I reckon Glasses Etc. is all about takin' orders and pocketin' the cash without anyone puttin' up a fight. It's been well over a month and my glasses still ain't been shipped, as per their own trackin' app that I had to shell out 98 cents for. Maybe that's their little scheme, ya know? They're hopin' I'll just forget about gettin' that 98 cents back.

I ordered my glasses on August 9, 2018, and paid the extra fee for a 2-day delivery. I've called so many times and sent emails, but the company hasn't responded at all. I even reported Glassesetc.com to the FTC for fraud, and now I'm planning to report them to the consumer protection agency. I really wish I had done my research before ordering from this company!

I gotta say, I used to be a big fan of Glassesetc.com. No problems at all in the past, ya know? But man, oh man, have they let me down this time. I've been waiting for my glasses since October 2019, and it's now January 29th, 2020, and still no sign of 'em. Can you believe it? I sure can't.

I even went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB about three weeks ago. I mean, what else can I do, right? Hopefully, something comes out of it, but who knows? It's a waiting game now.

But let me tell ya, this whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I ain't gonna be shopping with Glassesetc.com ever again, that's for sure. I mean, if they can't even get my order right or give me a refund, why bother, right?

So, folks, take my advice and steer clear of Glassesetc.com. Trust me, you don't wanna go through what I've been through. Find yourself a reliable online glasses store instead. There are plenty out there, and I'm sure you'll have a much better experience elsewhere.

I ordered some frames from Glasses Etc. at the beginning of August. I tried reaching out to them multiple times through phone and email, but unfortunately, I didn't get any response! After a lot of effort, I managed to get in touch with a lady who claimed to be their customer support representative. She mentioned that she was swamped with work and couldn't handle the load. She assured me that the frames would arrive by the first of September and promised to give me a call.

However, September 11th rolled around, and to my disappointment, there were still no frames in sight, and I didn't receive any call from them either. It's frustrating because they already have my money, and I'm left without the frames I ordered. I strongly advise you to steer clear of this company and avoid any potential hassle.

I placed an order for glasses on April 2, 2022, and I have yet to receive them. I reached out to Glasses Etc. for assistance, and they provided me with a USPS tracking number that turned out to be fake. The package seemed to be going back and forth between facilities in Utah and Memphis, even though I live closer to Memphis. It's honestly frustrating and disappointing to experience such deception. This review is meant to warn potential buyers about the risks involved with this company. They take your money and then avoid answering phone calls. I am currently in the process of disputing the transaction. :(

The website said they would ship my order in 5-7 days. I placed my order and waited for more than 2 weeks without receiving any notification. When I finally called them after 2 and a half weeks to ask about my order, they told me that the glasses were on backorder and that they would receive them this week. The representative didn't even say sorry! I still haven't received my glasses. I don't think this site is good, it's better to spend a little more money and buy from somewhere else.
