A waste of money and no customer service
As an established agent, Sold.com approached my real estate firm with opportunities in popular zip codes. They invite you to attend a sales zoom call and give you a short amount of time to subscribe to your preferred zip codes at a discount. I selected 3 top zip codes for a discount total of $150 per month to be a "Guaranteed Display Agent". They claim this "program allows agents who wouldn't naturally top the agent rankings to sponsor selected markets to ensure exposure. It is a minimal commitment, low risk way to boost your volume." NOT TRUE. If I had to do it all over again, I would spend the $150/month to purchase pop-by's, host client events and farming communities.
Recommendation: Do not subscribe. Poor customer service.

When you research the leads through the appraiser's office, you find out that the names provided are not the owners. It's a complete waste of time and money.
And if that wasn't bad enough, the other leads they provide with names are also a dead end. When you call them, you find out that they have already been contacted by other agents and are not interested in working with anyone else. Some of them even get angry and tell you to stop calling them.
I've had enough of this scam and have filed a formal complaint with the attorney general's office. I'm also meeting with my attorney next week to file a civil suit and possibly a class action suit against Sold.com.
