It's like talking to a brick wall. I've sent them countless emails and all I get back is some automated response. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

But, I will say this, when I finally did receive my glasses, they were pretty good quality. I mean, they weren't the best glasses I've ever had, but they were decent. And the price was definitely right. I just wish the service was better.
