Efficient and reliable CNC service
The other day, I had South State Machinery come out and service my CNC machine, and I must admit, I was taken aback by their level of professionalism. The technician arrived on time, was quite knowledgeable and was patient enough to explain what was being done. After the service, the machine has been in normal operation again without glitches. It is very unusual to get a service that is cost effective and actually goes beyond one’s expectation without much dramatics. To my great satisfaction, they were candid and sincere about the expenses and the schedule – And I liked that very much. I will certainly be using them for my other shop requirements.
