I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on the status of my pending
refund from Storytel, which I have been waiting for since 06th Aug 2023.
Despite my previous email regarding this matter,I have yet to receive the refunded amount in my account. As a recap, my Storytel subscription was mistakenly charged to my account
even after I had canceled it within the stipulated timeframe. I immediately contacted your customer support team and initiated the refund process.
While I appreciate the prompt response I received initially,I am disappointed that the refund has not yet been reflected in my account.I understand that sometimes delays can occur in processing refunds,but it has now been more than 15 days have passed since my initial contact,and the refund amount of Rs.149/- has still not been credited
back to my account.
I bitterly request that you kindly investigate this matter urgently and ensure that the refund is processed without further delay.
