If you want to return frames to GlassesEtc.com within 30 days from when you got them, there won't be any restocking fee! (except for certain brands that do have a fee) (you gotta pay for the return postage unless you're returning them for prescription lenses)

I ordered some frames from Glasses Etc. more than 5 weeks ago. They took my money, but I still haven't gotten my frames. I've been trying to call them for over 5 weeks, but they never pick up or call me back. I also send them emails every day about my purchase, but they never respond. Well, actually, they did send me an email a few weeks ago, but since then, nothing. This company is really bad, and I won't ever order from them again. I'll make sure to warn everyone I know not to order from them either.

I ordered some frames and reading lenses from Glasses Etc. on September 23rd. I made sure to ask them to hurry up my order because I needed it as soon as possible. They wrote back to me and said that I would definitely get my order by October 4th. But guess what? It's already October 7th and I still haven't received anything! I reached out to their customer service again and this time they told me that I would get my order by October 11th. Can you believe it? I was so frustrated that I immediately asked for a refund.
But you know what the customer service representative said? They flat out refused to give me a refund! Can you believe the nerve of these people? They didn't even bother to ship me anything, and yet they had the audacity to tell me that there was nobody in their whole company who could give me a refund. Can you imagine that? Now I'm out $240, plus the money I paid to a reputable company to order the glasses I actually need.
Let me tell you, these people are just terrible. I can't believe how horrible they are. It's such a disappointment to have to deal with such awful customer service. I really regret not buying my frames from another place because it took them a whole 10 days just to send them out. I didn't even get prescription lenses, I only ordered frames. They sent me an email saying they would ship my order in 3 to 5 business days, but that was already a few days after I made the purchase. When I asked them why it was taking so long (by the way, they don't mention anywhere on their website that it takes more than 10 business days to process an order before shipping), their response was so snarky, and I quote: "well, we aren't Amazon".

So, they shipped the glasses even though I told them to cancel. And when I got them, they were a hot mess. The frames were HUGE, and to top it off, they put the lenses on the wrong eyes.
