Billed for bike May 12 and was informed order was being prepared for shipping that day
Billed for bike May 12 and was informed order was being prepared for shipping that day. As of today, September 9, bike has yet to ship. Order #XXXXXXXX placed for bike on May 12. "Express payment was made via CC and upon completion, the company wrote "we are getting your order ready to be shipped." Today is September 9th and the order has NOT shipped. After multiple emails depicting shipping dates that were to have occurred in May, July and August, (only after my making inquiries,) I am now of the belief that this company is a scam and am asking they be investigated and that I receive a total refund. This is not just about billing at this point!

I submitted a claim for a damaged product and was advised that a replacement would be shipped
I submitted a claim for a damaged product and was advised that a replacement would be shipped. It has been 6 weeks and they have ceased communication. Serial #TXXXXXXXXX. On 5/9 I filled out the form to report a damaged seat. I followed up on 5/24 for status on the claim and did not receive a response until 6/9. At that time I was provided a FedEx tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXX to track the status of the replacement and was advised to follow up in two weeks if it was not received. I followed up on 6/23, 6/27, and 7/20 and have not received a response to any of my follow ups. The tracking number remains in pending status as well. It has been 2 months since I submitted a damage claim and I still have not received the replaced seat.

Unresponsive to emails since 4/18- received faulty product. Custom order not sent, bike not able to be ridden. No response to returns. Cost *** Problem date: 4/18 Purchase date: 3/28 Model number: In the Barrel Order number: XXXXXXXX Account number: n/a Payment amount: *** Payment method: Visa My husband and I decided to make a large investment for our family purchasing *** of products through SixThreeZero. We had to wait several extra weeks for the bike which we understood because of the coronavirus. We have been patient and understanding through this. The "In the Barell" bike was delivered and: -For starters, the upgrades to the tires was not sent. The stock white wall tires were sent where all black tires ordered. -As I filled the stock tires to the PSI listed on the tire (50 PSI) the tire BLEW UP in my face. This was incredibly unsafe and has me quite uneasy. -And to top it off, the custom/accessory front fender is BENT. This does not allow the tire to rotate making the bike unable to be ridden. After sending multiple emails since 4/18, first to rectify the situation we then decided to return the product given no response. I refuse to support a company that provides ZERO customer service for a costly investment. Still, no response to return their product from them. Now I have two bicycles that are not able to be ridden and out *** dollars.
Purchased a men's bike and a woman's bike - reasons for non delivery keep changing Purchased /ordered a Men's and female bike late March/early April website stated it would take approx ten days for bikes to be delivered - bikes did not come and no one from six three zero contacted us - we made contact asking for a status up date and was told there would be a delay due to supply issues - no update yet again - I had to contact them Again and was told the men's bike would be available May 11 the women's bike in August - May 11th came and again no update from the company - I had to contact them Again and was told the men's bike was in Memphis Tennessee but the custom tires I ordered were in Los Angeles and f they could just send the bike and tires to me and they would issue a discount I declined saying o wanted everything together - then we agreed the bike and tires would be sent to a nearby bike shop and they would put the tires on - less than 2 hours later I was told the mans bike with the wrong tires was not available and they were offering a free upgrade that they would do everything to make it right - but they didn't call me - just left me again trying to get an update - they did "say" the women's bike was available - I have the email communication that substantiated the complaint
I recently purchased a bike and it was damaged when received. After many attempts of contact I have received no response from them to replace it On May 17th, I received a bike I purchased from Sixthreezero. Upon receipt I noticed two large rips in the box. After assembling the bike and taking it for a test ride I discovered the front tire rim was bent. In turn, I attempted to contact the company and was told to fill out a damage form. I was told it would take 3-5 business to receive a response and after multiple attempts I have received no response or acknowledgment...This was not a cheap purchase and it is extremely frustrating that they have not responded to me after following their instructions on how to report a defective order...I would appreciate if they could replace the front tire for me. I have attached a video of the bent rim. The bent rim is only visible when the tire is spinning.
bought a bike that showed up missing parts. Got the run around for 2 months before being told they can't help because i haven't provided enough info I bought a bike from SixThreeZero in early May. When it arrived, it was missing many many pieces. I immediately got in touch with them, relaying that i was missing parts (and listed the parts i was missing) I was then directed to fill out a claims form, in which i again detailed all of the parts that were missing. After going back and forth with their team for 2 months, i was just told that they could not process my claim because i didn't provide them with enough information. I don't know what else information i can provide them. I asked multiple times during the 2 months what parts they were sending me, only to have my questions ignored and to be told that "my claim was prioritized and their repairs department was working on it". Tonight i was told that apparently i haven't provided enough information. I am extremely angry with them.

Company advertised an expected date of shipment
Company advertised an expected date of shipment. That date came and went with no update. This company is scamming people out of money. They are advertising shipment dates that they have no intention of honoring. They will take your money immediately upon order. Then they will not communicate with you when the expected shipment date has come and gone. They do not respond to emails. You have to get in touch either via telephone (after waiting) or get lucky and get the live chat feature when it is actually working. Even after speaking to a representative on the phone and via chat, they still have NO idea when my order will ship out. They think it will be no later than August but they really don't know. They also make you request a cancellation that can take 24-48 hours to be approved or denied. Then if your cancellation request is approved they will take 5-7 business days to reimburse you. This company is taking advantage of people and falsely advertising when your bike will ship out, they take your money and they have no intention of providing the item they promised.

Wrong bike was shipped
Wrong bike was shipped. It's been 4 months I bought a 500watt e-bike through their 3rd pary retailer *** They shipped a 250watt bike with several missing parts, the main one being the battery. It took almost 4 months to receive the battery. At that time we didn't know they had sent the wrong bike from the get go until we were unable to get the new 500 watt battery to work with the bike. After some investigation we discovered that the bike wasn't even the one we ordered. It was a 250 watt (less expensive) bike. The battery they sent will not work on the cheaper bike. They advised me that they cannot ship a replacement bike or accept a return of this bike. Unfortunately walmart.com will not accept it either as it is past their 90 day return policy. That entire time was spent waiting patiently on the missing battery. I've asked them to just send the correct battery with a refund of the difference in price for the bike I paid for vs the one they sent me. They won't do that either. Their customer service is horrible. I was given excuse after excuse with Covid being their favorite to use and an unprecedented demand for their product. All I want is a working bike. In addition to the above mentioned issue, we are missing a wheel nut, wheel nut safety loop and have a dent in one of the fenders. I don't even care about the latter issues. We can fix those but we can't use this without a battery. Ideally they should have this bike picked up at their expense and ship the one we paid for, the 500 watt bike but I would settle for getting a 250 watt battery for this one and a refund of the price difference.
