Based on reviews, I am not the only one experiencing difficulty with this company. if they cannot fulfil the order they need to start issuing refunds to everyone who needs to get uniforms elsewhere.

Placed order through soccer.com which is owned by Sports Endeavors on Aug. 12th, item 1 was suppose to arrive by 8/19 and the other by 8/26. I called on 8/20 but no one answered the phone after 30 mins. I contacted them via there website on 8/27, emailed, and called and waited 50 mins, but no one picked up. There has not been any updates regarding my order and it is now after both dates they stated I would receive it by. This company is misleading it's customers by consistently claiming product availability and delivery times that are inaccurate. Furthermore, they are providing no updates whatsoever which makes you wonder if this is a legitimate business or just a scam.

Tried canceling order, customer service said you could not cancel your individual order due to contract with soccer club. We were considering having our daughter play with a soccer club, they were rushing us to submit an order so we did. However we were unable to join / stay with the team. We immediately tried to cancel the order and were told by the company that they have a contract with the soccer club that does not allow us to cancel the order. I have contacted customer service multiple times with same answer and no other suggested solutions. This contract is with the club and the soccer.com company, not me. This was a personal order placed with personal funds, I fail to see how I am bound by two separate company's contract.

Wrong size uniform was sent to me and now they want me to pay for another one I placed an order for my son's uniform on August 8. I emailed a few weeks later asking for an update on the order. Soon after a shipping label was created on Sept. 5. I received his uniform on Sept.12 pm after his first soccer game.This was ridiculous. What makes it worse is that despite me ordering a youth large the system turned it into an adult large. Now I have a uniform that is five times too big for my son and I am being told to ship it back, Why in the world would I do that when you took forever to make this. I am pissed off. I know I ordered a youth large. I am having it altered which is cost me 40 dollars because your company messed up. The company offered to send me another uniform as long as I pay for it and then refund me later.

Order expected delivery change, may not have my kids soccer shorts before season ends Ordered 8/15 original expected delivery 9/15 still waiting I've ordered for years from this company and spend most likely a couple grand on kids soccer uniforms. I expected better service from a company that our club has an agreement with. I've called a handful of times, was hung up on several times. Finally wanted to have back up so I emailed. Was told in first email it would be end of October, never saw the shorts. Then reach out again and was told mid November. I have never experienced such bad service besides trying to switch my cell phone service provider. The email includes I can get a refund but this is the only source to get out kids uniforms for the travel club. This company is taking advantage of the club relationship and should expect better service.

It has been over a month. I still do not receive my promised full refund. Return merchandise authorization (RMA): *** tracking number: *** The *** tracking shows " Arrived at *** location CONCORD, NC" since 07/20. https://www.***.com/*** Actions took: I have contacted Soccer.com customer service twice. I was promised to get my full refund within a week. But not all at. I felt I was fooled and lied. In total, I have wasted about one hour in calling soccer.com's customer service to solve my problem. But no refund at all so far!

We've done business with this company for the past 15 years purchasing all of our soccer needs for the school. I contacted soccer.com to order and gain access to my online rewards account as I was locked out for some reason. The rep promptly referred me over to a group sales. I asked how many points we had accumulated in our account since we wanted to redeem some for purchases. She told me I had accumulated a lot of points at 760,000 points. I made her repeat it twice and wrote it down moving forward to ask my group rep how to access them. When I was transferred over I was informed on how to gain access to my account but it seemed that there was an error that needed to be corrected by the technical department, I was told to patiently wait till the following day to gain access to my account in which I did. When I logged in all my points had disappeared. The cant explain why and I have called 5 times where they tell me they will call me back, no one has

On August 4, I submitted an order through soccer.com for our team Jerseys. The website stated that they would ship the product out in early September due to the pandemic. At that time I was left with no other option but to order the product in hopes that my son would have his equipment for the upcoming season. I have since had to make other arrangements to ensure my son had the equipment needed to participate with his team this season. On September 16, after checking their website on when the order would arrive to try and cancel my order. The order will not arrive in time to really use the equipment and jerseys for the season that ends in October. Soccer.com has refused to cancel my order that is not even produced. I am needing soccer.com to cancel my order that will not arrive in time to even use the product this season. There is no sense to pay for a product that can not be used for the soccer season. I am wanting to cancel my order and receive a refund.

We placed an order through our club with Sports Endeavor and received a response and receipt indicating that the order would be shipped by 31 August . Throughout August I called to confirm the order would be shipped. On the first occasion the order shipment date was confirmed. I called again and the shipping was upgraded to 2-day. Believing the order would be shipped I called on 31 August to confirm it had actually been sent. After waiting for more than 45 minutes I learned from customer service that the order had not been shipped, and no time frame was given for when it might be shipped. For a 10-year old boy excited to play in his first soccer tournament this situation was disheartening. I was told to send an email to "the president's office" which I did and received a pathetically written generic email within two minutes of sending my email. I knew right away that no one had actually read my concern or would resolve it. I still have no message of when my son's uniforms will arrive

Company will not accept return saying jersey is customized and their policy is clear when ordering. I do not see where this is clear anywhere when ordering, they talked about the fact that there may be a delay in shipping but nothing about it being non-returnable. I have been in touch with the company Several times asking them to explain how it is customized when I chose it right off of their website, it did not say anything about being a plain jersey and I would have to choose the professional soccer players name and number, it is pictured complete on web site. In fact. The paper that was in the box when I received says that the only thing that cannot be returned are jerseys that are customized with YOUR name and team number, this is not a personal name, it is the name of a professional soccer player. I have communicated with the company several times via email and they will not let me return one of the shirts due to the size. They do have a return policy page and it is listed in there but I didn't look at their return policy page I didn't see the reason too and that is shame on me; however, I feel as though this is false advertising for an expensive jersey. I am looking to be reimbursed for the one jersey the other one I would like to give to my granddaughter for her birthday.

This business does not provide items in the shipping window advertised. Refuses to provide refunds for past due deliveries. On 11/17, placed order ***. Selected standard delivery of 10 days. As of 12/10, items have still not shipped. Called on 11/25 and was informed of warehouse delays for my sons jerseys. I asked for my sons shoes to be shipped separately since they were on the shelf and spoke with a supervisor who informed me they would split the order and do so. Supervisor said she would call next day with an update. Next date (11/26) I called and supervisor and she stated that she was awaiting a warehouse response. Next date (11/27) I called again and was told that it has been requested to expedite the shoes as a courtesy free of charge by Monday 11/30. I called again on 11/30 and was told that the warehouse was not responding to the call centers requests and they apologized, but said the uniforms and shoes should arrive by 12/10. On 12/9, I noticed that items had not shipped and called and was told items would ship that day and arrive overnight on 12/10. Today (12/10) I noticed items did not ship, called and was told that the uniforms were not complete and warehouse was delayed. Agent offered to overnight shoes, but then stated that while I had been waiting since my order was originally placed, the shoes had gone out of stock and they could no longer ship me the shoes. I asked for a complete refund of the order and was told custom orders could not be refunded. However, I was also told my order had not been created, so I do not understand why it is that I cannot get a cancellation of refund. These items are well past the promised date and my child does not have the uniforms or shoes they need and I will have to go to a competitor. This vendor also took advantage of me on 08/27 when I placed an order for on the shelf, non-custom items and paid extra for express 2-day delivery. Order was placed on 08/27 and item was received on 09/09. (order ***).

Ordered goalie gloves for son. Ship deadline passed. Contacted and told would be shipped. No delivery. Called again. Told on backorder. No date known! On July 11th I placed an order for my son's new goalkeeper gloves for him to use as he starts playing again as his soccer starts up. ORDER # ***, Following months of no soccer and his huge disappointment at not playing, I thought that these new gloves would brighten up his day just before he restarts. The order online said the item would be mailed out on July 20th with an expected delivery date of July 27th. On July 21st I had not yet received my tracking information so I called. I spoke with a young lady who told me the item was there and that it would go out that day, July 21st. Well, on July 27th I still did not have any tracking information so I called back only to receive the devastating news. THE ITEM IS ON BACKORDER WITH NO KNOW DATE FROM THE MANUFACTURER OF WHEN THE ITEM WOULD BE AVAILABLE! Furthermore, the gentleman cannot see how someone would have told me on July 21st that they were there and would be sent out that day. The item MUST have been on back order when I placed my order - SO WHY DID YOUR SITE NOT SHOW THE ITEM ON BACK ORDER - AND IT STILL DOES NOT STATE THAT FACT TODAY 7/27. Instead of being honest and upfront, your company and employee lied to me and made me believe that the item was there and I would receive it as planned. This is not only unethical, but soul destroying to a young man anticipating the gloves for practice after months of inactivity. YOU, SIRS, DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PLAY EMOTIONAL ROULETTE WITH KIDS WHO HAVE ALREADY GONE THROUGH SO MUCH. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIE, DECEIVE AND LEAD PEOPLE ON THAT THEIR IPORTANT ORDER WILL ARRIVE AS PROMISED WHEN THE EVIDENCE CLEARLY SHOWS THAT IT WILL NOT. AND YOU ESPECIALLY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO MISINFORM, DELIBERATELY, ON THE AVAILABILITY OF AN ITEM IN ORDER TO NOT LOSE A SALE. I have had these issues in the past where I have ordered items, that were then suddenly on back order. But this truly is the huge metal pole that breaks the camel's back. I will think very long and hard before ever ordering from Soccer.com again. AGAIN - given any other circumstance where my son was not already devastated by the cancellation of the sport he loves, this MIGHT have gone by the wayside. But I am dealing with an emotional teenager who goes in and out of depression based on what the sports news tells him on a daily basis with up and down promises of back to action. Finally he was to get back training with a team. His reward for his patience were these new, spectacular goalie gloves donned by his favorite professional goalkeepers. Every day he asked me if there was an update on their arrival and every day - BASED ON YOUR INFORMATION AND REASSURANCES - I told him they would be there on July 27th - AND THEY WERE NOT. I demand that the recorded telephone conversation of Tuesday, July 21st - 10:47am Colorado time with your associate be reviewed. I also demand that you make this up to my son by providing him, a new pair of Adidas Predator goalkeeper gloves, as ordered, as soon as they arrive at your facility for distribution.
