I purchased a General Pump hose reel, which leaked and was unusable. Pressure Washers Direct would not honor the warranty, in spite of multiple emails. I also contacted General Pump who confirmed that Pressure Washers Direct should handle the issue and forwarded this to the latter company. Again to no avail. Their sales department is fine, but service after the sale is nil.

I ordered a pressure washer from Pressure Washers Direct and was pretty disappointed with my experience. First off, my shipment was late which was a bummer. Then, when my item finally arrived, it was damaged. Not cool. But the worst part was dealing with Maria from customer service. She was not truthful and just an all-around terrible person to deal with. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
