They stole customer ID and content of the assets as their worker's own.
They ignored when customer find out and refused to offer the entitlement of refunds.
They sent out fake email with lawyer consent in their and address to customer and said the customer request which I [the customer] did not and informed back the spotify and they pretend deaf.
1. Very threatening after this experience with spotify robbery to customer.

3. They delete customer 20 years music saving selection with them and the most dangerous thing was, they stolen ID from customer to issue email out to customer which like they to inform the customer they are intruding.

Retrieved my account with them which I did not requested deleted of my account at all. And give me back my $10 at least for this careless deletion of my account this monthy fee if they can not find or retrived my account back with all my saved music in these 24 years within1- 7 days. They are ou t oftheir mind.

Spotify is a scam and ID stolen habit website. THEY STOLE people's fortune and lifestyle and peace.
They kept on issue out no-reply email and state out something is not true and make up. And the thing is they said is under the law by my request and they will kept the paper for information.
This is criminal issue here people.
I contact spotify to tell them when I log in my account, was rejected but I still has a member for half months. And the ridiculous issue is they said I requested to cancel, but I did not. Then I call spotify security to let them know that is not my request at all.
No one is response. No customer service telephone number, and finally contact the chat. But it is like only can say hello thank you.
I am very unhappy with this since last month. Now today another serious statement they sent to me and said something again that I requested and said my requested had to pay response to the law.
THIS IS STUPID. The question is I the account holder calling for help on someone pretended me to log in and make order that I did not. And my account is disappeared since last month.
