Regarding being abandoned in Antalya for 2 whole days without being offered as much as a drink of water from this company they repeatedly reply back to my complaint referring to Shy guidelines and block any further correspondence.
Under SHY guidelines I believe a starting point would be Article: 7-(2) possibly Article:8 then most definitely Article:10 i hope you can look into/advise me on what I should do next as this has been dragging on for almost a full month.
I Will be emailing Max Kowanozki as soon as I can find his details this companies treatment of passengers is absolutely appalling.
On the 09-09-2023 we had a couple of flights first flight Izmir to Antalya, second flight Antalya to Glasgow, however the flight from Antalya was delayed by over 5 hours which meant we would arrive in Antalya too late to board our flight to the UK however sun express staff advised us ( myself and my elderly Mother) to board the flight and assured us that the company had been made aware of the late flight yet when we arrived in Antalya the gate was closed and we were left in the airport and ignored for over 30 hours eventually we had to book a new flight on the 11-09-2023.
Yet sunexpress will accept no liability.
