Sterling Cleaners review: Ruined garment after being dry cleaned

On 03/18/2023, I took my White Pulpit Robe and sash to Sterling Cleaners at 2595 S Hamilton Rd, Columbus, OH 43232 for dry cleaning. The robe was returned pink and the owner denied being responsible for the damage. I returned the robe on 04/24/2023, hopefully, to get the pink removed. He said it was not his fault that the robe turned pink. He also said that he "washed" it the same way he did other white clothes. He refused to compensate me for the damage done to the robe. When I said I was going to be filing a complaint, he and his wife refused to give me their names, and she said she did not care if I made a complaint. The owner and the wife both stated they would not reimburse for the damage to this robe.
