Long time customer and loved them until I had to return a pair for wrong rx.

They stalled and stalled kept saying they had to check with lab, finally after a strong email they gave me a address to return the glasses, this was several weeks later. Returned immediately and they stated they would issue a refund which they never have. They lost a great customer.

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses from ABBE glasses. I need to return them, per their advertised return policy, however, I have attempted to contact this company several times through the customer service phone number provided on the website, through email, and through their live chat system. No one ever answers the phone or responds to me in any capacity, and when I call the customer service number it directs me to leave a message, then automatically disconnects without the option to leave a message.

Not only have I lost money because I am unable to return the glasses per the instructions on the website, but this business is falsely advertising that they have ANY customer service available for customers, period. ABBE glasses took my money, and now will not respond to me to help me resolve my issue, as they state per their website. This is outright false advertising and ABBE glasses is a bogus company that rips-off customers.

Abbeglasses.com got some clear policy when it comes to returns and that's a thing any shoppers would love. But when you tryin' to return them specs, it seems like they wanna play games. You gotta go thru all sorta hoops like chat, email, and phone, and then they still won't accept your request to return. It's like they're draggin' their feet for days, even though you tryin' to be upfront and honest with 'em. Ain't no way that's cool.

So if you buy from Abbeglasses.com, make sure you really want them specs 'cause you might be stuck with 'em for a while.

I ordered a pair of glasses from ABBE Glasses about a month ago and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. The website said they were being shipped at first, but now it says they're still being assembled. I've sent a few emails to check on the status of my order, but haven't heard back yet. When I tried calling the number listed on the website, all I got was a recording that kept repeating. I'm getting pretty frustrated with the whole situation and am really hoping I'll receive my new glasses soon. If I don't get them in the next week or so, I might have to take some action and dispute the charge through my bank.

This ABBE Glasses company, man, they are really getting on my nerves! It's like they can't even hear me when I tell them to stop emailing me. I mean, I never even signed up for their stupid emails in the first place, so why do they keep bombarding me?

I've messaged them like, a bunch of times, and every time they say they'll stop, but then I check my email and BAM! Another annoying message from them, clogging up my inbox. It's beyond irritating.

I finally had enough and reported them to the Federal Trade Commission for breaking the CAN-SPAM act. I mean, they obviously don't care about my wishes or the laws, so maybe a little legal action will knock some sense into them.

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't trust a company that ignores your requests and keeps spamming you like that. It's just not right. So stay away from ABBE Glasses, in my opinion. There are plenty of other eyeglass companies out there that actually respect their customers.

I gotta say, I ordered from ABBE glasses for the second time, and I wasn't too happy about it. My first order was good, but this time around has been a bit of a headache. After receiving a tracking URL, it turns out my order has been sitting in China for four days. Ugh! Who doesn't know that China Post is the worst ever?! Just look at the reviews. It's pretty clear that their customer service is extremely poor. While the glasses themselves are good quality, the shipping process is absolutely abysmal. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
