with Hanna Andersson

So, I had this issue with Hanna Andersson, you know, the online store. I placed an order and guess what? They charged me twice! Can you believe it? I mean, come on, that's just not cool. And to make matters worse, when I tried to get in touch with their customer service, it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

I thought, hey, maybe the website chat can help me out. So, I clicked on it and it said I would be connected to an agent in 13 minutes. Alright, I can wait, no problem. But guess what? 20 minutes went by and that darn timer still said 13 minutes! Seriously, what's up with that? It's like they don't want you to reach a real person.

I mean, I get it, customer service can be busy and all, but this was just ridiculous. I just wanted to talk to someone and sort out this double charge mess. Is that too much to ask? Apparently, for Hanna Andersson, it is.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience. It's frustrating when you can't get the help you need, especially when you've been charged twice for something. I hope they improve their customer service because this kind of thing just isn't acceptable.
