Stillen type 3 wing
I ordered a wing from them a year and 3 months ago and still have not received. They've changed the date 8 times to keep me on the hook and I keep hoping they'll actually send it. I've been out the $817 plus shipping for a LONG time now. Not impressed at all with this company. I'll update if I ever receive my wing. May end up cancelling soon. My car is all sanded down ready for paint.
Recommendation: Wouldn't order from this company ever again!
Inconvenient and Rude Customer Service Experience at STILLEN Website
I recently visited the STILLEN website (stillen.com) and noticed that they no longer offer the option to request quotes via email. Now, you have to call in to get a quote, which can be quite inconvenient. To make matters worse, the person in charge of handling these calls is extremely rude. It's disappointing to see that the company defends his behavior and allows him to get away with it.
