For about 5 years having a check up with dr jeffrey de jesus, we are just wondering even though we arrived on his office before 10am, still we are lined up on the last number. On feb 26, 2024, I arrived around 11am to give the loa for me to only get a clearance for my supposed to be scheduled shockwave (eswl) needed by my urologists but our worst experience with the present secretary named cez lined me up number 39 but only few patients were there. She told us (my wife also a patient of dr de jesus) that numbers of patients is done on a first come first serve basis but later on she told us that she also accepts text message for patients coming from the parovinces but also we came from the province of cavite. My son already had a complaints on the public relations dept but since from the very start this secretary is receiving gifts from patients texting or calling her for a priority schedule which is not equal and favorable for patients like us arriving early but lined up on the last number and she is telling”willing to wait”, my god my wife and I did’nt take our medices and havent eat our lunch just to wait our number to be called. She is there for about 2 years and same experiences on other patients also complaining on the process that she’s doing “ red tape”?
Claimed loss: Until now can’ t get any CLEARANCE from Dr De Jesus because same process allowed evryday.
Desired outcome: Immediate action on this Secretary
