Coffee complaint
I normally go to starbucks on my way to work if possible or snag it on my breakfast/lunch break. I got a toasted white mocha from the indiantown road location in Jupiter and just wanted to let them know whoever was making coffees was steaming the milk for too long at least with my coffee because there were curdles of milk chunks in my coffee when I went to pick it up!

I went to the SB on 107th and Bell in Sun City. I always go there. I ordered thru the mobile app so I wouldn't have to wait. I ordered a skinny vanilla latte with NO FOAM, extra pump of SF vanilla and extra topping of Cinnamon Dolce sprinkles. I was in a rush so I ran in, found my coffee and left. When I got down the road I took a drink and YUK! the coffee tasted burnt, there was hardly any vanilla flavor, I got a mouthful of foam on the first sip and absolutely no sprinkles on top (for which I paid extra for both the syrup and the sprinkles). So, for this tiny cup of coffee (grande) I paid almost $7.00...
Your prices are bad enough now that you charge for every little thing EXCEPT the coffee (which again was horrible), but to not give me any of the EXTRAS I paid for is so uncalled for.
You have definitely went downhill fast. I used to love going to SB, but your prices and lack of providing the ingredients requested, have put a very "sour" taste in my mouth. (just like the cup of coffee I had today that ended up down the sink)
And yes, I checked the little sticker on the cup and ALL the requests that I had made were on it, so it was just lousy customer service. If this was the first time this had happened I would let it slide, but it seems like every time I order something from SB, it is wrong...

I placed a mobile app order for the Greenway shopping center in Greenbelt, Maryland. The app noted that my pick up time would be 7:41 AM. However, once I arrived, only my egg bites were ready and I ended up waiting approximately 15 minutes (7:56 AM) for my Venti drink. When I inquired as to the status of my order, Alyssa informed me that it hadn’t “come through yet,” but a moment later, she stated that it was right in front of her, and chuckled, indifferently. My drink sticker was then passed to Jenn and I waited a couple more minutes before my drink was handed over to me. This, of course, added time to my commute, and my egg bites were cold.
As someone who orders Starbucks frequently, it was a very disappointing experience.

There seems to be an issue with one of your store locations, specifically, which has now served me a latte with whole milk that looks and tastes liked warm frothed milk - with barely any coffee. Other locations are consistent and I love your lattes - but this has happened now on at least 5 occasion over the last 6-8 months. I have returmed the coffees while still in the store and asked that this be remedied twice. For awhile the lattes served from that location where like others, and I found myself treating collegues over the summer without issue, and so my trust in that loctation which is closest to me was reinstated. Well today - after a really difficult week at work - I was so looking forward to my treat, a Starbuck's latte - and stopped at this same location. This latte is the absolute worst one I've ever had to date. There was virtually no coffee - it was simply beige milk. I was too busy to go back into the store to have it corrected, and too dissapointed that this happened, again. I called the store later, and spoke with a supervisor - who literally did not say onw word after answering the phone and saying she was a supervisor. I just purchased a Tuna Sandwich from Starbucks in the Westin Hotel in Sarasota Florida that my son ate on the morning of Saturday Jan 14th. We are here from Toronto for my 12 year old sons hockey tournament. Quarter way through the game he was curled over on the bench with stomach pains. We checked the sandwich after the game and the expiry date Jan 12.
Desired outcome: A full refund and compensation for making my son sick.
Christmas reusable holiday cups pack
I’m at the Starbucks inside Harra’s hotel/casino (1/13/2023), and it’s currently 7:57 here. They cups a wall of Starbucks cups with a sign mentioning $10 off any Christmas cups. I tried to purchase a pack of holiday reusable cups reg priced at $19.95 and the cashier told me that with the $10 off it would be $16 and some change. I asked how when it’s reg price is $19.95. She said that they actually cost $5 more than what’s on the tag so take the $10 off of that “$25” and that’s how she got $16 and change. That makes no sense. I went to Pacific Centre branch G/F Old Bldg. Plaza, Lorenzo Ruiz Binondo, Manila to claim a tumbler nor planner. I was surprised when your barista told me that it's no longer 18 stars to claim. he added that I need more 12 stars. Been collecting planner since 2018 and yet this happened. I also got app and no notification has been provided that you changed the rules.

Barred from store for complaining about service
Few weeks ago, i wrote an email to a Starbuck's district manager in central Ohio and complained about the quality of service and the manners of their evening shift crew in their Bexley location. Tonight, i went back to meet a friend over a cup of coffee after a long abscense and i was surprised by the store manager informing me that i am now on a hit list of non trespassers. when i asked her what that means she said that people on the list myself included are permanently barred from that particular Starbuck's location. The store manager threatened to call the police if i refuse to leave or come back there again. The store manager had no explanation for me except that she had nothing to do with it and that she could call and find out for me.
So, beware customer of the Bexley branch, if you want to be able to buy coffee from that branch and not risk being humiliated by the police do the following:
1. do not complain about the employee's quality of service especially when the fill the wrong order.
2. Do not complain about the quality of the product when one day you get your drink just right and the next day it tastes different.
2. Do not befriend employees and joke with them, they may get the wrong impressions and tell their manager that you make them uncomfortable.
3. Do not complain if you stand in line in most days for 10 to 15 minutes to get your drink.
4. Do not complain if you order online and the App tells you your drink will be ready in 11 minutes then you come to the store and end up waiting another 11 minutes.
5. do not complain when you show up early in the morning on some days and find out the store has not opened yet according to their business hours schedule and then you end up going to work without your morning coffee.
6. Do not complain if you walk into the store on some days and see the floor looking like a mud pit.
7. Do not complain if you see three baristas behind the counter and you and another customer end up waiting 5-10 minutes to get your drink.
8. Do not complain if you and other customers form a line and end up having to get your order taken and prepared by one barista while other baristas are standing behind the counter looking busy or performing some secondary tasks instead of rushing to clear the line. (No sense of urgency)
Just to list a few... How do i know? because i have been a customer of the Bexley store for 16 years and i have seen it all happened to me and countless customers. never complained until recently to find out that now my name is on a list with the Bexley police department for breaking one or more of the "rules of conduct" at the Bexley Starbuck's store.
Some of you reading this review might say "Oh well" he is just venting because he was barred from the store. It's perfectly reasonable for some to think that way, but now that you know that big brother at Starbuck's is watching and if you violate their code of conduct you may end up having an unpleasant conversation with the store manager or the local police.

Timing of order vs actually receiving the order
I recently visited Starbucks after work. I got there about 7:10 AM. I went there to kill some time before my appointment hoping I could sit and relax a bit before it and enjoy my drink. I was wrong. I ordered my drink first then went to the restroom and I figured it wouldn’t be long before I received it. Over half an hour later I finally received my drink. I had no time to then sit and relax a while. The excuse was they had a lot of mobile orders. I get that they might’ve been busy as it often is but it seems no matter how I do it, I can’t win with timely delivery of my order.
My suggestion is to have a separate machine for mobile orders only and have someone working on just the mobile orders so those that go in and oder, receives their orders in a timely manner.
I get that it may take maybe 10 minutes but over half an hour later is ridiculous.
Desired outcome: Streamlining the operation so there’s a separate machine or two just for mobile orders and have someone working only on those so those.
Service
The service at the Jackson California Starbucks is ALWAYS so slow. Today it took 20 minutes to get 2 coffees. The manager here is HORRIBLE and shouldn't be a manager. Never has changed and is always slow. Please get rid of the management here. Rarely nice employees and clueless. Morning employees are rude. Please reconsider management by all costs. Would go somewhere else unfortunately is the only coffee place in town.

Overall experiences lately
Been to Starbucks and usually Love it but the last couple years not so good. Employees always doing the best they can but seemed very over worked! The lid quality and consistency of products not good. Been trying to get a peach tranquilty tea and always disappointed in the answer, No I'm sorry we don't have it and no regular honey available. Please address these problems. Maybe you should do a undercover boss and see what struggles your stores and employees are having on a daily basis. I really don't to see you go out of business because of frequent product shortages.

Red cup day
On 11/17/22 at approx. 2:15, I went to the Star Buck's store located on Lauderdale Ave, in Richmond, Va to purchase a Special Edition Red Cup that was advertised for free for today only with the purchase of a Holiday drink. When I looked online at the cup it showed the Red Cup with the Grinch on the back holding a Star Buck's ornament. I asked the girl if they had the Red Cups and she said yes so I ordered a Holiday drink, paid for it and when I got my drink and Red cup it didn't have the Grinch on it. I asked the girl about it and she said only the unionized stored got them. If I hadn't paid for my drink I would have left it. The unionized stores went on strike today and they closed those stores so nobody got those cups and today was the only day you could get them.
Desired outcome: I would like to get the Grinch Red Cup I expected to get and paid for. Nobody said you had to go to a unionized store to get one. False advertisement.
Turkey bacon and egg white sandwich
On November 13 (I believe). 2022 I went to my local Starbucks to get a drink and a Turkey and Pesto Sandwich but it was discontinued. The server suggested the Turkey Bacon and Egg White sandwich. Whoa. Not a fan. It was gross honestly. Sorry I miss the Turkey Pesto.
The service was good but the product upset my stomach.
Just thought you should know.
Desired outcome: Bring back the Turkey Pesto. Or get another sandwich to replace the Egg white thing.
Customer service
I went to the Starbucks in Vallejo on Friday 11/11/2022 to get some coffee etc. with my daughter and informed them all I had was a 100 bill. They said that was fine when I provided the payment the representative informed me that they could not accept the payment. I asked him why? He stated the bill was fake! I asked him again what? I was so embarrassed as well as shocked.
I was so afraid to use the money and filed a complaint with the local Walmart (I had cashed a check there and this is where I obtained the bill) and was unable to even attend my nephew's memorial in Daly City as I had no money, I started to investigate online what the difference between a counterfeit bill and a real bill would look like and what to look for in the series (1998) Well suffice to say the bill is in fact NOT fake but just old. and so, I called Starbucks they provided me with $5.00 credit on my Starbucks account. BUT I missed so many things this weekend on the pretense that I had no money and being told by a Starbucks rep. that the bill was fake as if I was trying to purchase something with counterfeit money! I feel like $5.00 is not enough to even cover the humiliation that I feel and embarrassment I do not know what I expect from writing this complaint, but I feel so violated I have never experienced something like this before.
