I went in the store located on 2365 26th Street Fort Lauderdale 33305

I had noticed lately that my "computer glasses" were not working properly. I went ahead and had the lady pull up my records. She advised me that my eyes went from .50 to .25

Exams were 2021 and 2023. I found that confusing why would my eyes alter in the two years? I then asked if they could change out the lense to the proper vision for free since it looked like your facility was at fault. She then explained the manager would have to approve it. I then went in the week after wherein the gentleman that helped me explained to me and argued with me that I did not order any computer glasses! I then went to my car to bring back the receipts the lady handed to me in my prior visit. He then pulled over a "manager" and the manager said he would absolutely switch it out without a 100 charge. I am astonished that I was treated like that. I have been a customer for 10 years and have purchased many frames. Please advise the best step I should take. Either I obtain the correct lense or I have to go elsewhere. I am on a limited budget and ask that I am treated as a good customer. thank you.
