Only directed to most expensive option
When I asked if they had any mens sweat pants I was only shown(a very small) selection of Nike, Adidas, and Puma. I purchased a pair for 60.00. Later returned looking for Burton t-shirts & again I had asked for direction and she showed me them, that's when I saw MANY other sweat pants that were less expensive. Last week my sister was shopping there and when asked for help she too was only shown the most expensive option. I finde this very deceiving. After many years of shopping there I will no longer be a customer. I will shop online instead.
Great Product
They have great quality. What you see is what you get. Their prices, especially the flash sales are awesome! Suggest sign up for emails get an additional 10% off. Also received free shipping and receive within couple days... very fast.
Only one small criticism, that is the account registration process is tedious, long and doesn't always save.
But otherwise one of the best, most service oriented sites I have dealt with.
Great instore and online experiences
Waterloo store is well stocked and staff were helpful but not intrusive. Some well priced sale items too.
But since this is sitejabber, a subsequent sportchek.ca online order was perfect - an easy to use website with some great prices and clearance items, accurate fulfillment and very speedy shipping. I've read some dissatisfied online customers and I don't doubt their reviews but on my first try, I'm100% satisfied with sportchek.ca and will use it again without hesitation.

Terrible Experience with SportChek.ca: Poor Quality Products and Unprofessional Customer Service
I recently made my first purchase on SportChek.ca and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a pair of Nike shoes online and eagerly awaited their arrival. However, when the package finally arrived after three long days, I was shocked to find that the shoes were in terrible condition. It was clear that they had been previously worn, as there was dirt and debris on the bottom of the shoe and the shoelaces were untied. To make matters worse, the shoes were not even wrapped properly and the inside of the shoe was not filled with paper to maintain their shape.
I immediately contacted customer service to express my frustration and was told to return the shoes for a replacement. However, the representative I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and rude. She abruptly hung up on me after promising to place a new order for the shoes. When I called back, I was put on hold and then hung up on three separate times. It was only after I returned the shoes that I discovered that the representative had not even placed a new order for me, causing me to lose out on the deal and the shoes I had been so excited to receive.
Overall, my experience with SportChek.ca was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking to make a purchase online. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and the quality of the products was extremely poor. Save yourself the time and hassle and shop elsewhere. Tsk...
Poor Customer Service and Shipping Experience with SportChek.ca
I recently made a purchase on SportChek.ca and unfortunately, my experience was not great. As someone who is hard of hearing and has trouble seeing things, I accidentally ordered a hat and shirt without realizing that they were being shipped from Collingwood, which is quite far from my home in Wasaga Beach. To my surprise, the order ended up being shipped to Orleans, Ontario instead.
When I called customer service to try and sort out the issue, I was met with a representative who had difficulty speaking English and I had a hard time understanding what they were saying. Additionally, when I tried to cancel the order, I encountered issues accessing the website and it seemed like they were intentionally making it difficult for me to do so. The representative on the phone didn't seem very willing to help either.
Overall, my experience with SportChek.ca was not a positive one and I don't think I will be ordering from them again anytime soon. It's a shame because I didn't realize they were this unreliable and unhelpful.
Disappointing Service: My Experience with SportChek.ca
I recently made a purchase on SportChek.ca for two pairs of roller blades, one for myself and one for my daughter's 8th birthday. I placed my order on May 5th and was excited to receive my purchase. However, to my dismay, the delivery was messed up by UPS, the shipping company, and was returned to SportChek.
I tried to contact SportChek for a week to see if they could fix the issue, but unfortunately, I was unable to get through to them. After a month of waiting, I still had not received my product, and SportChek was unable to help me. They suggested that I replace my order, but unfortunately, the item I had originally ordered was now out of stock. To make matters worse, my return had not been processed, and my order was still sitting there, but they were unable to assist me.
This experience ruined my daughter's birthday, and it was already a difficult time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I am extremely disappointed with SportChek's service and their lack of effort to help their customers. I will never shop with this company again, and I believe they should be ashamed of their poor service.
Overall, I would not recommend SportChek to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service. Their lack of customer support and inability to rectify issues is unacceptable.
SportChek.ca: Your One-Stop Shop for Quality Sporting Goods
I recently purchased a few Euro league Jerseys from SportChek.ca as Christmas presents for my younger brother. Let me tell you, he loved them more than his Nintendo Switch! The quality of the jerseys was top-notch and the selection was vast. I always find myself coming back to SportChek.ca, even if I don't plan on buying anything. They always have something new that catches my eye.
The staff at SportChek.ca are always ready and willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. They are polite and friendly, making the shopping experience that much more enjoyable. The prices are generally fair, but depending on what you're looking for, it can get a bit pricey. However, there are always good deals to be found, especially during major holidays or seasonal changes. SportChek.ca swaps out their inventory four times a year, so it's always worth checking back to see what's new.
Overall, I highly recommend SportChek.ca for all your sporting needs. The quality of their products and the helpfulness of their staff make for a great shopping experience. So, whether you're looking for a new pair of running shoes or a Euro league Jersey, SportChek.ca has got you covered.
Unprofessional Customer Service and Delivery Issues at SportChek.ca
SportChek.ca is not the best online store out there. I recently had a bad experience with them when my fiancé ordered a pair of sport shoes and two dumbbells worth around 350CAD. We waited for a whole month for the delivery, but we didn't receive any email, notification, or call from them. Finally, we decided to call them to inquire about the delivery status. To our surprise, the lady on the phone told us that the package had already been delivered.
We live in a condo building, and no one contacted us or the concierge about the delivery. They just left the package at the entrance, which is unbelievable. When we asked the lady about it, she told us that it was our responsibility to take the package from the entrance by continuously checking the delivery. It sounded like a joke, but sadly, it was true.
We insisted on talking to a manager, but the lady was very reluctant to connect us to one. She put us on hold for 20 minutes and then came back to ask why we wanted to talk to a manager when she had already opened a case for us. We insisted again, and she put us on hold for a few more minutes. However, the call was interrupted, and she didn't even try to call us back.
Overall, I would not recommend buying anything online from SportChek.ca. Their customer service is unprofessional, and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. It's better to look for other online stores that value their customers and provide better services.
Frustrating Return Policy Experience with SportChek.ca and SAXX Products
I recently made a purchase on SportChek.ca and had a bit of a frustrating experience. I ordered some items from SAXX that were supposed to be satisfaction guaranteed, but when they arrived, they had security tags attached that prevented me from even trying them on. When I went to the store to return them, I was told that they couldn't accept returns on items that may have been "previously worn," even though the tags were still in place. I was given a number to contact SAXX directly, which was a bit of a hassle.
I think it would be helpful if SportChek made it clear on their website that certain items may come with security tags that cannot be removed until after purchase. This would save customers like me a lot of frustration and confusion. I also think that SportChek should stand behind the products they sell and take responsibility for returns, rather than passing the buck to the manufacturer.
That being said, I did have a positive experience with SAXX directly. Their prices were better than SportChek's and they had a no-questions-asked policy for returns. I highly recommend dealing directly with manufacturers whenever possible.
Overall, I found the in-store service at SportChek to be great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I didn't have any issues with the products I purchased. However, the return policy left a lot to be desired. I will try to avoid purchasing from SportChek in the future, but I know that sometimes it's unavoidable.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with SportChek.ca: Lost Order and No Refund
I had a really bad experience with SportChek.ca. I ordered a bike for my son on May 25th and received an email with a UPS tracking number on May 28th. The tracking information stated "label created". However, I have not received any updated shipping information or the goods. I tried calling SportChek's customer service number, but they did not answer. I called UPS and they said that the bike has not left the SportChek warehouse and I have to take it up with SportChek. I was forced to go into one of their stores to follow up. A customer service person in their store informed me that there was nothing they could do because online orders are managed separately. They told me to send an email to a specific email address to cancel the order and obtain a refund.
I sent an email to SportChek on June 9th, but as of this morning June 16th, I had not received any response. I sent two more follow-up emails, but still no response. Finally, after another email, they responded and stated that they cannot provide a refund because the package was with the carrier. They tried to throw UPS under the bus by saying UPS was several weeks behind with their deliveries - which is completely untrue. The problem now is that they don't know where the order is and would rather blame the carrier than actually try and fix the problem.
It has been 3 weeks since I ordered the bike, and I am down $500. I have no bike and no way of knowing if I'll ever receive it. I am very disappointed with SportChek's customer service. They do not answer their phone, and their online orders are managed separately, which makes it difficult to follow up on orders. I would not recommend ordering anything from SportChek.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with SportChek.ca: Previously Used Boots and Runaround
I bought a pair of Keen boots from SportChek.ca on Dec-28 for $200. The shipping was okay, I received them on Jan-4. But, things went downhill from there. When I opened the package, I was shocked to see that the boots were previously used! I couldn't believe it, but it was true. I immediately called customer service and they told me to take them back to the nearest store. So, on Jan-5, I went to the store and returned the boots. They refunded me and placed an order for another pair through their online system, which I paid for in-store. They told me that the new boots would be shipped directly to me.
Two days later, on Jan-7, I received the boots, but to my surprise, they were the exact same ones I received the first time! I was so frustrated and angry. I called customer service again, but I was on hold for a long time. Finally, an agent answered and tried to help me, but he couldn't figure out how to deal with this. After being on the phone for over 2 hours, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was forwarded to someone in their retail division, who told me to take the boots back to the store. I couldn't believe it! What a runaround!
Their business systems are very poorly organized, and it appears that their staff are not adequately trained to deal with customer returns and with checking merchandise before it is shipped out. How is it even possible that they shipped out the same pair of boots? Is there a lack of communication between managers and employees? I have no idea.
I purchase many items online, but by far, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had to deal with. It was just terrible. I will never purchase anything online from them ever again. In fact, I am now reluctant even to visit any of their stores.
I gave them one star because that's the lowest rating, but I managed to squeeze a 10% off online-only voucher from them, which I may never use, but someone else may enjoy if they so choose.
Disappointing Service at SportChek.ca in Masonville - London
Masonville - London
I recently visited SportChek.ca in search of new shoes that met specific requirements. As I stood in the shoe department, I noticed an employee doing back twists without paying attention to the customers around him. Suddenly, a young woman in a blue sweater approached him and showed him a gold chain and attachment that she wore around her neck. They chatted for about 30 seconds before going in different directions. After that, there were no staff members in the shoe area.
I had to wander across the store to the "Service desk" where I found four employees standing around chatting with a person and her new baby. I assumed that she was an employee on maternity leave or a previous employee. Finally, one of the employees approached me and offered assistance. I accepted and commented about the earlier clerk who had ignored me. She said that he must have had another customer, but I knew that wasn't true because he had been doing his spinal twist exercises for quite some time. She promised to speak to him about it, but I had my doubts.
Eventually, she got someone from the back to assist me. We went to the shoe wall, had a brief discussion about what I needed, and she had to check the attributes of shoes using her handheld device. She disappeared into the back and returned with a pair of shoes. After inserting my orthotics into the shoes and taking a brief walk, I looked around for her for more assistance, but she was nowhere to be found.
I felt like I shouldn't have to work so hard to give a store my money, so I left. The store wasn't busy at all, and I was disappointed with the lack of attention and knowledge from the staff. I should have paid more attention to the reviews of this store before wasting my time. Now, I have to drive out to a specialty store where the staff are knowledgeable and attentive.
Terrible Service: My Experience Buying a Garmin Forerunner 735XT from SportChek.ca
I bought a Garmin forerunner 735xt from SportChek.ca about a month ago for $519.99 plus tax. When the package arrived after a week, I found that the seal was already opened and the watch was defective. I was disappointed, but I went to the store and they took back the defective item. They ordered another Garmin 735 xt for me online, and I waited another week for the delivery. Finally, the package arrived with UPS, and I signed for it. However, when I opened the box, I found that the Garmin watch box had an opened seal again, and this time, the watch was missing! I was shocked and couldn't believe it. I immediately called the customer service, and it took me 40 minutes to get through to them. They asked me to send back the watch while they started an investigation into the issue. We agreed that I would bring the item back to the store at Devonshire mall (Windsor). I went to the store and spoke with a store manager. She called the customer service in front of me to ask for details about the case. They told me that I couldn't give the box back at the store and that I had to wait for a call from the customer service at the end of the investigation, which would take a maximum of three business days.
Finally, I received a call from the case manager, who said that he would take care of it and handle all the procedures. He promised to give me a refund and sent me a 20% discount for my next online order to compensate for the experienced issues. He kindly asked me to wait a few days because they were busy with Black Friday. I waited for four days and called back more than twice to ask for updates about the case. After one week from the first email, I received another email from the same case manager, saying that the investigation was still in process, and he was still waiting for confirmation to give me my money back.
So far, I have not received any updates, and I'm still waiting for my money back after more than two weeks. I have paid almost $600 for an empty box, and it's ridiculous. The service is terrible, and I don't recommend buying any electronics items online from SportChek.ca if you don't want to go through this hell!

Don't buy electronic items on line!
Purchased on line a Garmin forerunner 735xt 1 month ago ($519.99+tax). After 1 week the package arrived. The seal was opened and the watch was defective. I went to the store, they took back the defective item and they ordered on line for me another Garmin 735 xt. I waited another week for the delivery. The package finally arrived with Ups. I signed and I opened it. The Garmin watch box had, again, an opened seal but this time I found inside all the accessories except the watch! I couldn't believe it. I called right away the customer service (40 minutes call) and they asked me first to send back the watch meanwhile they would start an investigation about this issue. We agreed at the phone to bring the item back at the store at Devonshire mall (Windsor). I went at the store (again!). I spoke with a store manager and she called the customer service in front of me to ask details about the case. They told me that I couldn't give the box back at the the store. They told me to wait a call from the customer service at the end of the investigation in max 3 business day. Ridiculous service. Guys, don't buy any electronics item on line from them if you don't want to go through this hell!
Disappointing Experience with SportChek.ca: Poor Customer Service and Delivery Times
I recently made a purchase on SportChek.ca for 4 pairs of shoes that cost me over $500. It's been over a month now and the tracking information shows that the package has reached Canada Post and is ready to go. However, I still haven't received my order yet. I also made a similar purchase at Footlocker during the same time and received my goods within 7 business days. This experience has left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated.
I was hoping to get some assistance from a live agent or through a live chat, but unfortunately, SportChek.ca doesn't offer these options. It's really frustrating to not have someone to talk to when you have an issue with your order. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. It's really bush league and unacceptable in this day and age.
I'm really disappointed with my experience with SportChek.ca and I don't think I'll be shopping here again. I'll also be telling all my family and friends not to spend their money here. It's just not worth it. I hope they can improve their customer service and delivery times in the future.

Terrible Customer Service Experience at SportChek.ca - Disappointed and Frustrated
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with SportChek.ca. I mean, if I could give them a big fat zero stars, I totally would. The customer service is just terrible. I've been trying to get a simple question answered, but no one will pick up the phone. Like, seriously, do they even have any employees working there? It's like they don't even care about their customers.
So, I decided to write an inquiry instead, but guess what? They said they couldn't process it and basically told me to figure it out on my own. What kind of customer service is that? It's just sad to see how much money they're probably losing because of their terrible service.
I was actually planning on buying something that costs $200, but after this experience, they're not getting a single dollar from me. I'm just so disgusted with how they're treating their customers. It's just not right.
Poor Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with SportChek.ca
I made a purchase on SportChek.ca last year in January. I bought four dumbbells online and placed them on my window's stage. Unfortunately, two of them melted and caused damage to my window stage. I was very disappointed and frustrated with the quality of the product. I decided to contact the Customer Service team to see if they could help me with this issue. However, they did not apologize for the inconvenience and simply told me to go to the store. When I went to the store, they told me to contact the Customer Service team. It was like a never-ending cycle of being pushed back and forth between the two departments.
Finally, I was able to speak to the manager in the store. However, he told me that there was nothing he could do except offer me a discount on new dumbbells. I was very unhappy with the situation and felt like I had wasted my money on a low-quality product. I would not recommend buying anything from SportChek.ca if this is the kind of service and quality they offer.
In conclusion, I was very disappointed with my experience with SportChek.ca. The quality of the product was very low, and the customer service was not helpful at all. I would not recommend buying anything from this website.
Deceptive Sales Tactics at SportChek.ca: Limited Selection and High Prices
I went to SportChek.ca to buy some mens sweat pants. I asked the salesperson if they had any and she showed me a very small selection of Nike, Adidas, and Puma. I ended up buying a pair for 60.00. Later, I returned to the store looking for Burton t-shirts. Once again, I asked for help and the salesperson showed me where they were. However, I noticed that there were MANY other sweat pants that were less expensive than the ones I had bought before. This made me feel like I was being deceived.
Last week, my sister went to SportChek.ca and asked for help. She too was only shown the most expensive option. This is not fair to customers who are looking for affordable options. After many years of shopping at SportChek.ca, I have decided that I will no longer be a customer. I will shop online instead.
It is disappointing that SportChek.ca does not offer a wider selection of affordable options for their customers. It is important for stores to cater to all types of customers, not just those who are willing to spend a lot of money. I hope that SportChek.ca will take this feedback into consideration and make changes to their selection in the future.
SportChek.ca's Customer Service and Return Policy Needs Improvement
I recently made a big purchase on SportChek.ca, buying a bunch of shoes and shirts all in the same size for myself. I spent a lot of money, but I never had any issues with my orders before. However, my latest purchase of an Adidas shirt and shoes was a huge disappointment. Despite following SportChek's size recommendation, the items were way too big for me.
I tried calling customer service for over a week, but I couldn't get through to anyone. Finally, when I did get a response, they sent me an RMA that I can't even print out because of the language used. I am absolutely appalled to find out that SportChek doesn't allow exchanges and that I have to pay for the return shipping myself!
I think SportChek should take a page out of Under Armour's book. Under Armour is offering a 40% discount for responders and free, I repeat free, no-hassle returns. If SportChek wants to keep customers like me, they need to step up their game.
I'm going to let everyone I know about this terrible experience. It's not worth spending your hard-earned money on a company that doesn't care about its customers.
Bad Experience with SportChek.ca: Sketchy Business Practices and Non-Existent Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with SportChek.ca. I mean, I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you can help it. The thing is, when you order something online, they don't really tell you about their return policies. Like, you gotta go digging on their website to find out what the exceptions are. Who's got time for that, you know? And they don't even send you an email with that info when you get your order confirmation and invoice. Like, what's up with that?
And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's like they don't even care about their customers. When I had a complaint, I had to explain the same thing over and over again to different people. And even when I put it in writing, they still didn't seem to get it. It was a total nightmare.
So yeah, I'd say avoid SportChek.ca if you can. Their business practices are pretty sketchy and their customer service is non-existent. Trust me, you don't want to deal with them.
Disappointing Experience with SportChek.ca's Figure Skate Sharpening Services
I recently had an experience at SportChek.ca that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had brought in my expensive figure skates that I use for professional skating to get them sharpened. The person who helped me was not very friendly and seemed to be in a rush. It took over an hour for them to sharpen my skates, which seemed like a long time to me.
When I picked up my skates, I immediately noticed scratches all over the blades and a strange type of oil on the boot itself. I was quite upset about this, as I had just purchased these skates about a week before and they were practically brand new. I decided to take them to a professional figure skating store to get a second opinion.
Unfortunately, the news was not good. The blade on my skates was completely ruined and the tail was completely rounded. This meant that no other skate stores would accept them, as they were unbalanced and unusable. I was devastated, as these skates had cost me a lot of money and I had only used them a few times.
Overall, I would not recommend SportChek.ca for figure skate sharpening. The experience I had was not a good one and I ended up with ruined skates. If you have expensive figure skates that you care about, I would suggest finding a different place to get them sharpened.
Poor Shipping Service: SportChek.ca Needs to Improve Courier Options and Customer Service
I am a frequent customer of SportChek.ca and I must say that while the prices and selection are decent, the shipping service is quite poor. I have had a number of issues with the delivery of my orders, specifically with the courier service used in my area. SportChek.ca seems to insist on using Purolator, which unfortunately does not deliver to my location, despite being just 3 kilometers away from my home. I have made numerous complaints to both Purolator and SportChek.ca, but to no avail.
It is quite frustrating that SportChek.ca is unable to exclude or specify a different courier service for my account. It seems odd that they are able to save my address and rewards card number without any issues, but are unable to add a simple note like "DO NOT USE PUROLATOR" to my account. This lack of flexibility and customer service is quite disappointing, especially for a company that prides itself on providing quality products and services.
Overall, while I appreciate the selection and pricing offered by SportChek.ca, I am quite dissatisfied with their shipping service. I hope that they will take steps to improve their courier options and provide better customer service in the future.
Warning: Terrible Experience with SportChek.ca - Do Not Shop Here!
SportChek.ca is a website that I recently had the misfortune of shopping on. I was hoping for a smooth and easy shopping experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I want to warn others that shopping on this website is not like shopping on Amazon, or any other popular online shopping website. In fact, I was ripped off right here in Canada!
I thought I was being safe by shopping Canadian, but little did I know that SportChek would put me through two months of return hell and leave me out $73! I'm just glad I didn't order more items. The problem was that the return address did not acknowledge Canada Post returns, no one answered the phone, and I ended up being out the cost of the product, return postage, and eight weeks of hassle.
I am extremely disappointed in SportChek and will boycott them from this day forward! Shame on you, SportChek! I only gave them one star to post this review. I hope others will take my warning seriously and avoid shopping on this website. It's just not worth the risk.
Disappointing Experience with SportChek.ca's Online Order and Delivery Service
I recently made a purchase on SportChek.ca for a pair of winter boots on November 28th, 2020. The confirmation email stated that I would receive my order by December 2nd, but unfortunately, the boots did not arrive on that day. I patiently waited for the next few days, hoping that my package would arrive soon. However, the delivery dates kept getting pushed back to December 3rd, 4th, and 5th, but still no sign of my order.
To my dismay, my package went off the radar on December 6th. I contacted Canada Post to inquire about my package, but they informed me that they have not received it from the shipper. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from SportChek.ca. If I had known that this would happen, I would have gone to the store to purchase the boots instead.
I decided to call SportChek.ca's customer service to get some answers. However, all they could tell me was that they would "look into it." I have yet to receive any results or a reply from them. The package was supposed to have been sent via expedited post, but it seems like a joke to me.
I am now looking forward to the hassle of getting my money back and listening to their lame excuses, such as blaming Covid-19 and Canada Post. I would advise anyone who wants to shop at SportChek.ca to do so in-store when they have the merchandise in their hands. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment of waiting for a package that may never arrive.
Rudeness
I wanted to order hockey skates from SportChek, but I didn't had any idea which ones to buy. I wanted to make a present for my son. He was a hockey player and I wanted to buy him new pair of skates. I contacted SportChek and asked for help. I told them that I knew nothing about skates and wanted to get some assistance. Their rep was very rude, and instead...

The Sportchek website is complete garbage. The site itself is buggy and has many issues (from deadend links that end in errors to the inability to track your order status yourself without having to call into [protected] and waste more of your precious time! Ordering online the last week of November and the first week of December, ordering items that are in stock should ALWAYS guarantee on time delivery well befor the holidays. It's sad how much stress this whole online shopping experience has caused me. I should have gone with any other merchant, but I tried to support a Canadian merchant and now am left with two family members still to shop for :( I am not looking forward to more time on hold while dealing with incompetent customer service to try and cancel my order, or having to refuse the parcel when it arrives after the holiday. My advice to shoppers...avoid Sportchek.ca at all cost!
Rude to customer
First me and my friend, Ahmed waiting to get my cloths from sportchek locker room. as were waiting i was sitting down and Ahmed was dribbeling the soccer ball and testing it, if he should buy IT or not. as i was sitting down the manager shawn comes up to me. And tells me to stop fooling around. i said im not and im waiting for my stuff fROM ur staff to get them for me.. he sudintley tripped out and told me "STOP ###ING AROUND" three times to my face...he raised his voice on me and my friend as we were customers. Also he said u have 5 min to leave the store and he lost his tamper and said We r not customers or employes to him or sportchek company...he was still argueing ans swearing at us to leave..the other manager had to come and see the problim...as he was still yelling i ignored him and walked away...As i was walking away he called me to come back with loud voice across the mall..like asking me to fight or like sounded like he was my dad...telling me what to do... Still as i was leaving the store he was giveing a very disgusting dirty look...i dint understand what was wrong with him..THAT MANAGER WAS VERY VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AND HE WAS TOO OTHERS...ALSO I HAVE THREE WINESSES AND TWO OF THEM ARE EMPLOYES AT SPORTCHEK...please deal with this situation and the manager...i would not like to see him again at that store working as i am shopping.. thank you
A Brand New Bike had the same problem over and over. The pedal and pedal arm would come lose and fall off. After the fourth time taking it back. This is unacceptable. and I, m tired of the lip service from the manager, over and over and over again.
Let me guess you spent a whopping $149 on it. Dude you cant but a Chevette and expect a Corvette.
two problems here
1) its not sportcheck fault you wrecked your bike
2) im gonna guess when you pull out the "this is unnacceptables" and such they wont help you. when you anger the one person capable of helping what do you expect to happen
