Square review: Holding my money and deactivated my account but they make sure they receive their fee

10/17/2023 I sent my customer a link so they could pay the $1000 dollar invoice. I rather the customer put their own credit card details themselves and square offers the send a link invoice to your customers cell phone number by text! 2 days later on 10/19/2023 apparently they deactivated my account. I never knew what was going on because they looped my number to a voice recorder message. I was working so I ask my girlfriend to check on it for me and did and that when I found out about the deactivation of my account that was 10/27/2023. But I still don't know why and they will not tell me. What they dobsay is check my email and they will resent the email that has the answer and til this day the email they said they sent has never been emailed to me at all. What's bs about this whole thing is I did nothing wrong in there fine print. I sent an invoice to my customer through their send your customer an invoice through text message to their cell phone so they can pay for product. All I did was click send invoice to customers cell phone.

Once the customer recieved the invoice he paid for it. So what they are doing to me should be against the law! I want justice!

They have tort my life! That money was made for a reason to pay my car payment and pay my electric, water and gas bill. Now if my car gets repoed then I lose my job I have to have my car to do my job it is 100%remote I work for the californa banks doing inspection on there commerical account and audits for their used car dealerships accounts in texas! So no car no job!

Today's date november 1, 2023 and in day 2 without electric my girlfriend, my two cats, my two dogs, my 4 fish and my turtle are hungry and cold right now which is 4:27am too cold to sleep my turtle is freezing because no electric for his water heater nor for his air filter i'm having to boil water on stove and let it sit and cool a little so I don't boil him to death. Thank goodness for gas! Sometime tomorrow we will have no gas nor water! Now square can mark one in the charts for animal abuse as well as human abuse. Like I said it's cold in texas and this texan wants justice!
