This company advertises on TV selling extended warranties. As noted in the previous complaint the written documentation is conflicting with the sales pitch. Be very wary of this phony organization. I have contacted the Insurance Commissioner and because these people do not identify who is underwriting them as an insurance company, in thier documentation, I was told they are likely illegal. Details too numerous to mention but an example is thus. They send you different fluids that you must put in your car for your policy to be in effect. When they were asked what is in the liquid, they said it is secret. They also said not to put it in a Mercedes. They sold me the policy and I have a Mercedes! Very bazaar.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am so glad to have read your comment and the comment prior to yours. I was just about to call these folks to get a quote for my Jaguar. Thank you so much for heads up!
I appreciate this site. i saw the TV ad and was tempted to call for info. Sine reading the complaints, I have decided to save what I would probably contribute towards the monthly policy.
I appreciate this site. I saw the TV ad and considered pursuing coverage. Since seeing the complaints, I decided to establish a kitty and contribute funds that I would contribute towards a monthly policy.
They are a black listed warranty broker. Check out our site it will give you all the details you need. www.WarrantyBureau.com
I do believe stoprepairbills.com is a scam because they don't have like a normal address. Plus they pressured me into purchasing a warranty even after i told them i didn't have a job or any type of income. Plus they informed me they don't cover normal "wear & tear" which is what mostolder vehicles like mine, a Mazda Miata 1992 always seems to need a repair. Plus a representative gave me fraudulent address in St. louis, MO but when i googled it, the address came to a Disability Law Group. I tried to cancel the warranty they sold me after I found out about this.
i work for stoprepairbills and i can say it is not a scam and you people are ###ed!
you people are ###ed! i work for stoprepairbills and its def not a scam.. go ahead and pay 1000 or more to fix something on our car idiots! why wouldnt you want a warranty on an old piece of ### car that you know will break down.. duh ok lets pay out of pocket for ### that will cost you labor parts and your time.. SMART!
The BBB has numerous complaints regarding extended warranty companies. False advertisement, with primary complaints being their failure to cover repair expenses/policy doesn't cover. U.S Fidelis is the biggest fraud. NBC featured them and they are a nightmare. The owner is a felon who is building a $16million house in Missouri. Former employees reported being trained to lie.
The lesson learned from this is to purchase an extended warranty at the time you purchase your car. A dealer/manufacturer warranty.
