SoftMoc Great Products but Disappointing Customer Service: My SoftMoc Review

So, I bought some shoes from SoftMoc and the things I ordered were pretty good. They got here on time and everything looked great. But when it came to customer service, I was pretty let down. They were not helpful at all! It's pretty evident that they need to get their act together on that one. Maybe if they put more effort into that kind of thing, they would be a better store. Overall, if you don't care about customer service too much, SoftMoc is a good store with quality items.

SoftMoc SoftMoc Review: Terrible Website, Misleading Product, Poor Customer Service

. Their website is a mess, hard to navigate and understand what's going on. The product I received was not what I expected at all, even though the description and pictures were misleading. Shipping took forever and the package was damaged when it arrived. Overall, SoftMoc has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Listen, this store was a big disappointment. I ain't coming back. Their customer service is just plain terrible. They don't seem to care about customers and say the same thing over and over again, just in a different way. I ain't got time for that. Plus, their website is a real headache - hard to understand and find what I was looking for. I finally found what I wanted, but it was nothing like the pictures and descriptions showed it to be. Just a complete mess.

To add to my frustration, the shipping took a heck of a long time. And when it finally arrived, the package was all banged up. I was so ticked off. SoftMoc really dropped the ball this time.

Bottom line: don't bother with SoftMoc. They're just not worth it.

SoftMoc Solid Selection and Fair Prices: SoftMoc Shoe Review

but it got sorted out in the end. SoftMoc is pretty easy to navigate and the prices are fair. Plus, they've got a good selection of shoes to pick from. Only downside is the shipping can be a bit slow but if you're not in a rush, it's not a big deal. Overall, SoftMoc is a solid option for getting some new kicks.

SoftMoc SoftMoc Review: Amazing Customer Service & Payment Plan for Budget Shopping

SoftMoc is the bomb! Their online shopping is just as sick as the in-person experience. And can you believe it? They even offer a payment plan on their site! Break down your payments into four chunks and get what you want without breaking the bank. I just made an order and guess what? I had a sweet $40 reward to throw at my purchase. It was a no-brainer. Overall, SoftMoc is killin' it with their customer service and perks. Love it.

SoftMoc False Advertising: Softmoc's "Free Returns" Policy is Misleading and Frustrating

I gotta say, I was pretty steamed when I heard Softmoc say that returning stuff was gonna be free. But when I tried to return some busted up slippers, they made me pay for shipping! Can you believe that? I shelled out $64 for those stupid things, and then had to pay more cashola just to send 'em back. And then, to top it off, Softmoc couldn't even tell me if my slippers were actually defective until they got 'em back. That's just straight up lame.

Honestly, Softmoc's customer service totally blew chunks. They didn't even try to make things right, just made me jump through all these hoops just to return my lousy slippers. All in all, I felt pretty ripped off by the whole situation. Like, dang, if they're gonna offer free returns, they should actually mean it, ya know? So yeah, I wouldn't recommend shopping with Softmoc if you're looking for a hassle-free experience. Save yourself some stress and hit up a different site instead.

SoftMoc Terrible Customer Service at SoftMoc: Don't Waste Your Money or Time!

SoftMoc is one of the worst places to shop, don't waste your money or time! Customer service is absolutely terrible and the managers don't even care about the problems their customers have. I had a really bad experience with them when I bought a pair of Ugg boots that turned out to be defective. I contacted the Ugg company and they told me to bring them back to SoftMoc for an exchange. The problem was, SoftMoc didn't want to help me out at all. They refused to do anything about the situation, even though I had proof that the boots were defective. I paid $120 for a pair of unwearable boots, and SoftMoc did nothing to rectify the issue.

I was really disappointed and frustrated with their customer service. It's really a sad thing to see a company treat their customers in such a poor manner. I can't believe that SoftMoc thinks it's okay to scam people out of their money and rights. I won't be shopping there again, and I recommend that you steer clear of SoftMoc as well.

Overall, SoftMoc is a terrible company to deal with. Their personnel are very unhelpful and uncaring. I don't think I've ever had such a bad experience with a retailer before. It's really too bad that they don't value their customers more. I hope that anyone reading this review will take my advice and avoid SoftMoc at all costs.

SoftMoc Softmoc Customer Service Review: Poor Support and Quality Control

Got myself a new pair of Vans skate shoes from Softmoc, and they looked great! But after only a wee month of light wear, I noticed that the soles were coming away from the shoes. According to the Softmoc website, I could take them into the store, so I did; the Seven Oaks shopping centre in Abbotsford. Sadly, the store manager told me that they wouldn't take the shoes back because they're not meant for everyday use - but there was nothing on either the Softmoc or Vans website about that!

I tried reaching out to Softmoc's customer service online, hoping to find out what was going on, and they told me that it's just normal wear and tear - but come on guys, these shoes were only one month old! This kind of customer support just isn't on in my books, it's downright disgraceful. And don't even get me started on the shameful management approach - what happened to standing by the products you sell?

All in all, I'd say that my experience of Softmoc wasn't the best, and it's definitely not a store that I'd recommend to anyone looking for quality and support. Steer clear!

SoftMoc SoftMoc Review: Huge Selection & Quick Shipping, but In-Store Experience Lacks Staff Availability

Been shopping SoftMoc for years both in-store and online. Love the huge selection of brands they've got available to choose from. Shipping and delivery speed is incredible - I ordered something the other day and received same-day shipping! Was blown away.

Really appreciated that the items I paid for always arrived as expected. Never had issues with shoes not fitting as I usually buy from brands I already know and feel safe with.

That said, I definitely prefer shopping SoftMoc online to going in-store. Whenever I've gone in, there's always seemed to be a lack of staff available. Whenever I just need to ask simple questions, it's difficult because they only have one person at the cash register and there's usually no one just walking around to help customers. This can be tricky because their shoes are all on display and you need someone to grab the shoes you want to try on from the storage room.

Now, all things considered, this may not seem like a huge deal, but for folks like myself with severe social anxiety, having to stand in line at the cash register just to ask the person to grab some shoes for you can be really overwhelming. Unfortunately, this has been the case at a few different SoftMoc stores I've been to.

All in all, SoftMoc is a really great company and I will definitely continue getting stuff from them online. Really appreciate the awesome selection and quick shipping times. The in-store experience could definitely use some more staff, but that's not a dealbreaker for me.

SoftMoc SoftMoc Review: Terrible In-Store & Customer Service Experience, Avoid Shopping There!

SoftMoc, woof - where do I even begin? Let me tell you, my experience at the Carlingwood store was not the greatest. The associates there just didn't seem interested in helping me out, can you believe that? I had to go up to each one of them because they just kept walking away to "tidy shoes" or whatever it is they do. And get this - they wouldn't even give me their names! No name tags or anything. I mean, come on, we're all human here. And to top it all off, their price adjustment policy wasn't too great either. But honestly, the in-store service was just the cherry on top of this disaster sundae.

So my partner and I decided to buy online instead. And let me tell you, their customer service team wasn't much better. We contacted them to tell them about our terrible experience and had a few follow-up questions. The associate who got back to us said she was an assistant manager and couldn't answer everything we were asking. She did offer a coupon and said her manager would give us a call. But instead, we got an email from some rude dude who claimed to have answered all our questions and offered us a coupon. When we tried to get the coupon applied to our purchase, he got even more aggressive and told us we couldn't use it on worn items. Like, dude, the item hadn't even shipped yet!

Long story short, we filed a complaint with the BBB (you know, Better Business Bureau) and they didn't do much to help us either. The same rude dude responded to our complaint and they didn't even offer to call us or honor the coupon. So if you're thinking of shopping at SoftMoc, I would definitely think twice. And if you do end up having a bad experience, just go ahead and file a complaint with the BBB. Maybe eventually they'll get the message. Oh, and if you want to make yourself really mad, look up the CEO on LinkedIn.

SoftMoc Avoid Softmoc: Terrible Products & Useless Staff

I gotta tell ya, Softmoc is no bueno. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. Here's what happened to me: I ordered a pair of boots online, as a Christmas gift for my wife. When we got them, they were uncomfortable and badly made. She decided not to wear them and I tried to return them. I went to the Ottawa store and it was a NIGHTMARE. The employee and the virtual customer service people took forever to process the return, even though I had the receipt and was well within the return time frame. But get this - they wouldn't accept the boots without the box! I had no idea that was a requirement and nowhere did it say that on the receipt, or their website. I tried calling customer service several times, but the automated system kept hanging up on me. It was super frustrating and my kid was with me, getting more and more restless. I finally gave up and accepted a store gift card instead of returning with the box. Big mistake - turns out the gift card is non-refundable if you can't find anything to buy from the store. My wife couldn't find any other boots she liked and when I came back to try to get the money back from the gift card, they wouldn't budge. I talked to several people over the phone and everyone just said the same thing - too bad, so sad. They have terrible products and the staff are useless. Bottom line - avoid Softmoc at all costs. If you do shop there, make sure you have the receipt AND the box!

Bought two pairs of soft Mocs, they have a one year warranty, wore them occasionally around the house to break them in (maybe. 2-3 times)… took them to Spain and they fell apart after 4-5 wears. The sole came loose from the foot bead and the glue on the strap came apart. The whole pair is coming apart. Pretty disappointing.

I purchased shoes online, a day later they were $25 cheaper.

SoftMoc refused to provide a refund for the difference.

SoftMoc then refused to send a prepaid return shipping label as they knew it would cost me $20 to return the order to them for a refund.

On their Shipping box it says "Free Returns" see picture attached
