Sparkl Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Sparkl

Sparkl used to be a really good company with amazing customer service. But now, it seems like they don't care about their customers anymore. I ordered a band from them a few months ago and I still haven't received it. I even contacted them to ask about it, but they didn't respond. It's like they only care about their influencers who get all their bands for free. It's not fair that we have to pay so much money for these bands and they don't even bother to send them to us. I'm really disappointed and I don't think I'll ever order from them again. It's just ridiculous.

Sparkl Sparkl Bands: Overpriced and Exclusive - A Frustrating Experience for Regular Customers

Sparkl bands are way too expensive. I get that the fancy designer ones might be worth it, but even the basic leather bands cost almost $200! And don't even get me started on the wait time. You'll be waiting for like 2 months before you even get the band. It's like they care more about pleasing their celebrity customers and influencers who get bands all the time than their regular customers. It's just not fair.

Another thing that really bothers me is that they don't offer ready-to-ship bands in larger sizes. Not everyone has small wrists, especially men. It's frustrating to have to wait so long for a band that might not even fit properly.

Overall, I think Sparkl needs to do better. They need to lower their prices and offer more options for their regular customers. It's just not fair that only the rich and famous get to enjoy these fancy bands.

I am totally in love with Sparkl! Their bands are top-notch quality and they always go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. I've never had any problems with any of my bands or exchanges, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great accessories. The ladies who work there are super nice and friendly, and they really know their stuff. I can honestly say that I've never met nicer people in my life! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this company - they're just amazing. I will definitely continue to buy from them in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for authentic, high-quality accessories. These are just a few of the great bands I've gotten from Sparkl, and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Sparkl Spark*l Watch Bands: Terrible Workmanship and Non-Existent Customer Service

Spark*l used to be a great small business run by a woman from her home. The watch bands were of high quality and the prices were reasonable. But now, things have gone downhill fast. The workmanship is terrible and the customer service is non-existent due to high employee turnover. The owner knows that her customers are unhappy, but she doesn't seem to care about anything that she considers "negative". This is frustrating for customers who have spent thousands of dollars on these products.

The turnaround time for orders is often longer than 4 weeks, which means that the company has our money and we have to chase them down to get our bands. It's a real hassle and it's not worth the money.

If you're thinking about buying from Spark*l, don't do it until they make some positive changes. It's not worth wasting your hard-earned money on a company that doesn't care about its customers.

It's been reported that the owner, Courtney, has referred to her customers as "TROLLS" on social media and has even called other watchband creators "fake $#*!". This type of language is unacceptable and unprofessional. Although Courtney promotes positivity and kindness, it seems that behind closed doors, she can be spiteful and condescending.

Furthermore, the prices for these watchbands are overpriced, especially considering the poor quality that some customers have received. When customers try to address these issues with Courtney, she blocks them and refuses to refund them. Instead, she labels them as trolls and creates drama on social media. This behavior is not acceptable for a business owner, especially one who claims to be a small business.

It's been reported that when customers try to speak with Courtney about the quality of the watchbands they received and how to fix major issues, she refers to them as trolls. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to her customers. When she doesn't get her way, she creates a narrative that everyone else is wrong and she has done nothing wrong. This type of behavior is careless and clueless.

Sparkl Spark*l Review: Overpriced Mediocre Products and Terrible Customer Service

I've been buying from Spark*l for more than 9 months now, and I've seen a lot of changes happen during that time. Unfortunately, none of these changes have been for the better. I have to say, the product that Spark*l delivers is just okay. It's not terrible, but it's not great either. The quality of the product is never consistent, and I don't think you get what you pay for. They want to call these bands couture, but they charge couture prices without delivering couture quality.

I would advise against paying these high prices for mediocre products. I made the mistake of doing so for far too long. They've lost one of my bands that I sent in for refurbishment, and they've shipped me someone else's order before. On more than one occasion, they've sent me a band that I wasn't happy with, and it's been a real hassle to get them to correct the mistake.

The customer service is terrible. No one seems to know what they're doing, and they always give inconsistent answers. There's no leadership to speak of, and it's really frustrating to deal with. I think the owner of Spark*l needs to hire better managers who are qualified and can provide strong leadership. The current management staff is unprofessional, and they don't set a good example for the rest of the company. It's chaos, and it shows in the way they treat their customers.

I can't keep supporting a business that thrives on chaos, charges too much for mediocre products, and delivers a less than desirable experience. I would advise buyers to beware and not waste their money.

Sparkl Unethical Practices and Drama: A Warning About Sparkl Company

This company, Sparkl, is not what it seems. At first glance, they may appear to be a great company to do business with, but it doesn't take long to realize that they are not ethical. They have a code of conduct that customers are required to follow, but Sparkl themselves do not adhere to the same code. If customers ask about their bands that are taking 2 months or more to complete, they can get suspended or expelled from the community. It's outrageous that a company can conduct themselves so unethically. They change this code of conduct to suit them and they create more drama than they are worth.

The owners of Sparkl have compared themselves to Saks, but there is no comparison. They seem to think they are untouchable. The company consistently creates drama, and the owner goes on her personal account to cry every week about who had betrayed her that week and who is acting unethically when it is usually her or one of her minions who creates the drama. She is the bully! Courtney says she supports and promotes kindness and other female-owned small businesses, but she does not. She is the bully, and Tracey, her COO, does her dirty work.

The customer service at Sparkl is horrible, actually non-existent. Their product used to be amazing, but it is less than satisfactory now. The way they treat their employees is also disgusting. They can't keep employees. They would not know the truth if it bit them. Now, there are no returns, you cannot cancel an item, and they constantly play favorites. Just stay away.

Finally, they also retaliate, so be careful about posting or saying anything negative about them. It's a shame that a company like this exists, but it's important to warn others about their unethical practices. Stay away from Sparkl.

Sparkl Unprofessional and Disorganized: A Review of Sparkl's Quality and Customer Service

I been a customer of Sparkl for more than a year now and I have seen many changes in the company. They make changes to their policies without informing customers beforehand, which is not cool. Sometimes, the COO calls customers and changes their policies without any warning. This is not professional at all. They seem to cater to influencers more than their regular customers. Influencers get rare materials while regular customers are left out. They charge high prices for their "couture" products, but the quality is not worth the price. If they mess up on a band, they tell you it's handmade and refuse to accept a return. The quality of their products and customer service has declined over time, while their prices have increased.

The quality of their jewelry line is terrible, and they charge high prices for it. The company has a high employee turnover rate, which shows in the quality of workmanship and customer service. The staff is overworked, and it takes days or even weeks to get a response from customer service. They removed their customer service phone number from the website, so there's no way to call for immediate help. They changed their return policy to three days for limited edition bands, and everything else is non-returnable. They also implemented a restock fee without informing customers. They have a non-cancellation policy, so you can't cancel a product even if it takes months to create. Their turnaround time for creating bands is supposed to be 2-3 weeks, but it takes 8-10+ weeks in reality. They make you pay upfront for your items and take weeks/months to get them to you, but they don't allow returns or cancellations.

They supposedly have a "satisfaction guarantee policy," but you can't return a band if you don't like it. They take a long time to refund your money, and they have misplaced custom orders and upcycled Louis Vuitton bags. They have sold upcycled bags to an influencer before creating a band from the bag. They have made custom bands wrong numerous times and pulled all band orders out of production for weeks. They promise expedited processing times and free priority shipping, but customers receive regular first-class shipping. The CEO calls her customers "trolls" and posts negative comments about other businesses, ex-employees, and even customers who complain. She closes any customer's account who says anything negative about the company and threatens legal action against other businesses and customers. They state that you have violated their anti-bullying policy, but they refuse to provide a copy of the policy or tell you what you did wrong.

In conclusion, Sparkl is not a professionally run business. They lack leadership, organization, and logical managerial processes. If you want to support a company that thrives on disorganization and drama, then this is the one. But if you want to support a small company that makes quality upcycled watch bands and offers good customer service, then look elsewhere. You can find cheaper upcycled watch bands and similarly made/styled solid sterling silver or gold jewelry for cheaper prices.
