mobile and ipad lease
I was a long time Sprint customer and switch my phone over to my then husbands account in 2012/13. When we separated, I called into the transfer my phone and ipad back into my name, 9/2015. I recently had some issues with my cell phone and when I went into the store, I found out I was put on an entirely new lease, for both my phone and my iPad when I didn't have that much time left on the existing leases.
iPad - 9/23/14 - ESN: [protected] / ICC/SIM ID: [protected]
iPhone - 1/2/15 - ESN: [protected] / ICC/SIM ID: [protected]
I was never provided notification that my lease was starting again for another 2 years. It was the remaining balance.
My lease needs to be updated to reflect the correct information.
terrible service!!
I'm so disappointed with Sprint! Do not use them, they are terrible, their phone and customer service are the worst you can imagine!
I needed their help and called, they said they need to check something and I was put on hold for like 20 minutes and then disconnected! I called for the second time and was put on hold again!
I was so angry that found their address and went to one of their stores. No one there was able to help me! They all were just staring at me. I asked for the manager and they said that he left. I asked how can I contact him and they said they don't know! Are you kidding me? Hate this company!
lack of customer care/service
Single transaction $1k cash sale just turned around and walked out your doors...
Walk in and greeted by a clipboard girl asking how she can help me today.
I told her I need to purchase the exact model of phone (brand, model, size, and color) outright.
I'm told its gonna be a 30 min wait, other customers ahead of me. If I didn't know exactly what I need/want and needed assistance, then yes waiting my turn would be acceptable.
So you rather over thousand dollars sale walk out? Just because you wanted to try and up-sell me on something that I don't want and therefore won't pay for!
If a customer comes in with the manufacture number and sprint sale price you should realize they have done their research, and you definitely shouldn't treat them like they are stupid! Or was it because I prefer to own my cellular phone & not pay your rental fees that you treat me with less respect?
Also, for years we have been complaining of dead zones and limited 3G service in our area. The other cellular companies offer 4G LTE in the same area!
Recently noticed the kiosks take only credit card payments, funny only cash payments are not working. Must be to try up-sales at the register too.
Customer Service is nearly extinct. Keep it up and your customers will be gone.
want to pay $2,000 for a phone?!?!?! just go to your local sprint store!!!
Back in the middle of May 2016 my iphone 5s broke due to water damage (my fault) while I was in Florida on vacation. Every experience with Sprint had been great up until today 09/16/2016 when I realized what was happening with my billing. So when my iphone broke I went to the sprint store in 330A Mary Esther Blvd Mary Esther, FL 32569 and had them set me up with a Galaxy S7 edge. I was told by the store manager that I could pay my last bill and then upgrade for no additional charge to the Samsung, so I thought that would be great and had him do it. He had me put signature on a few separate blank lines on his ipad and says that my sprint monthly charges have not changed, which was true. What he failed to mention was that he actually financed my phone with a third party loan company called Progressive Rent Payments who have been billing my account $72.50 twice a month ever since I got the phone. So after sprint and progressive bill me for the month my total amounts to nearly $230 a month. Before I walked in the store I was paying $89, now I pay $230?!?!?! That's insane! So I called Progressive rent payments and the rep their apologized and said that they charge double for whatever hardware you lease, so by the time my 1 year plan ends I will have paid $1950 for my Samsung S7 edge. I WOULD NEVER PAY 2000 FOR A PHONE! Sprint Customer care reps say they cant do anything because its through a third party company. Progressive Loan reps say they cant do anything because I "signed an agreement." Which is a load of crap... I cant even begin describe how angry I am with that manager. As a result, I called the store to find out that he had left. One must wonder why he did or if he was just fired for sketchy deals. Either way I am left paying for it and sprint cant seem to do a dang thing about. Utterly disappointed

To Whom it may Concern:
I upgraded my daughter's phone December of 2015 from a 5C to a 5S [protected]). This was an upgrade not an insurance claim so phone should have been new. After some time she did not like the phone and we activates an old 5C back to her line until I could get her a new phone. Recently my daughter-in-law needed a phone so I activated the 5S on her number [protected]) for her to use. She works at a refinery and must by law leave her phone in the car, she can not carry it on her person while on the refinery premises.
Due to the phone being left in the car the phone separated, the face plate detached from the body of the phone. I then activated an old phone on her number to use until I could get the 5S fixed. Sprint Technical Chat told me to take the phone to a Sprint Repair location, after waiting two hours for a tech to see me he told me since the phone is STILL under manufacturer's warranty I should go to an Apple Store to have the phone repaired or replaced. The Apple Store Near me did not have an opening until August 27, so I drove over 30 miles to an Apple Store across town. After speaking with an Apple technician this is where my frustration, disappointment and anger towards Sprint started. I was told that this 5S (IMEI: [protected]) is not an authentic Iphone and was not built by Apple. He compared a 5S in the store and showed me the differences, the back plate is a knockoff and the face plate is a knockoff not authentic apple parts. He showed me where the water damage strip was RED meaning the phone had water damage. We never got the phone wet for one, it was in an Otter Box the time we had the phone. He stated that it appears Sprint sent me a refurbished phone with aftermarket parts built by someone else and not Apple.
I have been a Sprint customer for over 15 years and pay Sprint around $400.00 a month, for me that is a lot of money. I have been loyal customer and recommend Sprint to my friends and family during this time.
Imagine my surprise when I am told the Phone I received as an upgrade phone is not AUTHENTIC or even NEW for that matter. This information from the Apple Tech makes wonder several things about Sprint:
1. Why is Sprint sending me a phone that is not an authentic Iphone
2. Does Sprint send knockoffs made in a third world country to save money and deceive customers
3. Are the other phones on my plan genuine phones or fakes as well
payment arrangement
09-22-16 I called *2 to make a payment arrangement. The machine asked me what day would I like to set up arrangement. I dialed 09-03. The machine lady repeats 09-03 for me to confirm... I confirm. Then I choose to pay past due amount but I agreed to pay 20 dollars more than what was owed. I dialed 18000 and immediately afterwards she say payment processed! I get a text right away saying that my payment was processed. Really? I've done this several times before so I'm familiar with the system and How to use it! I called customer service and a Manager reverse the charges. I asked Manager am I the only one who called with this problem today and she told me "NO." Unacceptable! unprofessional! I would've been charged an overdraft from my bank. The manager offered me nothing for that big mistake... I'm literally done with Sprint.
horrible service
I am a new customer to Sprint, I switched from Verizon on 8/15/16 via the Sprint.com website. I ordered the 2 Samsung S7and S7 edge ( BOGO) With the intention of adding my son's ( who is currently in NY) IPhone 6s Plus that he owns. I was told (via live chat) that Sprint would cover all my fees to transfer services from one carrier to another. I received the S7 edge 8/16 and the S7 8/17, however on 8/18 I called the telesales dept to have the iPhone number ported to no avail. I was on the phone for about an hour with Mike who, to my understanding, added my son onto the account as an authorized user, added the line and had tried numerous times to switch his iPhone over via the Internet. Apparently the phone needed a new "free" SIM card so Mike set it up to where Daniel could go in the NY store ( 8/19 Hudson Valley) which evidently is a Radio Shack store w/ Sprint inside, but what he needed is a corporate store. On 8/21 I called the customer service dept to have the lines on the S7 and the edge swapped because the phone had been idavertenlty given to my 10 y/o which turned out to be a nightmare. I tried to avoid the long line and use the convenience of online services, but I was quickly rushed off the phone by an irritated young man who said " he had all the info in the account he needs and just turn them off and they'll be switched over", NOT! Both phones went to VM for 2 hours and I had to I stay on the phone with Mark for 45 min making it work, fortunately he was very nice.8/21 Daniel goes into corporate store in PA (Lycoming Mall in Muncy, PA) now he's not an authorized user and no one in the store will talk to me. Because he is traveling, there is a cab waiting outside for an hour that cost him $100. I finally get Jessica and Lisa (sprvsr) via phone who is rude and tells me " they can send me a SIM card to NY but I need to add a new line because nothing has been done in my account and being that my account is less than 30 days old and I'm not satisfied with the service I still have the option of disconnecting my service!" I was "accidentally" disconnected and then spoke with a very nice Victor J. for an hour ( explaining the process over again) who tried to help but had me on and off hold then sent me to 'order support' to speak with Jen who would finally add the line and order the SIM card. Jen had me pay $14.11 for shipping the FREE SIM card to NY and tried to charge me $30 to activate his line, which should have already been done for free like the other 2. After putting me on hold various times Jenn finally agreed to add the line for free but the SIM card would still take 2-5 business days. I was/am furious because each day that I am on the Verizon Network I am paying for that line and the line I had to add with Sprint! I called the corporate store in Fairfield to get a address and the young man inquired about my situation and I again I explained everything over again. As he spoke between another customer and myself he explained why I " should have never ordered my phone online and how folks usually get such horrible service when they go through the online process!" I was appalled that he would actually throw his company and coworkers under the bus like that. I have been treated horribly thought this entire process and only switched to sprint because I thought my rates would be better, but why should I have to compromise money for customer service? A peace of mind is priceless!
horrible customer service
I went into the sprint store about 2 weeks ago in Bloomindale, IL army trail location. No one greeted me and my family when we walked through the door. We ended up walking over to the closest Rep. to ask for help. I went to upgrade my phone from a 5s to a 6s. This guy Zain Zaidi made 3 mistakes that delayed my visit 3 hours. First after he registered my new phone, and I paid my money. I realized that he had the wrong color phone. I asked for gold he pull out a black phone. He then had to cancel my order and start over again. Then he questioned me about having my phone backed up in the cloud. I told I'm not sure. He then replied to me with a smart remark of why and that's what I should have done. Then after that he finally switch the info from my phone to the new phone. He asked me to enter in my password. I entered it in 3 times and it didn't work. It was because this guy downloaded someone else info on my phone. He ask me was that my email address and I said no, and that's how I knew he downloaded the wrong info.
All while this guy was making all these mistakes, he was on his personal phone, face book. Making comments to the other specialist. talking about restaurants ect. Everyone else was nice and seem to be giving good customer service. Me... I wish I would have went to another sprint store.
see below
On 1 August 2016 I bought Sprint phone from Best Buy Park Plaza In Little Rock, AR. 4 days later received a demand for payment or service would be cut off. It was an unlimited data, talk, & text plan. Despite 2 calls to the store & 1 to their 611, no one would say that service would not be cut off, guy at 611 refused to give name despite at least 4 requests. All the 611 guy would talk about was what I owe them. If someone doesn't tell me that this mistake of THEIRS isn't handled the POS goes back to the store tomorrow! customer pin 290280. acc # [protected].

I have been with the Sprint company for many years. Heretofore, they have taken care of me and have had better coverage than other companies. Where I worked part-time I had coverage where no other employees did. I have a business and there was a time that I paid over $700 in one month. There have been many months that I have paid over $500 per month. Moreover, the last year I have averaged over $250 per month on my bill. To be candid you would think Sprint would want to take care of a good customer. I had an iphone 5, paid it off and just over a year ago got an iphone 6. I kept exceptional care of it, encased it, never dropped it, never used it a lot and had an excellent battery. I had a problem with the speaker and took it in to Sprint. They told me they could replace the speaker. I was excited because I knew my phone was in good condition. I have had insurance on the phone the whole time and still do. The insurance company told me that Sprint would get me a new phone. When I went to pick up my phone they told me that they couldn't fix my speaker, but they would give me a refurbished phone that was like new. Well, the phone they gave me has previously owned and not refurbished. It has an internal crack in the screen, glitches in the photo portion of the camera and low battery life. I am not pleased. When they brought me the phone it was not in a box and they slapped a plastic screen protector on it that was crooked. It was obviously not new or refurbished. I would have checked the phone out, but I trusted them. . Now I have someone's abused iphone that was replaced and my phone like new was probably given out to someone else. I think Sprint should give me a good phone. The old saying is "If you don't take care of your customer someone else will.
returning phone after canceling services
I canceled service with sprint and changed over to t-mobile I turned the phone into t-mobile per their request and got a new phone. Since then sprint is charging me $565.00 so I have been in contact with them (7) times about this and they said I had to return the "free" tablet I rec'd when I first started service with them. I returned the tablet but they did not remove the 120.00 fee as they said they would until I called again asking what is the status of the account. Then i'm told we will remove the 120.00 but you should not have given the phone to t-mobile... I have already talked to someone at sprint that says they have the phone and remove the charge but now they don't know anything about it.
They are right. Your phone should have been returned to Sprint, since Sprint owns it.
contract buyout promotion
On 04/30/2016, I switched my service from T mobile to Sprint Pcs as a part of a sales promotion being offered by Sprint PCS. I was told by my representative that all I needed was my final bill from T mobile when the final bill came in the total amount was $782.85. I submitted the bill to sprint for them to review they stated to give them until 06/14/2016 to pay their portion on the bill. I contacted sprint on the 06/20/2016 in regard to the final bill they stated to me that the deined my claim and would only pay $270.00 for the cost of my equipment which is far lees than the amount showed for cancellation in which came to a total of $439.02 for their portion of the bill. DO NOT SWITCH TO SPRINT it's a rip off
I was duped into switching from Verizon to one of sprints supposed “buyout” promos where they promised to pay my early termination fees and remaining values for the phones I traded in.
After submitting my final Verizon bill and turning in my old phones I was told I would get a Visa card in the mail. Instead I got a. Email from sprint saying I would not be getting a credit for the phones due to the phone model numbers not being listed on the final Verizon bill. (Although the model numbers are clearly on the buyout receipts at the store!). They said to call them and they can arrange a 3 way call with Verizon. When I called them a sprint customer service agent in the Philippines answered and asked for my 6 digit security code which I never set up. She said without it she cannot access my account. Then I stopped by the sprint store and they told the phillipino hat my code was 8 digits who I was my birth year twice. ( I never set this up. Sprint made this code for me without my knowledge!)
Finally after almost 2 hours we got a Verizon specialist who finally confirmed the phone model numbers that I turned in and was told my Visa cards were on the way Furthermore I find out sprint did not plan on refunding the $260 Verizon early termination fee but luckily the Verizon agent confirmed that amount. So the sprint customer service finally honored that as well. But it wasn’t worth the stress and hassle of dealing with the incompetent store sales zombies or the overseas customer disservice team. Unfortunately. Verizon is not much better so there Amare not much options !

I am the wife of these two individual that have for over a year ago I was cyberbullied to the most any one person can take. I had a issue with drugs due to a medication changes in my medications I could not understand why my husband wasn't there for me that really did enough damage alone. I did all the research after being told I was in a dangerous situation from Google. They told me to go to the authorities the state attorney and file charges. My husband said I was delusional so I wanted to research it myself.I many of times wanted to go but I would be on the street cause 10 yrs married and nothing in my name for 14 prescriptions daily. I thought about it and hoped maybe some way it wasn't true or that I would not let myself below it. I struggled with addiction and abuse at the hand of my husband and this woman who supposedly was a pole dancer I found numerous things out. I was really distraught he wouldn't get me help for 11 15 months now here I am looking to move forward with this cause it is the right thing to domI don't wish that upon anyone it is awful to see your husband let go and treat me so cruel. I would ask if he just woke up one day and didn't love me no more?. It has been a long time coming and they should pay as they rubbed it in my face and I can't take anymore abuse.
they protect criminals at all cost
Today I received a phone call from a Sprint Mobile phone. A man with a foreign accent claimed to be with HP Tech Support. He kept saying that my computer was being severely hacked. Then the man claimed to be with Microsoft. After I kept questioning the person then he claimed to be from neither HP nor Microsoft, but said he was just with "Windows." I would like to know how this person obtained my name and my private phone number. When I asked him for his name he would not give it to me. There was a lot of noise in the background like he was in a dorm room or some business. After about 4 minutes I hung up because it was apparent to me that this person was trying to gain remote access to my computer. I believe he was trying to access my computer to maybe obtain personal information to sell.
When I looked up the number shown on my phone that he was calling from I found on whitepages.com that there have been hundreds and thousands of complaints of fraud about this man trying to persuade and manipulate people with the same and similar scams.
Seeing that the phone number was owned by Sprint I decided to telephone Sprint to report these fraudulent calls being made. To my surprise Sprint investigated me and had absolutely no interest at all in knowing the phone number of the person making these thousands of fraudulent calls to people! In fact, Sprint transferred me to another wacky employee who told me that they "PROTECT" their customers from losing service for criminal activity. Decent people who do not go around looking for ways to make a living without working a legitimate job need to be aware that they have no protection from Sprint because Sprint does not protect anyone from criminals. They only protect the criminals themselves.
Sprint needs to take action against customers who make fraudulent phone calls like this. If Sprint does not want to stop these criminals then they should shut down their disgusting company or LEAVE THE USA.
I am sure thankful that I do not have and have never had Sprint services, and after learning this about Sprint I surely never will in the future either!
Here is what White Pages shows about this scam - http://www.whitepages.com/phone/1-404-481-7254
unlocking request
I repair cell phones and a client brought in a Sprint phone he bought from someone else to get it unlocked. (That is to make the phone available to be used with another carrier.) I called Sprint to have them unlock the phone. I gave them the IMEI number of the phone—this is all that is necessary for them to give me the unlock code and make the phone available to be used with another carrier. They claimed they needed the old phone number as well as the account number of the person my client bought the phone from. Who would give their account number to a person who bought their phone? No one in their right mind would do this. And it’s unreasonable to expect that everyone who sells an old phone would remember to have it unlocked beforehand. Sprint knows this; they just want a reason to claim they can’t unlock the phone and force you to sign with them. To prove this point I called the sales department at Sprint to see if they could sign my client’s phone up for Sprint service without this account information from the old owner. The sales department told me on two occasions one does not need these numbers if they want to sign this phone up for Sprint service. I had both of them double check this to be sure this phone could be signed up; I Gave them the IMEI Number of the phone and they both assured me the phone was cleared to be signed up today and I did not need the old account number.
In other words it is settled policy at Sprint to make it very difficult for anyone to change to another carrier with a Sprint phone they buy but as easy as you like to sign up on Sprint with the same phone. This is the reality whatever BS they tell you but it is astonishing how creative Sprint reps get when you point this reality out. They will tell you they require you to have these numbers for the protection of old clients or for your protection or to prevent theft. Of course all these concerns are put aside if you want to sign the phone up for Sprint Service. Then they don’t need any of this information about the old account. All of the sudden security is no problem; it’s only a problem if you want to choose a service provider other than Sprint. In the service of this policy Sprint employees engaged in some truly sleazy tactics. Mind you, I’m not speaking of one member of their tech support team, but all three of the ones I spoke to. In their attempt to get me to accept that they can easily sign my client up for new Sprint service without the account information of the person he bought the phone from, but this same information is essential to unlock the phone, they repeatedly engaged in half lies and willful misinformation. I was I was even lied to about one of their clients committing fraud no less.
After I had pointed out Sprint’s real policy on this matter, to intimidate me a Sprint supervisor named Nichole at the Sprint Oklahoma City Tech office got really aggressive and told me that “after research” she had just found that the phone “has been involved in a claim” and “it is the property of the insurance company” …”the phone can’t be signed up for service” “I am noting the account” she said. Then I had her read back the IMEI number to make sure she was talking about the right phone and she verified it was that phone. After this I called back to make sure this was accurate because if it had been it would have meant the person that sold my client the phone had committed fraud. That’s what it is when someone sells something that does not belong to them. It turned out Nichole had lied, the phone was not the property of the insurance company and she had not even noted the account. Notice what happened here: a supervisor at the Sprint Oklahoma City Tech office accused a Sprint client of fraud just to intimidate me. I’ve had problems with cell companies before but nothing like this. Look at the countless complaints on BBB and others of Sprint reps hanging up on people and lying to them. This is Sprint policy. It is as if Sprint hires creeps as policy—or perhaps they make them so. Sprint’s tag line should read: “Whatever we can get away with.”
cellular service
Verizon is expensive so we thought we could save some money by asking Sprint what they could do for us. We stop at a store and they say yes we can get you service for $20 less a month than you are paying for two phones but get three and add one for your son.
So we get upgraded phones and keep our old that are no longer in contract with Verizon but we spend about $600 that day for fees and downpayments for the new iphones. While they were setting up our service which took three hours they could not get the system to take our zip code. They kept saying "for some reason it does not recognize your zip code" After several attempts they remedied it by using a zip code that was fifty miles from our residence. Now it's working.
We then go through making payments like clock work and calling occationally regarding the 12GB data that we did not get to use because somehow we were using roaming data where ever we went. Considering thata my son could not make us go over on our data plan this way with extra charges we did not see this as a big issue. But we were paying for it? Noone ever resolved that issue when another arose.
I had to change my sons phone that broke and could not get it to activate. After my third attempt I was told by Sprint that I am in a roaming area for miles around my residence and do not nor have I ever have Sprint coverage. How nice. So they say go to the store you orgininally signed up with for a buy back option.
My husband and I pass a Verizon store first and figured we would stop and see what they would offer to take this information with us to the Sprint store. Now here is where I'm getting pretty tired of Cellullar companies all together.
Verizon says don't go back there they lied to you ad will again. Your best option is to give us the phones, we will give you a visa gift card and you can pay most of your bill from them off. So we set up the service yet again based on their promises.
Back at Sprint I know that I will get a bill. I pay 100 on it right away to show them that it will get taken care of as soon as the Verizon cards come in. I call them repeatedly telling them the situation. Personally I think that considering that your store lied to us regarding our options to a point that they literally used another zip code to sign us up you should but this bill right down to bare minumum on left over phone value but... There is the issue of that 20 page contract p/phone we signed.
All I ask is that they take the payments I can give and not send it to collections. One conversation with a supervisor literally four hours led to him saying he would transfer me to the deparment that would rectify the issues on my bill. That led to a young lady saying she was told to explain my bill to me.
The last call before it officially went to collections 30 days after we cancelled was another supervisor telling me they promised they would do something about my troubles. The bill bill was 1400 after I paid the 100 on it. They sent it to collectioins for 1500. Now i have to argue not only that it's bull but that it's 100 off to boot.
Back to Verizon. The visa card. Never coming. I should have realized that they say. I got phones and it was all applied to my bill.
My intent will be to start a mass campaign to boycott Verizon and Sprint all together all they will do is lie to you regardless. As soon as my contract is up with Verizon we will go prepaid. For the $250 a month for three phones we now pay with data limits to boot we can get five unlimited.
My family will never use a Cellular company again. BOYCOTT SPRINT AND VERIZON.
GO PREPAID
They are stil making money just not able to rip you off with it in the process. Seriously who do you think owns the towers?
So that is my solum vow. You will see this post elsewhere.
scam/rip off / false advertisement
Advertisement states "bring in your phone and we will switch our service to your phone." That did not happen I had to buy the exact phone. I should've left the store then but didn't.I spoke with the store manager today, but there were still issues with the account. He tried to assist me today after noticing there was still issues with my account, but I'm no longer comfortable with Sprint service.
1) The Employee discount was not applied.
2) The referral fee still haven't been applied.
3) The switch over from another plan to Sprint hasn't been applied.
4) The phone now has an error message “Storage space running. Some system functions may not work.”
I was told by the technician of sprint, the phone I bought does not have enough GB due to the Sprint pre apps on the phone which can't be deleted. I hate Sprint and only want to recoup my phone cost and I'm switching. ASAP !
Your other phone could have been used IF it were unlocked.
scam
I too got taken with the half off the bill plan. I was told one amount over the phone what it would be. Then I got a bill that was higher, when I called and spoke to someone who I couldn't understand said of course that there must have been a misunderstanding. Then changed the plan in the middle of the month without telling me that then there would be change of plan charges. I now pay almost as much as I did with AT&T and have experienced dropped calls all the time. Don't be fooled like I was. In this case you get what you pay for.
monthly plan
My husband is the name on the account Cassidy Shun. My husband and I were in Best Buy 3/10/16 and he was getting a phone for his mother and the sales person who we talked to said that Sprint had a promotion and we would only be paying $150 per month for three lines 25GB so we were like yeah sure that is a great deal so they switched us and the sales rep and Best Buy even called Sprint and confirmed it with a representative before switching us. Not even half hour later we called Sprint to ask them what our monthly amount was to make sure and they told us we would be paying $240 per month which is not what we were told we asked to switch back to the original plan we had and they said sorry we can't do that it has already expired again only like a half hour after it was switched. Even with getting misinformation from Best Buy they would not help us. Our situation was escalated to a manager and they wouldn't help us either. The person we spoke to was Ciara. After talking to her for a very long time it was mutually agreed to pay $204 when we checked the account this morning it was showing $240 not $204 and we called again and there was no record of it in their system. Sprint are a bunch of crooks who are out to commit fraud by lying and cheating. We just want to go back to the plan we had we can't afford $240 per month. If we can't we want to cancel without termination fees. All calls should have been recorded so you can listen to them.
sprint plans
Sprint is a fraud, false advertising company. I switched for the simple fact that once o saw the advertising TV and saw all the discount I could get, cut your bill in half bla bla bla. I fell Right into that trap. I switched and all is well till I got my bill. Of course the first bill is always high because of all the fees of this and that bla bla bla ok...
