Ordered some clothes from Justice on March 26, 2022. They charged my credit card right away, but I never got a shipping confirmation. I tried to contact them a few times, but I couldn't get through to anyone. I don't think this is a good company to buy clothes from. There are other places that are more reliable.

I ordered some clothes from Justice - Girls Clothes (shopjustice.com) in the summer, hoping to get some back-to-school outfits for my daughter. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my order until the end of September, which was a major bummer. By that time, the seasons were already changing and I had to buy other clothes for my daughter to wear. To make matters worse, Justice charges for returns, which is pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with this company. It's no wonder that a lot of their stores have closed down - they clearly don't prioritize customer satisfaction.

I felt like I had been scammed.

Overall, my experience with Justice - Girls Clothes (shopjustice.com) was not a good one. They promoted a sale that they couldn't fulfill, didn't update their customers on the delay, and then canceled orders without explanation. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

So, I recently ordered some clothes from Justice - Girls Clothes (shopjustice.com) and I gotta say, I was pretty excited to receive my package. However, when the day finally came for my package to arrive, it was delivered to the wrong place! Can you believe it? I was so upset and frustrated.

I immediately contacted Justice's customer service team to see what they could do to help me out. Unfortunately, their response wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. They basically told me that there was nothing they could do at that point and suggested that I contact my bank for further assistance. What?! I couldn't believe it. I mean, shouldn't they be responsible for making sure their packages are delivered to the right place?

I was really disappointed with their response and their lack of accountability. I think it's only fair that they hold the courier responsible for losing their items and reship my order through a responsible courier. It's not like I did anything wrong, so why should I have to suffer the consequences of their mistake?

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Justice - Girls Clothes (shopjustice.com). I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but now I'm not so sure if I want to order from them again. I just hope that they can improve their customer service and policies in the future so that other customers don't have to go through what I did.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience shopping at Justice. I placed three different orders, two on August 2nd and one on August 3rd, and it's now August 27th and I've only received one of them. And even that one was missing a couple items! I mean, come on, Justice, get it together.

I've tried calling their customer service number, but all I get is a voicemail saying they're working on their phone lines. That's just not acceptable. I need to talk to a real person about my missing items and my other orders that haven't even arrived yet.

To make matters worse, the order that did arrive was marked as "fulfilled" but it took over a week to actually ship out. That's just not right. I don't have time to wait around for my clothes to arrive, especially when I've already paid for them.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be ordering from Justice again. This whole experience has been so unprofessional and frustrating. I just want my clothes, you know? So yeah, never again Justice, never again.

I ordered a bunch of clothes from Justice on 12/01/2019. I was so excited to receive them, but I got two different tracking numbers. I received the smallest package on 12/09/2019. I was supposed to receive the other package today, 12/10/2019. But when I checked the tracking number, I saw that it was returned to the sender per the sender's request. I called Justice and spoke to three different people. A customer service rep and two supervisors. They all said the same thing, "Oh well, you'll get a refund once we get the package back." They didn't seem to care that these items were Christmas gifts for my daughter. The young lady said I could purchase them again, but they were out of stock. The second young lady said I could wait until they come back in stock. The gentleman said it was not Justice's fault, it's UPS or the post office's fault. None of this is my fault, and I don't feel like I should have to spend more money and not know if it'll happen again or not. I am extremely unhappy with Justice. I have never had this problem before, and I have always received wonderful customer service. This is unacceptable. I don't think I would ever buy anything from them again.

I've been shopping at Justice for four years now, and I have to say, they pull a lot of shady tricks. We all know they got sued for putting up sale signs when items never went off sale. Now, instead of putting things on sale, they offer you free items if you buy a certain amount of product. The catch? They only send a few of these free items to the store, and they DO NOT include them if you buy online.

Thinking of contacting customer service after a deal doesn't go through online? Think again. They say they'll contact you in a few days, but they won't. It could be two weeks before you hear back from them.

Despite all of this, I do like their items. They stand up to my 9-year-old's wear and tear. However, they are overpriced. And if you're buying in stores, you might not find the right size. Heaven forbid you have twins, because most of the time they only have one of a certain size.

Last but not least, do NOT order anything that could break in the mail. Luckily, I only ordered clothes, because the mailman was so embarrassed to drop it off that he set it down and ran. The tape the company used fell off during transit, and the post office ripped it. The box was smashed, and the items were thankfully in plastic inside, but the inside was full of dirt! So, open it outside unless you already need to vacuum.

I ordered some clothes at the beginning of May, and it's already May 20th, but I only received one item out of the three that I purchased. They charged my credit card right away, but it took them almost three weeks to send me just one item! And now, they still haven't processed the other two items, so they haven't even shipped yet. I talked to a customer service representative named Rebecca K., and I asked her to cancel the rest of my order. At first, she said she couldn't do it, but then she said she could send an email to make the request. But she wouldn't give me a reference number for my instructions to cancel the order. It was such a nightmare just to buy a few articles of clothing!

I don't think it's worth it to shop at Justice anymore, especially online. They blame everything on COVID, like their customer service being down, the chat being limited, shipping, processing of orders, and everything else. But there are plenty of other retailers that have figured out how to send orders with no or minimal delays. So, I would recommend that you don't shop online at Justice, or else you might never see your orders again.

I was beyond frustrated at this point, so I decided to call customer service. But guess what? I had to wait on hold for 45 minutes before I could even talk to someone. And when I finally did get through, the customer service rep was no help at all. They just walked me through the same process I'd already gone through, and told me that they couldn't actually see what items were available until after I'd submitted my payment information. What kind of nonsense is that?

To make matters worse, I'd actually opened a Justice credit card specifically for this sale. And now I was stuck with a useless credit card and no clothes to show for it. Customer service didn't seem to care at all, and I felt like I'd been totally baited and switched.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Justice's online store. I don't think online shopping should be like gambling, where you have to bid on items and hope you get lucky. And I definitely don't appreciate being misled and wasting hours of my time for nothing.

This company is like, the worst ever! I bought some boots for Christmas online and they were like, way too small. So I ordered some new ones and printed out the invoice from the website (I lost the original return shipping stickers when I was wrapping presents, ugh). I went to the store to return the boots and get my money back on my credit card, but the store wouldn't take the online invoice. They said I could only get store credit and they wouldn't even credit my Justice credit card. I called them twice and it was like, the most ridiculous thing ever. I had to talk to so many different people and departments just to get a measly $20 refund. It's so manipulative and meant to wear moms down, you know? I'm so done with Justice. I'm cutting up my card and my daughter is going to be so bummed. There's even a class action lawsuit against them, so you know they're not good. Shop somewhere with ethics, people! This company is just not worth it.

In the end, I had to scramble to find a replacement gift for my niece. It wasn't as nice as the clothes I had originally ordered, but at least she had something to open on Christmas morning. I was really disappointed with Justice, though. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

This company is just terrible. They don't care about their customers at all! They cancelled everyone's orders during the $2 sale and then turned around and put the same clothes on their website for a higher price. It's just not right. I will never shop with Justice again. They are just straight up trash and liars.

Justice is a store that sells clothes for girls. I have had a bad experience with their customer service. They charged me for an order that I did not place and they are not helping me cancel it. They just want to give me another gift card instead of refunding me. This is not good customer service and I am not happy with it. I will not be shopping at Justice anymore because of this. Their customer service is horrible.
