Booked and paid in full for 3 night stay in Puerto Rico months in advance. Had e mail from Stayforlong day before arrival saying hope looking forward to my stay. On arrival at hotel told reservation had been cancelled 2 days before. Had to arrange a reservation directly with hotel at a higher amount. E mailed stayforlong customer service on 20th December but had received no response by time returned from holiday on 3rd January. When eventually managed to get answer on phone from customer service had no apology or explanation for the cancellation. Asked to send copy of hotel invoice and told this would be refunded but refund amount was only for original booking amount. On speaking to customer service received rude response saying that was all they were refunding. Cannot speak to a manager and simply told to e mail [protected]@cs.stayforlong.com
