My name is Kenneth Siebert. On 06/09/2017 I had an unauthorized charge from your company in the amount of $20.00. On my statement the charge Read's "Spirit Airlines onboard Irving Texas". I in no such way authorized any transaction from your company nor provided my credit card number or information to your company in any recent times. I did travel with Spirit Airlines back in March of 2017 at which time I may have given my credit card information to pay some luggage fees which was months ago. I traveled on Spirit in October. We bought two drinks in flight for $16. That was charged the date of the flight. Over 2 months later I was charged $13 more with a description "SPIRIT AIRLINES ONBOARD R IRVING TX". I immediately disputed it.
I just received an unauthorized charge on my credit card for 21.00 I would like it disputed immediately.

I travelled in May from LAX to Chicago through Spirti airlines and now on 9/15/19 has been charged for unauthorized $5 charge on my account. what is this . i need someone to answer and clarify this amount .

I too have a charge from Spirit ("Spirit Airlines 5814 TX Irving, Spirit Airlines ONBUS") in the amount of $3.00. Small amount, but this is an unauthorized charge regardless. Has anyone in this thread had any clarity or responses?

I flew with Spirit back in July and did make some on-flight purchases. However, I noticed today that I was charged $13 from "SPIRIT AIRLINES ONBOAR IRVING TX" on October 15th. Has anyone figured out the reason for these charges?
I also just found a charge of $11 on my account...(I flew Spirit in August and did use my card to purchase a drink inflight) — now I’m wondering if it’s Spirit or if someone flying spirit is stealing credit/debit card information and whether I need to get a new card now🙄
I’ve been dealing with this for a month now. a $3.00 charge is being made daily from spirit airline onboard r restaurant irving. I get emails daily from my banking institution notifying me of these denied charges. they are trying to purchase on my old card that I used in flight to purchase a drink back in march. this card was made inactive when my bank issued their new cards. still waiting for a customer service agent for help. I believe the flight attendants are skimming cards. is this how this airline operates?
i think they are lmao i just got a charge for 69.95 and i didn’t even use my card to pay for the tickets. only for snacks that was $10 IN the airport. i think it’s the stores inside of it lol. it’s all teens running it anyway.
I purchased $6 in flight snacks on Spirit back in August. The same card was charged $7 for in flight snacks this March, but I have not been on a flight since august. I thought I lost the card and that is the only reason I noticed the charge and then canceled that card number. Strange enough, I found my card today in my car. So weird.
I was hit with a fraudulent charge of $269.39 on 5/28/21 at 3:34 PM ET on my Citi credit card.
I did not purchase a ticket yesterday or any time previously. I cancelled my credit card immediately but could not reach anyone at Spirit to alert them to the bogus purchase. Does Spirit not ask for the 3 digit security code during online purchases, or in person purchases?

I flew spirit on Oct 21, 2021 from Las Vegas to Mke. Oct 24 and Oct 28 I was charged $17 saying inflight charge. I never ordered anything on the plane nor did I fly on those dates. I contacted Spirit and they refused to help. I’m disputing charges with my bank. Everyone needs to check your statements. Spirit is making fraudulent charges. Shame on them. Supervisor Tracey 311764 was no help at all.
I received a spirit airlines on-board r Irving TX 1 charge on my acct just now. Definitely unauthorized. I flew spirit from fort Lauderdale to Vegas in October and purchased an item on-board at the time. Sketchy how many people they are doing this to
Same happened here, 20 min ago I checked my bank account and there was a charge of $3.50 from spirit. After reading all this comments, I figured out that happened to the people that bought something on the plane, I guess that's waht it says "ONBOARD".
My purchase was a month ago, but they made the charge today, because I checked the day that I purchased in this case the water, and there is no charge from spirit.
So, just double check that.
I got a $20 Spirit charge just posted to my bank. Irving, Texas. What is it? I am not in the air, not in Texas and have not flown in a few weeks. Did Spirit resolve your issue?
I am also having the same issues with Spirit Credit card. I was charge for an Onboard purchase of $13.50 on a flight I was not on ( purchase date 04/08/2022 and posting date 04/11/2022). Since my account was paid off in full in February I never checked the credit card account. At the end of July I got a multitude of collection calls from Spirit. After faxing in the Dispute letter twice, filing a complaint with the BBB and a complaint with TSA, the $13.50 charge has now turned into $95 and of course it has been reported as a negative on my credit report. Spirit is passing the blame to the Issuing Bank of the card that has their name on it and the Bank says that Spirit is responsible. My family, friends and I will BOYCOTT all Spirit flights etc due to this issue.

I just received notice today June 13th that $16.00 was removed from my credit account from a transaction made by Spirit Airlines Onboard on May 19th. They waited almost a whole month so I didn't know what it was for I had to call the company.
My card was hit twice.One for $4 and another tonight for $8. Sounds like a class A lawsuit if multiple people are dealing with the same issue.
