Mcclellan Senior Living provides laundry services to 64 residents.

6/21/23 purchased 2 washers in good faith it was a commercial washer from Ricks appliance in Fort Payne Alabama.

7/24/23 the 1st washer broke down then 2 weeks later the 2nd washer broke down. I do not have in front of me the exact dates.

We were down to one working whirlpool washer for 64 residents.

I have already sent in a complaint and this has done nothing.

We finally 2 weeks ago got the 1st washer that was broken down repaired and today the repairman came from Acker appliance in alexandria alabama. and said he ordered the correct part but Speedqueen sent the wrong part so now we are waiting again for weeks to get the part to be repaired.

I would appreciate some compensation.

I also found out we did not purchase a commerical washer under the manufacturer warranty as we were told by Rick himself from Ricks appliance.

We evidently purchased a residential commercial washer so we are responsible for the parts or labor I at this point am unsure.
