I went to the sacramento location and was talked into purchasing the procedure based on the fact that I could cancel without penalty for what ever reason as long as I did it prior to 14 days of the surgery. Well, I went in on a friday and canceled on the sunday via a message. I then called back on that next monday, the day after sunday and confirmed my cancelation with amanda and gave her my cc# to refund my card, she assured me there would be no problems.

I later checked my statement about 2-4 weeks later to find out no credit was issued. I was madd and upset. I called and left a message for michelle who called me back. We played phone tag a bit but finally got to talk with her. She said I could not cancel! She did not cancel the apt as I had planned. I told her I was not going thru with the surgery and that I canceled it with amanda when I called in the first time. I have this all documented along with the dates.

She told me some options and I told her I would call her back. I then left another message and received a called back from the head guy. I never called him back as I am getting the run around. I made sure to cancel on time as outlined in the contract.

Now it seems it's my word against theirs. It seems I am bound by the contract to go thru with the procedure. I cannot get my money back! But I spoke with amanda the receptionist who confirmed my cancellation. If I take this to court she will be my first witness!

All I want is my credit card refunded. I do not want to go ahead with the surgery as I told amanda and michelle back then.

I feel there is a lot of customers who are disatisfied with the way sonobello conducts business, so I won't have a hard time getting more people on the ban waggon if I have to take it there.

My credit card is accuring interest every month as a result of the charge that should have been refunded. I am willing to overlook that at this point if I get a fast and speeding refund for the entire balance.

I do not want the sacramento, ca location to touch me even if I had changed my mind and went ahead with the procedure as I feel swindled and lied to. What kind of care and outcome will I get? I dont want to find out.

I would be courious to see what a judge would think about the way sonobello conduct business. I read the contract and as I understand it I never broke the terms. I canceled before the 14 days. As I understood it sonobello is the one who is not honoring the contract.

I to cancelled before the surgery and can't get my refund. No one is calling me back. What do I do? The location I went to was near Chicago, IL.

I have been trying to get a refund since Nov of 2017. I went to the office near Chicago and was told so many lies. I'm suppose to call the Manager Tuesday. I'm going to look into filing a class lawsuit.

Same happened to me in Buffalo, NY. They are telling me they are keeping $2,500 of my money because I signed a contract. They make a ton of money from doing nothing at all and they somehow get away with it! It’s SO unfair!

I had consultation done on Tuesday - signed up for procedure to be done on Thursday. Went in the next day for pre -op and spoke with a nurse. She had done the procedure a month prior. Her story was a nightmare - nothing like the "sales pitch" story. I walked out of pre-op being told that a refund would take several days. Then, received a call saying $1000 would not be refunded because it was too late to cancel the procedure.

While, lying about the procedure and scheduling it within 3 days out to purposely claim it can't be canceled is a deceiving business practice. Also, never being told anything about not being able to cancel ---- This company needs to be held accountable - DO NOT TRUST

Can we all get together I have a horrible story as well in Austin Texas
I have to pay this money back caused I used care credit.
There has to be something we can do to make it known even if no money back maybe we can help others that don’t fall in their trap. [protected]

I had the same situation. Was told i needed to pay a deposit to lock in the promotion, but wasn't obligated. They to scheduled my pre-op 3 days prior to surgery. I decided I didn't want the procedure during my pre-op visit. I was told to think about it and I would geta call from the manager. I never got the phone call. I called the manager myself the next day and was told it was too late for a refund.

I was scheduled for a procedure, I did not get the procedure done due to a medical diagnosis
I am getting the run around for my refund
I am going to make a compliant with the police department and possibly file a class action against sonobello

I will join that class action suit with you. I am in the same boat in San Antonio TX. It's not the individual clinics, but the corporation that is the problem. Clearly this conduct is condoned.

I canceled my consultation this morning. It was scheduled for tomorrow. My procedure was to be done this coming Monday. The lady who answered the phone quickly canceled the appointment but didn’t give me the chance to ask about my refund. I may be asking to join your class action suit if I don’t receive my deposit back.

I want to join the class action. I gave 5 thousand down back in Feb 2021. Due to medical reasons I have not been able to get the surgery so I called and said I wanted to cancel and they said they will cancel but want to keep 2000 out of the 5000 I gave down.

By the way, when I got my $3005 out of my $5000 they kept $1995 so before they game me back the $3005 they had me sign some papers saying I won't sue them or talk bad about them if not they wouldn't give me the money back. Wth! Has this happened to anyone else?

BEWARE!

I am deformed. All I wanted was to lose some of what I gained during Covid. Dimples, striations, extreme pain. Never saw the doctor until the day of surgery. This is the Fort Lauderdale location. Packed waiting area, no social distancing, every time I went 1.5 hours sitting there. I should have ran quickly. Was told satisfaction guarantee. I will be contacting the corporate office. I have disputed the charge with Care Credit and no resolution - was told by someone in the practice I would receive a refund. That is exactly what I want because I cant live like this. Ruined me and my relationship - I’m supppsed to pay $6500 to be physically and mentally tortured.

I feel your pain. I had my procedure in Pittsburgh and I am totally mutilated. I look absolutely awful and am embarrassed to be in a swim suit or shorts, not to mention all the scar tissue lumps that are painful. I filed a complaint and received a message back and then when I called back and had to leave a message it’s been crickets. I can’t believe I am paying this much for this.

Stay away from this scam! Sono Bello is awful. They don't want to return any money. My husband and I both signed up. I tried to let it go right away. They told me they needed a letter from my Dr based on my excuse. Followed by the run around. It took 2 months of pure hassle to get my money. Said they mailed it twice. I NEVER...have any mail problems. Had to tell them to send it to the office. Pitiful...

Next, my husband was told his swelling had to go down. Months later, no better. He had a big stomach going in and coming out. Plus an added problem they caused. 10k. We need our money back!

How can I join in on this law suit these people will pressure you into getting the surgery and when you back out for wherever reason they feel they need to make you still get the surgery Like come on you;can’t make me do anything.

I just cancelled my appt at the Memphis office and the girl said she wasn't to discuss with me whether I would get a refund or not but she would have someone to call me. I went to the pre-op yesterday and did not feel comfortable having the surgery, so I called this morning to cancel and she said the consultant would have to call me back but she wasn't in today. I just want my money back.

I had 2 procedures scheduled and had a horrible experience with my first one and wanted to cancel my second one and they said I can't. I tried to talk to them a few times and they just pretty much said I have to do it or be out the money. I decided to go through with it but it put me into a mental health crisis and now I was canceled by the doctor secondary to my fears. I want my money back and it's bull crap that they don't because it's my life, my body, and they make everything sound like nothing; when in reality it's a lot to go through and they should have more empathy towards people making decisions about their body.

I pretty much have the same situation only I paid a little over 17,000 and they are trying to keep all of it i see you got some resolution, please share how you got to the bottom i would love to put a little more money up to get a lawyer for a class action suit. I get sick every time i see one of there advertisements.
