This morning I was having a coffee with my daughter and grandson at a Starbucks, in Tucson. While there my grandson asked if he could put a flyer on their bulletin board. It was for a Holiday Concert, by the Tucson Arizona Boys Chorus. the manager denied the request.
The 85 year old chorus is world renowned and are ambassadors for Tucson and the United States. The Chorus has performed in China, Japan, Russia and England, a Tucson treasure. The Chorus accepts all local boys to participate

No cup holders for pick up orders and no sweetener substitute
There are a couple of complaint that needs to be address on my order thru the App experience. For the last couple occasions the experience was anything but satisfaction.
Firstly, upon pickup the order, the Barrister just simply said "we are out of cup holder" and walked away. I was offered no options for how I am suppose the carry 4 ordered cups of drink, although there are stack of 2 cups size holder and paper bags by the counter. I ask for those and was simply told those for are for 'delivery only'. To whoever made that policy, please tell me what is the difference between pickup by customer or delivery?
Secondly, once the order was picked-up, all the drink with Splenda was simply marked "no Splenda" and was not notified or offer for substitute. This has happened on multiple occasions.
Desired outcome: Explain the different between pick up and delivery? Also, better trained staff with friendly service.
No sugar free syrup flavors
I am having a hard time understanding why Starbucks is only offering one sugar free flavored syrup. There are millions of diabetics or more health conscious folks who are being neglected by not offering a more sugarfree variety. Does Starbucks really want to miss out on the profits that they would make from these folks? As Americans move towards a more health conscious way of life, one would think that Starbucks would be in the forefront of innovative ideas to move in that direction as well.
Desired outcome: I want to be able to continue visiting my favorite Starbucks. But, if they won't offer more variety, I will discontinue my patronage. So disappointing.

Spilled coffee on my thighs and on the floor because the lid wasn’t properly closed by the barista who made the coffee. I was wearing black leggings, so the spill couldn’t be seen easily.
I told one barista about the incident. I didn’t hear any apology.
So, I thought no biggie, my thighs burning sensation was very little. I went back to my chair, closed the lid, enjoyed the coffee and food.
As I was sitting, a barista came and said “Oh! You spilled coffee on yourself? Here’s a $ gift card.” She might have said $40 or $4. I said I don’t want it.” She insisted to give it to me, and I insisted no. She asked what can she do. I said to clean the floor.
I’m sure there’s a video of it in store.
I never heard any apology from the two barista.
Corporate Gift Cards
At best Starbucks is mistakenly stealing from their customers, and at worse, it is intentional fraud.
I submitted a file to send out 37 electronic gift cards to individuals at my organization. Only 19 individuals received their cards. I contacted Starbucks and they show all 37 had successfully sent. Our IT shows that 18 cards didn't even attempt to deliver to our system, meaning they weren't sent by Starbucks at all or were lost in transit, which seems odd.
I reached out because I needed the cards ASAP to have them resend them, but didn't get the help I needed in time for my event. Still waiting for them to resend to the 18 a day later.
This is advertised to people to send these cards to customers. If these were going out to customers, I would have had no way of knowing that half of my recipients didn't receive their cards. I will have paid for nothing. Who knows how many customers have paid starbucks to deliver gift cards to customers,many of whom never received anything, even though starbucks shows them as delivered.
Desired outcome: More timely response to issues.Starbucks fix this issue to have better certainty that these e-mails actually went out.

Hi the new Starbucks store located in terminal C at the new LaGuardia airport lower level , has had issues from day 1 and they continue , I ordered a frozen drink with caramel which I order at different Starbucks , it was horrible I took 2 sips and threw it away secondly I asked one afternoon if they had any blonde roast the answer I got was no , not would you like a pike or something else , I just walked away if they don’t care why should I is what I thought , I work at the airport and drink approx 20 hot coffees a day starting at home with my kerig and Starbucks veranda , I did order from the store at LaGuardia 2 days ago a blond roast coffee with milk as I waited my order was never coming up , after 7 or 8 minutes the cashier who rang me up asked did you get your coffee yet I replied no and she made it for me a pour over I believe it’s called I thanked her and walked to work as I sipped the coffee omg it was horrible I threw it away I didn’t go back to complain I just threw it away and said never again will I go there , many are experiencing the same issues at this Starbucks I really think you should send someone in plain clothes to observe the way this store is running , and have them order a blonde roast coffee see what they think about what they get

Cappuccino w almond milk and cinnamon powder
Starbucks is poisoning its customers. I repeatedly order a cappuccino w almond milk and cinnamon powder. Every 3-5x they put some disgusting toxic chemical laden syrup in my drink. I think it is called cinnamon dolce or something to suggest it is food as opposed to poison made in a chemical plant. Starbucks should not be allowed to do this! It is criminal. When someone orders they should have complete certainty that Starbucks will provide what is ordered and that they will not deceptively place poison in their drink, injecting an innocent customer with toxic and addictive synthetic substances. Absolutely unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Change in business practices. Training of baristas as to the importance of this issue to the clean food community. Honest advertising re:the harmful substances in their “food and beverage” products.
Ordering error... Again. "classic" or "artificial sweetener"
Ordered iced coffee with a splash of coconut milk--specifically said NO Sweetener. The kid rang it up wrong and then argued, that store constantly does. Overcharges by $.70 a cup for coconut milk. Drank about 1/2 inch of the coffee even though it tasted sweet. I'm highly sensitive to artificial sweeteners and now i'm sick. Thanks for ruining my Sat. THAT STORE NEEDS MORE TRAINING.

starbucks 72 count french roast k cups
this is the 4 time i have purchased the 72 count French roast k cups from my local B J's and every time they come up short by 2 k cups. what gives? you enjoy selling people 70 count k cups and telling them it's 72 count? today's incident happened at 9:28 a.m. 8-13-22 I've started counting since the last 3 times because I was just curious, and boy am I glad I did! I thought maybe it was me or my counting, but this is the fourth time, when I go back in a month, oh and by the way I bought 2 boxes at $39.99 each, with a BJ's coupon for each at $8.00 off for each, I am saving todays receipt just in case, if it happens one more time I will never buy you coffee ever again.
Desired outcome: I believe you should make good on the shortage of the k cups by either product or some type of compensation,(discounted price, coupons, etc.) for the shortage and misleading information on your 72 count boxes
Vanilla cold brew

Poor Service
I have ordered from multiple different Starbucks stores in many different cities and have never had a problem. I always order a Iced Tango Tea Lemonade with 7 pumps of cane sugar and 7 pumps of raspberry sweetener. The Starbucks in Mitchell SD gave me partial pumps the first time and then gave me a small additional amount when I requested more sweetener. The next time I went they didn’t put hardly any sweetener in the drink and when I requested more they said they would do it this time but I would have to pay additional for sweetener next time. I have not gone back.
Desired outcome: I would like the store notified of my complaint and told how to improve their customer service.
Product and service
I ordered a pumpkin bread with my drink, I had asked that it be warmed up, as soon as I pulled to the window she hurried and handed me my drink. My bread was very cold and hard, she ignored me and started talking on the mic and closed window before I can even get two words in to ask her to warm it. I hardly come to this location as is due to their poor service and products.
Desired outcome: Refund for my pumpkin bread or credit to get a new one.

I want to file a complaint regarding service provided by Starbucks egypt. I went to Starbucks on 15/7/2022 at Cairo Festival City branch and ordered a caramel frappuccino.While I was paying for frappuccino, I told the person standing by the casheir that I want the milk to be lactose free and I explained to him that I have problems in my stomach regarding regular milk. When I received my order, I thought that my order has been made as I wanted and as I told casheir man.Now I have been having severe stomach pain for about 2 days or more as my order was not done right and it was done using regular milk and not lactose free milk as I ordered. I am really so frustrated and angry with the service provided and I don't think that I will ever again drink anything from Starbucks as they are not honest about products they provide and they don't do orders according to customers needs.I now have severe stomach pain because of them, but I still had to file complaint about the horrible service provided hoping at least to get satisfactory outcome out of this complaint.

There is only one sugar free syrup to choose from (vanilla) and the rest sounds so yummy, but unfortunately are not sugar free . Now I rarely go to Starbucks, due to the fact that there’s no sugar free options! I truly do miss the sugar free cinnamon dolce coffee experience!

On 06-12-2022 I was at Dallas Love Field I had about 2 hours before my flight took off so I figured I treat myself to a Starbucks Frappuccino love field has two Starbucks but one was unmanned so I decided to go to the other one. Once I got there I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble but was informed that they did not have the ingredients for it the only Frappuccino they had ingredients for was the vanilla Bean Crème. Reluctantly I bought it and it was not what I wanted at all, but as they called my name to let me know my order was ready and as I reached for a straw I noticed a roach crawling on the counter. I got the attention of one of the workers and showed him but he acted as it was nothing and turned around and kept working. I went back to my gate to wait on my flight but the more I thought about what I saw I couldn’t enjoy my purchase and threw it away.

On Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at the Koko Marina Starbucks located at 7192 Kalanianaole Highway, Honolulu, Hawai'i - 96825 - I was shocked and dismayed at the way the two male Starbucks employees. served another customer who came in "after I did." This occurred between 11:25-11:30 am on Wednesday, June 8th.
I was waiting behind this male customer whose three credit cards were declined by your system. Then, one of the Starbucks employees asked me what I wanted. I told him that I wanted a venti, cold coffee. Instead of preparing my coffee, he said, "tell him (the other Starbucks coffee-preparer) what you want."
Then the Starbucks coffee-preparer asked, "who's is next?" Then the other Starbucks coffee-preparer pointed to another customer who was standing near the restroom. I was very angry at: the way those two Starbucks employees asked me what I wanted, and then deferred me to the other Starbucks employee. Secondly, the initial Starbucks employee (who asked me what I wanted) selected the customer on the other side of the customer line. I walked out.
I am appalled at the way these two Starbucks employees only choose caucasian-looking people rather than minorities such as myself.
