Stillen type 3 wing
I ordered a wing from them a year and 3 months ago and still have not received. They've changed the date 8 times to keep me on the hook and I keep hoping they'll actually send it. I've been out the $817 plus shipping for a LONG time now. Not impressed at all with this company. I'll update if I ever receive my wing. May end up cancelling soon. My car is all sanded down ready for paint.
Recommendation: Wouldn't order from this company ever again!
Impressive Service and Top-Notch Filter for Stillen GEN 3 Intakes
I was lookin' for a dry flow filter for my stillen GEN 3 intakes. Z1 motorsports didn't have the filter I was lookin' for and when I got in touch with Stillen, they helped me out same day to get my package on the way. Estevan was real helpful.
I gotta say, I was impressed with the service I got from Stillen. They didn't waste no time in helpin' me out and gettin' my package shipped. Estevan was on the ball and made sure I got what I needed.
The dry flow filter I got from Stillen was top-notch. It fit perfectly with my stillen GEN 3 intakes and improved the performance of my ride. I noticed a difference right away.
I gotta give props to Stillen for their customer service. They were quick to respond and took care of me right away. It's nice to know there are companies out there that still value their customers.
Overall, I'm real happy with my experience with Stillen. They got me the filter I needed and provided excellent customer service. I'll definitely be goin' back to them for any future car parts I need.

If I were to return the faulty radiator, it would end up costing me a lot of extra money and I would be left without a vehicle for at least a week. Impressive Service and Communication from STILLEN - Highly Satisfied with Kenny!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Kenny at STILLEN and I placed an order for a set of 4 KW coilovers for my Polestar. Kenny mentioned that it might take up to 12 weeks for the order to arrive (like, seriously, what's up with the long wait times these days?), BUT guess what? The coilovers arrived straight from Germany to my doorstep in just about 5-6 weeks. That's pretty impressive, if you ask me!
I must say, Kenny was a pleasure to work with. He was really good at keeping me in the loop and being upfront about everything. Communication was on point, and I appreciate that. It's always nice when you can trust the person you're dealing with, you know? So, kudos to Kenny for that!
Overall, I'm really satisfied with my experience with STILLEN and Kenny. The coilovers are top-notch, and the service was great. Thanks again, guys!

To my dismay, a few months later, the item was stolen from my car. Instead of showing understanding and empathy, STILLEN made the decision to charge me the full price for the item. I attempted to negotiate with them, but they accused me of stealing, which was quite disheartening. This incident, although involving only one individual, reflects poorly on the company as a whole. Moreover, STILLEN chose not to address the issue any further, leaving me feeling disappointed and unsatisfied with their customer service.

I recently purchased a cat back exhaust system from STILLEN and decided to have it professionally installed. However, I encountered a major issue with the product. The pipes were not properly centered and were pushed to the left, resulting in an incorrect distance between pipe to pipe. It was quite frustrating, to say the least.
I reached out to STILLEN to address this problem, but it took them over a month to even consider looking into it. They kept asking for photo after photo after photo, which became quite tedious. Finally, after much persistence, they agreed to take it back and examine the issue. To my surprise, they acknowledged that it was the worst quality issue they had ever come across. They sent me a replacement, which fit slightly better, but it still wasn't an exact match.
Throughout this whole ordeal, I must say that the customer service representative, Mizael, was quite professional. He tried his best to assist me and resolve the issue. However, I cannot say the same for their VP. This individual seemed to be a bit of a coward, always conveniently out of the office or running errands. I never even got to know their name because they were always protected and unavailable.
Due to this frustrating experience and the lack of accountability from the higher-ups, I have decided to never do business with STILLEN again. It's a shame because I had high hopes for their products, but the poor quality control and unresponsive management have left me disappointed.
Extremely Dissatisfied with Stillen's Service: Delayed Delivery and Lack of Customer Care
I gotta say, I'm really not happy with the service I got from Stillen. So, get this, I ordered an Air Intake for my 2014 Nissan Maxima on February 24, 2014, and guess what? It took a whole dang month for it to finally show up on March 21, 2014. Can you believe that?
Now, here's the kicker. When I first placed my order on February 24th, they told me it was on backorder and wouldn't be available until March 3rd. Alright, fine, I can wait. But then, on March 4th, they hit me with another backorder update, saying it won't be available until March 17th. Seriously? I mean, come on!
So, naturally, I decided to ask about getting a discount for all the trouble and inconvenience they put me through. And you know what they said? They straight up told me it was impossible. Can you believe the nerve of these guys? No wonder there are so many bad reviews about this company.
Let me tell you something, as a manager of a customer service organization myself, if something like this happened to one of our customers, we would bend over backward to make it right. We would let them know how important they are to us and do everything in our power to fix the situation. But apparently, Stillen doesn't share the same values.
And you know what? This whole ordeal indirectly reflects on the professionalism of the company. I mean, if they can't even handle a simple order and keep their customers informed, what does that say about their overall business practices?
In the end, all they seemed to care about was getting my money and making sure I eventually received my intake, even if it was a whole month later. Well, congratulations, Stillen, you achieved your goal. But let me tell you, I won't be recommending your company to anyone I know. And I certainly won't be giving you my business again.

I gotta say, I'm a big fan of what Stillen is all about. They sell top-notch parts and offer some seriously killer service for millions of cars. But man, let me tell you about my recent experience with Dean Doan, Shawn Stavis, and Ken. These three dudes really left a bad taste in my mouth and made me think twice about doing business with Stillen.
I mean, seriously, these guys were just plain rude. It was like they couldn't be bothered to take my money! Now, I've dealt with Stillen before and the service was great, but that was over two years ago. Coming back and encountering these three clowns was a real slap in the face. Disappointed with Stillen Front Splitter: Poor Quality and Customer Service
I recently purchased a Stillen front splitter for my 2017 Nissan Maxima. My nephew and I carefully followed the installation steps outlined in the official Stillen YouTube video. However, to my disappointment, the splitter fell off just 5 days later while I was driving on the highway. I immediately stopped to retrieve it, but unfortunately, it was damaged on one side.
The next day, I contacted Stillen and provided them with pictures of the damaged splitter. They explained that due to the heat in Texas, where I live, the primer on the tape did not adhere properly, causing the splitter to detach. They offered me a discount on another splitter, but they were unable to provide me with a new one. I was frustrated because I had spent $360 on the part, only to have it ruined within such a short period of time.
I even showed them the pictures, clearly displaying the tape still on my bumper and the screws still attached to the splitter. However, this evidence was not considered sufficient. I felt deceived and cheated by Stillen. Despite the efforts of the gentleman I dealt with, Dean, who was very pleasant and tried to assist me in every way possible, the President of the company did not support my request for a replacement.
As a result of this experience, I have decided that I will never order anything from Stillen again. I am deeply disappointed with their customer service and the quality of their product. I will also make sure to inform all my friends and acquaintances about my negative experience, so they can avoid similar frustrations.

I've been buying from Stillen for 4 years now. I used to own a G35 coupe and now I have a G37S coupe. Let me tell you, everything I bought for my G35 coupe was absolutely perfect. The Z tube intake, grounding kit, headers, exhaust... you name it, it was top-notch. But unfortunately, when it comes to my G37S coupe, I can't say the same. None of the parts I purchased for it were manufactured with any sort of quality.
Now, let's talk about the Stillen Grille that I paid a pretty penny for. When I received it, I was disappointed to find out that it didn't match up with the front inside fascia of my car. I had to take it to my Infiniti dealership and they had to modify it so that it would bolt on properly. Thankfully, they did a good job and it looks great on the outside. So, I let it slide because of my previous positive experiences with Stillen.
But then came my next purchase - the cross-drilled rotors and pads. I shelled out around $600 for the set, thinking I was getting a high-quality product. Boy, was I wrong. I went through not one, but two sets of these rotors and pads, and both times they were warped. Infiniti tried to follow Stillen's break-in steps, but the runout measurements were way off. Stillen suggested that I try a third set or just drive the second set until they wore in, but I wasn't having any of it. I had already spent $2,000 in labor trying to make them work, so I asked for a refund if the second set didn't wear in properly. But guess what? They refused to give me a refund afterwards.
I wasn't about to let them get away with it. I stood my ground and demanded a refund for their defective parts. They gave me a hard time, but luckily, Infiniti had my back, which gave me a little bit of leverage. Finally, they agreed to give me a FULL refund. I sent the pads and rotors back to them, expecting a refund for both. However, they only refunded me partially and kept the pads. I was left scratching my head, wondering what had happened to Stillen and their quality. It's really sad to see how little they care about their customers now. So, I'm here to warn you all - be aware of what you're getting into with Stillen.
