Spring Financial review: A fraudulent loan put in my name without my authorization.

I never applied for a loan. I found out I had this loan with spring financial. I never heard about this company. I found out by looking at my bank account and finding funds taken out. I emailed them because could not get a live person. I told them about it and they were not cooperative. I did get the bank to reverse the charges but they put this on my credit report and now my credit is poor.. They ruined my credit rating. I have proof from the bank that I did not apply for this. I never signed anything with spring financial.
