i am a previous employee of stoprepairbills.com and i have to say that it is a scam...i say it is a scam because what company is there that you have to buy the product today and if you dont buy it by the end of the phone call the product wont be available the next day? a scam...anyway...lets get on the training process they curse at you in training and talk to you like you are not human if it had not been for the child i have i would have never put up with it... you a humiliated in front of the entire company and you are trained to lie and tell the customer anything just to close the sale. i went home each night with a nice checking account balance from my paycheck but guilt in my heart. they sent out memos that curse out the employee when you are not selling well. they forced you to do things such as sit ups and push ups when you are late for work. i personally was fired because i couldnt be at work and had proper documentation to support me being absent. i am receiving unemployment because they had no reason to fire me. on top of that they cheated me out of my last check as they do all employees who get fired. i am still in touch with all the people they fired and we are coming together to file a suit against the company. they have employees that sell drugs at the job and everyone that works there smokes pot or does some sort of drug on the parking lot. anyone who is looking to get a warranty should steer clear from these young, arrogant, get rich quick losers. they are a scam in every word as most of these warranty companies are now days they are taking customers money and not paying legit claims. they tell you that you cant hang up when they customer doesnt want to buy you have to make them hang up the phone on you this is forcing me to harrass someone as well just to keep my job. all the things i did were to keep my job because i needed the money but i shouldnt have been forced to do unlawful and immoral things to make them rich. i plan to take this all the way until they are shut down and i have received proper compensation for my stress and wasted time and defarmation of character.

I really pitty the guy who worked for this company. Im sorry they put you through that. I was just browsing to find out who this [protected] number was. They called me a year ago too find out my car was infact to old which i expected and couldnt cover current damage. Now a year later they called me again but recognized there data and disposition of the call a year ago so why they called me is beyond me probably forgot to put me on their dnc list so they did that today. I feel bad about the employee who was treated wrongly. No employee hould take cursing or physical abuse no matter how much your paid. My sugeestion get a lawyer now before its too late. If you wait to long the case will not be ligitate enouph to process. My thought is that the United States in its self is a scam. I hate this country because America is Greedy and lies. All we do is bully other countries into doing what we want them to do by harrassing them. We help other countries for our own greed but yet cant help employeess that are being harrased by the company in whom they work for. Nor our homeless adults who are struggling to live. Sad Sad world.

I am a previous adjuster for the administrators of the Gold Key Protection Plan. SRB.com sold our policy, we were responsible for approving or denying claims. I can attest that noneya's claim is very likely spot on from my experience of dealing with mutual customers; I would regularly speak with customers and repair facilities that were enraged by the misrepresentation of the policy and run around customer service at SRB.

Throughout my employment as things became more clear, I never could wrap my head around these unethical practices and expressed this to management often. The policy is a reasonable asset... i stress reasonable. It certainly will not rebuild your late '90 model BMW, but I have dealt with many customers that are pleased with their service contract because they have read and understand the product. My constant urgency to steer towards more fair and ethical selling practices may be what ultimately led to my termination.

I will end in saying, congrats! I felt such relief when I was fired on bogus charges... so happy to lose the stress that came along with fighting to do the right thing on a daily basis.
