Unethical rude company
This company does not deserve one star...It is ridiculous that someone would mail an empty eyeglass case and think it would not be noticed. Apparently, there are thieves in your warehouse that are acting if they are sending merchandise to the customer. I have complied with all your rules as far as paying for the item I wanted but in return I have not received the item and also getting tossed all over customer service spending countless hours trying to resolve an issue that's not my fault. I have been denied speaking with a supervisor. I'm not sure about this company if anyone needs to do business with how they have treated me. I will be filing a complaint to the local Attorney General, Commissioner and the Better Business Bureau.

Never received my order!!! can't even get in touch with anyone through phone, email, or chat!!!
i can't get a hold of anyone from this company regarding my order. it has been over 5 days and my order is still not received nor was it shipped. i tried contacting them by every means possible and no one replies. i was on the phone for over an hour and no one answers. when i called again, they said that they can't answer the phone because of high call volume and hangs up the line. this company is a fraud. they promote about their superior service and why customers comes back for more... there's something wrong with this company. don't buy anything from them and save yourself the trouble!

Let me just say! it’s one thing when you have a item for sale and the description details for something says it will ship in 4-5 days and nowhere does it states business days.I made sure before I completed my order. But to say it has now been 9 days and still no order shipped! On top of that I did 2 day shipping. This company is a joke and this was my go to place. But now the customer service is horrible. Well let me rephrase that because you can never reach no one via phone! When you chat that also takes 3 days for a response and when you get a reply another 3 days. I will not refer anyone to this company again or use myself! Worst experience EVER

I received the contacts 8-6-21. The perscription on the contacts is correct and I have the same perscription in both eyes. You sent me lot # L003SXW22 8.4 14 -4.00. The contacts was not tinted blue as all the others have been. They are dry and pop out of your eyes and are scratchy. I've tried the entire 6 pack I received and they are all that way so now I have none at the moment. I don't know if they were a bad bath or the wrong contacts in the packaging

they're a fraud-never shipped order, then customer service strung me along for a ride.
They're an unbelievable fraud. They never shipped the contacts. Then when I contact them they said they would send them--all confirmed on email. They never sent them again. Again contacted them via email. Again they said sorry and said they would send, then never sent the contacts. When I finally disputed it with my credit card company they couldn't do anything because they said it had been more than two months since I placed my order-- the company seems to have deliberately strung out my complaint to avoid dealing with a lost shipment and to push things past the time I could dispute the credit card charge.

I was sent an email on September 3 which I never saw.
Spoke to someone on September 7. Which at that point I sent over the correct prescription and was told by the person on the phone they will expedite the order.
It is now September 13th at 6 PM and my order has not even shipped yet I have zero contacts left. I am leaving town on Sunday morning and I will not be able to go now because I cannot see anything!
They were close Monday and Tuesday which nobody told me about - I'm not Jewish. (Nor are my eyes!)
The order has been sitting in process mode in the warehouse or wherever for two days now and nobody is sending it out. This is the most horrible experience I've ever had.
Their apologies mean nothing in their email there's an order sitting there for two days (which was ordered on September 2 so that is 11 days ago and hasn't left )with multiple notes on it saying that I need them and that they know needs to go out and still it just sits there! I mean are they just walking past this order and being like yeah just leave that one. I just don't get it!

Same here. Ordered contacts on 9-22-18 and the order stays in "order processing" . It is now 10-3 and no contacts. I called twice today and the call queue said I was caller 54 and I waited 35 minutes. I was caller number 2 and it transferred me to the menu and hung up on me. This happened TWICE. I have paid for my contact using FSA and I will need to follow up with the benefits dept of our company to see what to do next. I won't get my contacts there ever again, but it is debatable whether I will get the ones I ordered. Anyone reading this, go somewhere else.. RUN.
12 days since order and still have not received contacts
This company is not reliable. I ordered my daughter's contacts from them well in advance of her running out... It has not been 12 days and the order states that it's "processing" still. How long does it take the friggin' order to process? I sent an email and all I received was "sorry for the inconvenience" with no reason why they have not arrived yet. So I called the 800 and was told that the supplier was out of these certain contacts. So instead of informing the customer giving them an option to finding a more reliable company to buy from where service is fast, they make the customer wait without any follow up whatsoever. All follow up was initiated by me. Now my daughter has finals this week at school with no friggin' contacts and now I have to scramble to find them locally... Shotty customer services... Do not order from them! I would not even give them one star but unfortunately, it does not give you the option on this website.

I placed this order on 11/20/18.
These are for my daughter and we did not have to use the contacts until 1-1/2 weeks ago.
Every contact in the box is defective. Ez overnighted 3 more boxes last week and they are all defective.
I explained to the person sending the second set of box about the defect and she sent more defective boxes anyway.
I was told by raymond that ez knew about this problem and all boxes were defective from the november shipment.
Ez never advised the problem knowing full well they were defective so when she ran out of contacts and had to use them we could not see!
my daughter is blind in her left eye and only corrects the right. She has not been able to see all this time to drive or work in her medical office.
I could not get a doctor visit to get new contacts for 3 weeks out.
I have contacted my lawyer today to ask them what i can do to get compensation for this volatile situation. There is a defect i the middle of every contacts and if she has a car accident or accident at work we want compensation. She has to put her finger in her eye to adjust the contact constantly

This is hands down the WORST company to order from online. I placed my order over a month ago and every time I call or email, I get a different answer from a different person. About 2 weeks ago I checked the order status and it said "payment failure", keep in mind they've already deducted the money from my account. So I call and they tell me the person I spoke to last forgot to process the order, which makes no sense at all, because I ordered them online (2 weeks prior). Then they said they're processing it but they still haven't heard back from the manufacturer. They are selling stuff on their site that they don't actually have. My glasses said "4-5 day availability", it's been 32 days! I spoke to them again last week and they promised to waive the shipping and expedite my package. I called back a few days later and still they're not available. They tell me the lab has them and it can take anywhere from 3-5 days "like most labs". It takes lens crafters an hour! Then they tell me, "we promise it will ship out tonight, Monday the latest!" It's monday and we finally got a call back from the supervisor who stated another 7-10 days! Are you kidding me? I couldn't make this stuff up. So i call back, because my girlfriend was the one that spoke to the supervisor. They now tell me I can expect them to ship out Wednesday. Is this a joke? I've had better luck at the damn DMV getting things accomplished. This is a ridiculous, laughable, joke of a company and I suggest you pay the few extra bucks and go through Framesdirect or another site with better reviews. I hope to never have to deal with these people again. Playing with other people's money is not acceptable.

One time was enough to me. I am not going to order anything from them again.
Because they lied to me and I consider it an inappropriate treatment. It shouldn't be that way.
So I ordered eyeglasses from them. Three days later I received an email with shipping information stating that the glasses would arrive within 6-7 business days.
Two weeks went by, there were no glasses. So I contacted them. It turned out that the item was not shipped.
Cool. No, I won't order anything from them again.

It's clearly said that the glasses will be delivered within a week, but it's the biggest lie on their website.
To get the ordered glasses I had to wait for 14 weeks! How do you like it?
Not to mention, that I live not far away from Brooklyn where their main office is based. They explained that the warehouse is not in the US, it's in China and that all of the orders arrive from there. Ok, if it takes a long time, then why do you promise a fast delivery? It's so unfair.
not worth spending money
I live in the same city where the company is located - in New York! I ordered glasses and got them 5 weeks after shipping. Even if you sent it with a man walking by feet he would have come much faster. Everything would be much faster than your strange delivery. They will tell you many stories to justify their treatment. It's just strange they don't have ready for sale glasses.
It's not good to make your customers wait for so long.

I ordered contacts from EZContactsUSA on March 5 and received nothing yet. I contacted EZContactsUSA support service and they said that according to their system I received my order. When I explained that nothing arrived they said that was strange and promised to find out what was going on.
Later they contacted me and said that there was a mistake and they assured me that I'll get my contacts soon. According to what they said I was supposed to get my order two days ago but nothing arrived and they stopped replying.
I still have hope but don't expect much. Anyway, I will not buy from this store again, they caused me nothing but trouble.
Where is my refund??
I want to get some reasonable explanations from EZContacts but they don't reply and continue to ignore me. I received wrong order and after a veeery long conversation with their rep they finally agreed to refund me.
I even spent my money to ship the incorrect order back and received a notification message from post service that EZContacts received it!
After that I never heard anything from them. These cheaters got their product back and it seems like they never planned to give my money back.
I hate writing bad reviews, but since they don't reply I have no other choice.

I have ordered a pair of prescription vision glasses
I have ordered a pair of prescription vision glasses and they were supposed to arrive within three weeks and when my glasses did not arrive I contacted EZContacts. They said that my glasses were not ready and they asked me to give them some extra time. I was leaving for a vacation and did not have time to wait so I asked them to cancel my order but they replied that it was already too late for that.
When I came back from my vacation and that was two weeks later my glasses were not ready! I asked them how much longer I have to wait and the said one more week. And guess what, one week later they were not ready! Are you kidding me?
Do not use this horrible company! They gave me nothing but trouble and I never received my order and its impossible to get a refund!
Incorrect order
My brother ordered Air Optix contact lenses from www.ezcontactsusa.com and it took a long time to receive them. When we received the order we immediate called customer service and informed them about the incorrect order. They sent us two right eye lenses and we wanted to get a replacement. Customer service was ignorant and it really seemed that they didn't care. They promised to find a solution but never did anything to help. So in the end we had to waste more money and order the correct left eye lens.

I have ordered a pair of glasses and needed them as soon as possible. So before I ordered I contacted EZContactsUSA customer service and asked them how long will it take to deliver at my place and they said that it would be maximum 7 days. I was ok with that so I made an order and paid for my glasses. On the estimated date nothing arrived so I contacted them again and asked for some details and they said that they have no information regarding my order status and there was nothing they could do! And they call themselves supports?! These people are ridiculous!
The seller suddenly stopped to inform me about the order's status
The website www.ezcontactsusa.com is very dishonest and tricky. I have placed the order and within couple of weeks I got some emails and details from the seller. But one day everything stopped. The seller didn’t respond to my emails and messages, the order haven’t been delivered. All deadlines passed and I was so angry that the seller left me with nothing. Stay as far as possible from this awful website.
