VisionPros Disappointing First Experience with VisionPros: Issues with Discounts, Shipping, and Communication

I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out with my first experience with VisionPros. I was excited to try out their sunglasses, but when I tried to use the 20% discount code for new customers, I was told it couldn't be applied because the sunglasses were already on sale. I mean, come on, other companies let you use discounts on sale items, why not VisionPros?

Then, when I went to checkout, a shipping fee of $13.95 popped up, even though I was supposed to get free shipping. I really hope that doesn't end up getting added to my total when my order is processed. And to top it all off, I didn't even realize until after I placed my order that VisionPros is based in Canada, so I'm worried there might be some extra fees or something.

On the bright side, when I called to complain, the supervisor, Oscar, was really helpful and returned my call promptly. The phone reps I talked to were also nice, even though they couldn't do much to fix my first impression of the company.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed that my first experience with VisionPros wasn't what I was hoping for. I hope they can improve their policies and communication in the future so that other customers don't have the same issues I did.

VisionPros Affordable and Reliable Contact Lenses: My Experience with VisionPros

I gotta say, VisionPros is a real lifesaver! I was on the hunt for some contact lenses for my daughter and was getting pretty frustrated with the high prices at other online stores. But then, a neighbor on Facebook recommended VisionPros and I decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed!

First off, the website is super easy to navigate and the ordering process was a breeze. I felt really secure entering my payment information, which is always a concern when shopping online. But with VisionPros, I felt confident that my information was safe and sound.

And let's talk about those prices, shall we? I was blown away by how affordable the contact lenses were at VisionPros. I was a little skeptical at first, thinking that maybe the quality wouldn't be as good as the more expensive options out there. But my neighbor assured me that VisionPros was a reliable online store, so I took the plunge.

VisionPros Shady Business Practice: My Experience with VisionPros

So, I went to my yearly eye exam and the doc told me that my lenses weren't progressive. I was like, "What the heck? I paid for progressives!" They even gave me a print out from the machine to prove it. I was pretty ticked off, let me tell you.

I decided to reach out to VisionPros about the situation. They told me that they contacted the supplier and that the lenses were definitely progressives. They didn't even ask to check out the glasses themselves. I mean, come on! It's pretty obvious that the supplier messed up. But, they refused to give me a refund for the $140 I paid for the progressives. They said that it was past the 1 year warranty, so they couldn't do anything about it.

Honestly, this is some shady business practice. It's not right to charge someone for something they didn't receive. VisionPros doesn't seem to care about doing the right thing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

VisionPros Misleading Shipping Information and Unhelpful Customer Service at VisionPros

I had a terrible experience with VisionPros. I was looking for lenses and found that most websites had similar pricing. However, I decided to go with VisionPros because they claimed to process in-stock lenses within 1-2 days, according to their Shipping & Handling information listed under "Customer Service" at the bottom of their website.

I ordered in-stock lenses but after 7 days, I still didn't see any updates in USPS's system. I tried reaching out to their customer service team first by email and then by phone. Unfortunately, I had to deal with an unpleasant Customer Service Supervisor named Kyle. He told me that even though they claimed my lenses were in-stock, they were not actually in-stock at the VisionPro facility. Therefore, it would take longer to process my order.

I was frustrated to learn that I had spent $14 on shipping for lenses that would take 2+ weeks to arrive. And to make matters worse, I had to deal with Kyle's unhelpful attitude.

Overall, I would not recommend VisionPros based on my experience. Their shipping and handling information was misleading, and their customer service was not helpful. I hope they can improve their processes and communication with customers in the future.

VisionPros Disappointing Experience with VisionPros: Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Delays

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about my experience with VisionPros. I mean, I wouldn't even be writing this review if it wasn't for the fact that their customer service was just so terrible. I ordered some contacts on May 14th, and according to the tracking info, they were supposed to arrive on May 22nd. That's already a week and a half, which is a pretty long time to wait for something that's supposed to be shipped in 4-7 days. But to make matters worse, it's now May 24th and my package still hasn't even left the warehouse yet. What gives?

So, I decided to reach out to customer service to see if they could give me any kind of update on when I could expect my contacts to arrive. And you know what they told me? They basically just said "yeah, it's gonna be later than we thought." Like, no kidding. That's not helpful at all. I'm not ordering a couch here, I'm ordering contacts. I need them to see, you know? And with everything going on in the world right now, time is of the essence. If you're gonna advertise 4-7 day shipping, you better be able to deliver on that promise.

Honestly, I'm just really disappointed with the whole experience. I was excited to try out VisionPros, but now I'll definitely be going elsewhere for my contact needs. It's a shame, because I really wanted to support a smaller business, but if they can't even get their shipping times right or provide decent customer service, then what's the point?

VisionPros Disappointed with VisionPros' Expedited Shipping: A Review

I've been a loyal customer of VisionPros for years now and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order on a Friday afternoon (06/07) at around 4pm EST and paid $20 for expedited shipping so that I could receive my order by Monday (06/10). I was really counting on my order arriving on time because I needed it for an upcoming event.

However, things didn't go as planned. I received an email on Monday (06/10) saying that my order had just been fulfilled and that it wouldn't be delivered until Thursday (06/13). I was pretty frustrated because I had paid extra for expedited shipping and it seemed like my order wasn't going to arrive on time after all.

To make matters worse, I found out that my order had been shipped via FedEx international Economy, which takes 4-5 days to arrive. This was definitely not the shipping option I had selected, and I felt like I had wasted my money on expedited shipping.

Now, I do have to take some responsibility for not ordering earlier, but I had just gotten my updated eye check up that Friday and wanted to order my contacts right away. I didn't realize that VisionPros doesn't operate on weekends, so that was another factor that contributed to the delay.

Overall, I think it's important for customers to be aware of VisionPros' shipping policies and to double-check their shipping options before placing an order. While I've had good experiences with this company in the past, this recent experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

VisionPros Disappointing Experience with VisionPros: Pacific Blue Contacts Don't Show Up on Brown Eyes

I recently placed an order on VisionPros (order # 745-***), and while I've had mostly positive experiences with this site in the past, my most recent purchase left me feeling disappointed. I ordered a pair of contacts in the Pacific Blue color, which was supposed to be a very light shade. I have brown eyes and have ordered other colors in the past that showed up nicely, but didn't have such a bright name. The pictures on the website made the Pacific Blue color look very bright and eye-catching.

After waiting two weeks for my order to arrive (thankfully not as long as my previous order, which took a whole month even with 3-day shipping), I eagerly put in one of the contacts. To my dismay, the color didn't show up at all! I was so disappointed, especially since I had spent $63 on these contacts. I tried contacting customer service to see if I could return them or exchange them for a different color, but they wouldn't budge. They didn't seem to care about my satisfaction with the product, only about making the sale.

I feel like it's not fair that I can't return or exchange a product that I'm not happy with. If I don't like something, I should be able to choose something else or get my money back. I would caution anyone with brown eyes against ordering the Pacific Blue color, as it won't show up at all. Even though it looks very light and bright in the pictures, it will be a waste of your money. Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with VisionPros and their customer service.

VisionPros Disappointing Experience with VisionPros: Faulty Contact Lenses and Poor Customer Service

I recently bought some contact lenses from VisionPros and unfortunately, three of them tore when I tried to put them in my eye. I was pretty upset about this and decided to file a complaint with the company. I asked for either a refund of $55.74 or for the lenses to be replaced. However, the company told me that I needed to contact the third party that they source the lenses from. I did this, but unfortunately, the third party refused to reimburse me. This meant that VisionPros also refused to replace the lenses or give me a refund.

To be honest, I don't think it's fair that I had to contact the manufacturer of the lenses. After all, I had been dealing with VisionPros and it was their product that I had bought. I also found it frustrating that VisionPros required me to produce a prescription in order to get a replacement or a refund. The thing is, their website advertises that no prescription is needed, so I didn't have one. I feel like this is false advertising and it's misleading to consumers.

The whole process of trying to get a replacement or a refund was really stressful and time-consuming. I had bought the lenses with the expectation that they would be good quality and that I wouldn't need a prescription. Instead, I ended up with a faulty product that could have actually damaged my eye. I was really disappointed that VisionPros didn't seem to care about this and didn't offer any kind of reimbursement or apology.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend VisionPros to anyone looking to buy contact lenses. The fact that they require a prescription (despite advertising that one isn't needed) and that they don't seem to take responsibility for faulty products is really frustrating. I think there are probably better companies out there that would be more reliable and trustworthy.

VisionPros Disappointing Experience with Vision Pros: Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Service

I used to order my contacts from CLC, but I decided to try out Vision Pros. It's been a little over two weeks (11 business days) since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it. I live in downtown Toronto, and I usually get my orders from CLC in just 1-3 days. I was getting worried, so I contacted their support team to ask them to either ship my order or cancel it. They told me that they don't actually have the item I ordered in stock (which wasn't clear from the product page or checkout process), and that it would take another 3-5 business days to receive it from their supplier. Then, it would take another 1-3 days to ship it to me. I was frustrated, especially since their website says that items that haven't shipped are only subject to a 3% fee to recoup credit card fees, but they threatened to charge me a 10% restocking fee if I cancelled. So, I decided to wait it out.

I paid for priority delivery, and the shipping label was created on a Monday. However, my delivery has been delayed for a full week now. When I checked the Canada Post website, it said that "Item was received by Canada Post at a different location than expected." I'm not sure what that means, but it's definitely not good news.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with Vision Pros. Their website design is confusing, and it's hard to find information about order fulfillment. Their customer service wasn't very helpful, and their shipping has been a disaster. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from them over their competitors.

VisionPros Disappointing Experience with VisionPros: Broken Glasses and Unexpected Customs Fees

I recently purchased three pairs of glasses from VisionPros for my elderly mother, hoping to alleviate some of her vision problems. However, my experience with this company was less than satisfactory.

To begin with, I was not informed that the glasses would be shipped from another country. Living in Sweden, I was surprised to find out that the glasses were being shipped from the Netherlands, which resulted in an unexpected customs fee that was not included in the total cost.

But what really disappointed me was that all three pairs of glasses arrived broken. The adjustment screw on the right-hand side had busted threads and did not work at all. Moreover, the left lens did not seem to be focused properly, and I could not find a position on the adjustable lenses that allowed me to see anything through them. Instead, I ended up with a headache after trying to focus on the lenses for about 3-4 minutes. The product is made of plastic, and if the lenses are separated by less than half a millimeter, the focus is completely lost. This is a significant issue, as the lenses are not precise enough to function properly, and the frame lacks the rigidity necessary to keep the lenses in focus.

In conclusion, I would advise others to save their time and money and purchase decent glasses. There are no shortcuts to quality, and VisionPros failed to deliver a satisfactory product.

VisionPros VisionPros Review: Inconvenient Shipping Options for Small Town Residents

I gotta say, I live in a small town in the middle of nowhere and it's a real hassle to get my orders delivered to my doorstep. I usually have them shipped to my hubby's workplace, but this site called VisionPros doesn't allow that without adding a bunch of extra days to the delivery time. What a bummer! I mean, our local post office is only open from 10 to 2, and we're both working in another town during those hours. It's a real pain in the you-know-what!

Honestly, I'm gonna have to find another place to order my eyewear from. I need something that's more convenient for me and my busy schedule. I don't have time to waste waiting around for my packages to arrive. I need them ASAP, you know what I mean?

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure VisionPros is a great site and all, but it's just not working out for me. I need a site that's gonna work with me and my unique situation. Maybe if they could offer some more flexible shipping options, I'd be willing to give them another shot. But for now, I'm gonna have to take my business elsewhere.

VisionPros Terrible Customer Service and Long Wait Times: My Experience with VisionPros

but nothing ever arrived. Finally, after 3 months of waiting, I received my lenses. The customer service was terrible, and I had to constantly follow up with them to get any information. I will not be ordering from VisionPros again.

I had a really bad experience with VisionPros. I ordered some Acuvue lenses in March, but they were on back order because of supply chain issues. I was patient and waited for a month, but then I had to order a different brand from them because I needed my lenses. They sent me an email on June 10th saying that my lenses were in and would ship in 72 hours, but that was a lie. I waited for over a month, and still no lenses. Every time I emailed them, they said that my lenses would be shipping soon, but they never did.

I finally received my lenses after waiting for 3 months. The customer service was terrible, and I had to constantly follow up with them to get any information. I was really disappointed with my experience with VisionPros, and I will not be ordering from them again.

VisionPros Great Contacts, Slow Delivery: My VisionPros Review

I gotta say, I've been ordering from VisionPros for a while now and while I love the quality of their contacts, the delivery time is a bit of a bummer. I mean, I paid for my order 3 days ago and it's still not here yet, even though they said it was in stock. It's always like this, too - I usually have to wait 6 or 7 business days to get my delivery. I've brought this up with them before, but it doesn't seem like anything's changed.

That being said, I do really like ordering from VisionPros. The contacts are top-notch, even if the Dailies aren't really my thing. I appreciate that they give me a chance to voice my concerns, too. Keep up the good work, guys!

VisionPros VisionPros Review: Browser Issues but Happy with Purchase

So, I was trying to order some contact lenses from VisionPros and I ran into a bit of trouble. I was using my trusty Chrome browser, but when I tried to add the lenses to my cart, it just wouldn't work. I tried and tried, but no luck. It was really frustrating, let me tell you. But then I had an idea - maybe I could try using my phone instead. So, I opened up Safari and gave it a shot. And you know what? It worked! I was able to add the lenses to my cart and move on to the next step.

But then, when I tried to pay with PayPal, I hit another snag. For some reason, it just wouldn't work on my phone. So, I had to switch back to my computer and sign in to my account there. It was a bit of a hassle, but I was determined to get those lenses.

VisionPros Frustrating Discount Code Experience with VisionPros: A Review

I've had a few experiences with VisionPros and I have to say, I'm a bit frustrated. Three times now, I've been given a discount code to use at checkout, but when I try to apply it, I get an error message saying it's invalid or expired. It's really frustrating when you're trying to place an order and you think you're getting a good deal, only to find out that the code doesn't work.

When I contacted customer service through the online chat, they told me that they couldn't provide me with another code. Instead, I had to pay in full and then email [protected]@visionpros.com with the details of the discount code and my order number. It's a lot of extra steps and it's really inconvenient.

I hope that VisionPros can relay this issue to their IT department and get it sorted out. It's not a good experience for customers to be promised a discount and then not be able to use it. VisionPros Frustrating experience with VisionPros: Left and Right Contacts on Back Order for Weeks

I had a bit of a problem with my order from VisionPros. They put my left and right contacts on "back order," which meant that I had to wait a while for them to arrive. I tried to explain to the customer service rep that my right eye strength was the same as my left eye, but they didn't seem to understand what I was saying. I just wanted them to ship what they had, but it took them two full weeks to do so.

Finally, my order arrived today, but I'm still waiting on the other half of my contacts, which are still on back order. It's been a bit frustrating, to say the least. VisionPros Disappointing Contacts and Poor Customer Service from VisionPros

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the contacts I got from VisionPros. I was really hoping they would change my eye color, but they didn't do anything at all! And get this, nowhere on the website did it say that they wouldn't work for people with brown eyes. What a bummer!

So I decided to return them, but when I called customer service, they told me I couldn't return the ones I had already opened. And to top it off, I had to pay for the shipping to send them back! That's just not right. I mean, the contacts didn't even work like they were supposed to, so why should I have to pay for something that's not my fault?

I'm definitely going to call back and talk to a supervisor or manager about this. I think they should offer free return shipping for situations like this. I mean, it's not like I'm trying to scam them or anything. I just want to get my money back for something that didn't work. Hopefully they'll be able to help me out.

VisionPros Disappointed with VisionPros' Delayed Contact Delivery & Backorder

I ordered my contacts from VisionPros about a month ago, hoping to have them in time for my upcoming trip. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive them and was disappointed to receive an email today stating that they are on backorder and not yet available. It's frustrating to think that they haven't even shipped them yet! I chose to order from VisionPros because in the past, I received my contacts within a week. This delay has left me feeling let down and unsure if I should continue to rely on this company for my vision needs. It's a shame because I had high hopes for their service. Now, I may have to look elsewhere for my contacts.

VisionPros VisionPros Review: Great Service, Outdated Website for Mobile Devices

Been buying from VisionPros for a few years now and I gotta say, their website ain't the best when it comes to mobile devices. I usually get a three month supply but I thought, "Hey, let's see how much the bigger six month supply would be." But when I tried to autofill my prescription, it didn't work. Like, come on, it's almost 2020, why is the technology so outdated? So I had to manually enter my prescription but then it didn't have my option. What's up with that? You guys don't like selling products or what? I had to hit reorder and order the same thing I've been getting before. Other than that, everything was great.

VisionPros Mixed Experiences with VisionPros: A Review of Their Online Eyewear Ordering System

I gotta say, I've had some mixed experiences with VisionPros. On one hand, their back order timeline can be a real pain in the butt. VisionPros misleading & poor customer service

HORRIBLE. It seems everyone has similar lenses pricing, so I selected VisionPros based on the Shipping & Handling information listed under "Customer Service" at the bottom of their website that states in-stock lenses are processed in 1 - 2 days.

I selected in-stock lenses and after 7 days it's still not in USPS's system. I reached out first by email and then by phone and the unpleasant Customer Service Supervisor, Kyle, told me that somewhere else on the website it says 3 - 5 days and even though they say my lenses were in-stock they're not (actually) in-stock at the VisionPro facility therefore it takes longer.

So, it appears I spent $14 to ship lenses that will take 2+ weeks to arrive. And deal with Kyle.

VisionPros Contacts

I have ordered many contacts from VisionPros and usually everything was fine, most of the time I was pretty satisfied with their product. But my last order arrived incomplete and one pair of contacts was missing.
I contacted VisionPros and explained what happened and they said that they need to check something and promised to contact me back later.
When they finally contacted me they said that according to their system I received everything I have paid for! That was not true and I was very disappointed that they did not believe me. That was not a good thing to do. I will not buy from them again!

VisionPros Wrong lenses

I have purchased monthly lenses from www.visionpros.com website and received my order in a timely manner. After only one week of wearing I had to throw them away. I contacted VisionPros customer service and told them that instead of monthly lenses I received the weekly ones and asked for a refund. They claimed that was not possible and refused to refund my money. I'm wearing lenses all my life and I know the difference between monthly and weekly lenses! What a joke!

VisionPros Faulty Contact Lenses

I purchased contacts from Vision Pros on 5/28/14. 2 pairs of the contacts ripped once they were in my eye. I have purchased contacts from this company before, and this has never happened. I did not realize the problem until I recently placed the 3rd pair in my eyes 2 weeks ago, and one ripped after only wearing for 3 days. I rarely wear lenses.I still should have at least 4 pairs left. I requested a refund, or a replacement batch of lenses in writing, to Vision Pros. My request for refund by VisionPros has been denied. I believe that I received a bad batch of contact lenses. The company advised I needed a prescription permission letter from my doctor. I do not have a prescription, as one was not required prior to me ordering my contacts. Also, the VisionPros website advertises and promotes " NO prescription is required". Because the company's supplier refuses to reimburse them, Vision Pros refuses to reimburse me. This is not a part of the contract I agreed to, in purchasing these contacts. The url is even visionpros.com/noprescription. This is false advertising.I believe Vision Pros is in violation of false advertising and selling a poor product supplied by them, and sourced by a 3rd party. I expect a full refund of my lenses in the amount of $55.74, or a new batch of lenses for the lenses I purchased.

Order # [protected] "I have ordered many contacts from this site before most of them have been fine, but the last pair i bought were pacific blue, supose to be very light color, my eyes are brown, i have ordered many others that the color will show nicely and they didn't have such bright name, also in the pictures appear as a very bright pacific bluee.. well i get my contacts after two weeks, thank god it didn't take a month to get here like last time i ordered, even paying for 3 day shipping smh, i put one contact on and the color wont show at ALL! waste of 63 dollars since they wont return my money back or at least let me exchange for another color. I am very dissapointed! is not fair! if i dont like a product i should be able to at least return it and choose something else, If you have brown eyes dont get pacific blue! the color wont show at all! even though it looks very light and bright in the pictures. will be a waste of your money!" costumer service at vision pros do not care if you are happy with your order, all they want is the sale! Very unfair!
