I have complained about missed delivery for 14 weeks
I have complained about missed delivery for 14 weeks . I do not have the solution to this problem until now. Last week I gave a negative review here , but nothing changes about it. My SunSentinel account is locked just to complain it.

2 weeks and still can't get a paper delivery to my 90 year old father!
2 weeks and still can't get a paper delivery to my 90 year old father! Zero customer service. Do they even care about customers anymore? If they want out of delivering newspapers then please just state that fact and not charge your credit card and not deliver!
Your delivery of the newspaper in my Apt.Complex is horrible in Delray Bch. 6 yrs ago 20 papers sent to our building, now 1 only two days week. In the process of 3 months only 5 papers delivered on Sunday. Only And this was w/ letter to V.P.of Publishing. Apt complex are NOT taken care of,and this is were more assisted living is. Absolutely damning.
The Sun Sentinel has not delivered a paper to us or our neighbors for at least four days straight. We have called in and been told a replacement paper will be sent usually within 3-4 hours. No paper ever arrives. The out of country person we end up talking to apologizes, but that doesn't get us the paper. I asked to speak to a manager and was promised they would call back. Needless to say, NO call back. It's bad enough that they charge $3.50 for a daily paper that has been reduced in size to what was about two sections of the paper we got two years ago, but to not get the day old news at all is ridiculous. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Sun Sentinel!
My Sunday 2/27/22 paper was not delivered I called the customer service number. They told me the paper would be delivered Monday morning by 11:30 am. The paper did not come. They told me by 3 pm. The paper did not come. They told me the paper would be here today. No paper. I found out this is outsourced to the Phillipines. No paper. I just get the run around.
I've been having delivery issues for the last 4 months
I've been having delivery issues for the last 4 months. Customer Service has not fixed the problem. Seems like Conteactor delivers when they feel like delivering. SunSentinel Customer Service is horrible. I even spoke with Supervisors and it's the same script "were sorry" and promise they will do the best.
For the last 2 mths our newspaper has been arriving after1 or hasnot been delivered at all not being able to reach someone in the states has been frustrating response is the same when you call nothing is ever done

Same problem for over 2 years! Same robotic answer from customer service! No consequences for not delivering my paper! They don't care! Stupid people in customer service lie lie!
Renewal for digital paper was too expensive so called to cancel it. Customer service gave me a deal for a year and I renewed (credit card) at the new quoted price. Called back when they also charged (credit card) for the old price. Was told once again my subscription was renewed for year at new (reasonable) price. Few months later couldn't access account because subscription ended. Called back and was told account expired. After explaining my story, they "found" my subscription for a year and was told I would be able to access my account tomorrow. I am not holding out hope! This is total misrepresentation by "customer service" and the company. I was correct when I decided to cancel subscription in the first place. They are running a scam with phone workers in another country who aren't accountable.

I ordered the Sun Sentinel digital online newspaper just so I could access a local news report
I ordered the Sun Sentinel digital online newspaper just so I could access a local news report. I tried SEVERAL TIMES to figure out how to cancel online. Is it unreasonable to think that because you placed the order online that you would be able to cancel the same way? You're given a phone number to contact. I've made continuous payments to read one article. I attempted to cancel my credit card online, and it wouldn't let me without creating a new form of payment.

*** advertising, inexcusably poor customer service regarding digital subscription
advertising, inexcusably poor customer service regarding digital subscription. You are lured into an online subscription for a low introductory rate, then a disclosed higher rate. THEN, a non-published 50% higher rate kicks in automatically. Cannot cancel online, only by phone and waiting for an hour on hold. THEN, they try to talk you into a new subscription at the originally disclosed higher rate, and promise that it won't automatically increase. THEN, in fact, it does increase automatically. Unbelievable.

I pay for the Sun Sentinel to be delivered daily and I have been using the Sun Sentinel missed delivery/credit my account for weeks now
I pay for the Sun Sentinel to be delivered daily and I have been using the Sun Sentinel missed delivery/credit my account for weeks now. I may get one or two papers delivered. I do not want the digital version of the l paper, I want the paper in my hands to read. Multiple complaints have been called in to their pitiful customer service line and I get the same response that they will look in to the delivery issue and get back to me. I am beyond livid and those people get an earful of unsavory language from me. They obviously don't care about their readers. I want my money back!

I have had to ask for my digital subscription to be canceled at least 5 times in the last 2 years
I have had to ask for my digital subscription to be canceled at least 5 times in the last 2 years. I last asked in July. I was told it was canceled and I'd get a confirmation email. It took a week to get the email. Looked at my bank statement today and I've been charged July, August, and September and NOPE my subscription is still active! I looked for the confirmation email and I didn't see the part where it said it would be canceled on October 12th and that my credit card information was taken off of EZpay. How, then, did you charge me for that month, August, and September without my express consent? I also wasn't informed over the phone it would take until October to cancel. How ridiculous to make your customers pay for months they didn't want service and didn't utilize it!

I had been a subscriber to the Sun-Sentinel for around 20 years for home delivery
I had been a subscriber to the Sun-Sentinel for around 20 years for home delivery. The pricing for home delivery became outrageous and the delivery service was beyond pitiful. We had a great person for many years and that changed about 8 or 9 months ago. We frequently got wet papers and sometimes never even delivered. So on 12/30 when I saw they had auto-renewed my account for 13 weeks, I called to change my account to digital-only for $15.96/month. They credited what I had been charged on 12/30 except for the $15.96 that would cover January. Then on January 3rd they billed me again $15.96 for January...in other words, double-billed. Then they charged me $15.96 on January 27 for $15.96 for February. I have called and to get someone that actually speaks English and understands what you are trying to explain to them is impossible. Then the person you get just randomly disconnects you. Based on the above, no wonder newspapers are dying! I may file a claim with the Complaintsboard.com.

If I could give the Sun Sentinel a ZERO star review I would. So I've called - I've Facebooked - I've Tweeted - NO PAPER Sunday 3/13/2022 - NO PAPER - Called asked for the Sunday Paper to be delivered on Monday Monday 3/14/2022 - Received Monday's Paper - NO Sign of Tuesday's Paper Tuesday 3/15/2022 - NO PAPER - Called - they delivered at approx 12PM Called - asked for a Credit - Spoke to a Representative assured me that they would take care of the issue Wednesday 3/16/2022 - NO PAPER - Called - asked for a Credit Spoke to a Representative assured me that they would take care of the issue Thursday 3/17/2022 - NO PAPER - Called - asked for a Credit Spoke to a Representative assured me that they would take care of the issue - at this time I asked it to be "Escalated" and for someone to contact me back about the issue. WHAT IS THE ISSUE? an acknowledgement would be nice - Also when I called Customer Service - I can't speak to someone in the Continental US (just in case there is a language issue)

7/17 I was stunned to read my Letter of the Editor emailed to the Sun Sentinel with a completely different subject title
7/17
I was stunned to read my Letter of the Editor emailed to the Sun Sentinel with a completely different subject title. I had a special purpose to list my letter with "Miami Collapse" and the paper changed it for "too many hi-rise condos" which is completely wrong and not to the point. I was not commenting about the quantity of condos built in Miami but the QUALITY. When I complained, *** from the Editorial dept., responded to me that it was 'unintentional". How come that serious mistake happened unintentionally? It is without saying that those staff working in the editorial/publishing department are not skilled enough with the English language and make a difference between my thoughts and theirs. IT CANNOT BE UNINTENTIONAL COMING FROM A NEWSPAPER. That is ridiculous. I should be working there and show them how I can use my English skills to the best.
As for the above, I decided to end my home delivery subscription when it will be due. Reading the news online as most of the population does, would be free even being long time subscriber. Yes because home delivery paper is a luxury item nowadays. One star is too much for that mediocre level of fake news.
Won't recommend that paper to my best friends.

Sun Sentinel Delivery
I cancelled home delivery of the Sun Sentinel on October 1, 2024 and was paid and delivered to mid-October. Cancelation # BS10100833. Since then I was billed for 3months but I called and credit was then applied back to my credit card. I also received a bill to pay for future delivery with several options, which I did not respond. I have also received your paper for a little over a week now. I do not want your paper! Please notify to delivery person and tell him to stop delivering the paper! Also kindly respond to this communication. Thank you.

Delivery problem
At the South Florida Fair, we signed up for delivery on Wednesday and Sunday on 1/20/2024. We received our 1st. paper on Wed. 1/24/2024. No more delivery. Spoke to 4 different customers services reps.
said we are sorry we will credit your account and delivery the paper. One rep said I am paying for the paper on a discounted price. Ok very nice, does not do me any good if I do not get the paper! The fifth person I spoke to a supervisor on this Wednesday morning, no paper. She said I will have the paper delivered to us later that Wednesday. Surprise she lied, no paper.
I left my Infor with #6 rep, who told me no supervisor or managers were working.

Poor customer service
About 6 months ago I started getting billed by sun sentinel. I only noticed when I looked at my bank statement. I never signed up for it. I have no email receipts (I keep all important emails). Once I noticed I went on their webite and cancelled immediately. I was billed again and called customer service. The operator said my subscription hadn’t been cancelled so she cancelled (again). I insisted I never signed up for it and she was very rude and said “oh well”. She told me to mail proof of purchase so I did with an explanation letter. This never got resolved. I would never sign up for a $16/month newspaper that I don’t even read! I am disgusted with customer service and ashamed that they are a local newspaper.
Desired outcome: Refund of 95.76
Suspension of subscription
For almost a decade we have had a Wednesday to Sunday subscription with auto pay through an American Express card. Last week, after not receiving the paper, I was informed by the Sun Sentinel that my subscription had been suspended due to the rejection of payment by AMEX. Apparently this rejection had occurred in June of 2019. Not only was I not informed of...

e newspaper
I have made multiple phone calls to try and get the newspaper delivered to my email account. [protected]@comcast.net. They keep telling me that it will come in the next day or two. This is going on for over a month. I am paying every month to have the paper delivered to my email and I am not getting it. They told me to go to sunsentinel.com to get it for the time being, now I cant get it at all.
Desired outcome: deliver what I am paying for to my email account.
In September I purchased 2 tickets from the crest theatre old school square for $138 for an April 9 concert
In September I purchased 2 tickets from the crest theatre old school square for $138 for an April 9 concert. They refuse to refund the money. In September I purchased concert tickets for $138 from old school square crest theatre for an April 9 concert which did not take place. Crest theatre claims the concert is postponed not cancelled and they do not have an obligation to refund the money. The concert was for April 9, almost 5 months ago. There is no new date for it to take place. I challenged the refusal to refund me with American Express, which is reviewing the complaint. Crest theatre is a non profit but it's directors are stealing money from its patrons by using slick words so that they can keep our money without providing the service. I have had email communication with them and have been brushed off. The transaction id for crest theatre is PT-XXXXXXXXXX. I bought tickets for a specific event on a particular date. I met my obligation- I bought the tickets- the crest did not stage the event when it promised it would. They did not . I deserve a refund not some vague promise of a rescheduled event.

No SunSentinel delivery. I have paid for delivery through a credit card. The customer service is useless, they promise a late delivery but it never happens. Also Im promised a credit when I call the second time, that has not happened. I am a long time customer. Do I need to cancel ?
I am submitting a complaint for the second time in the past two months for the South Florida Sunsentinel delivery of newspaper
I am submitting a complaint for the second time in the past two months for the South Florida Sunsentinel delivery of newspaper. Our paper has not been delivered for the past six days. Our prior complaint was registered in May 2022 for the missing papers of the prior four weeks from April to May. After the Complaintsboard.com investigated in May and contacted the vendor our paper started being re-delivered for approximately 28 to 30 days and then they stopped and now again I have not received the paper since June 6 2022. We have called customer service every day and gone online and register the complaint and submitted feedback in addition and requested someone follow up and get back to us from the south Florida Sunsentinel but no one has contacted us no papers have been delivered and we need to now file a new complaint as the issue and problem has reoccurred please reach out to the Sunsentinel and ask them to contact us at our email address and phone number this is in reference to newspaper subscription for *** at ***.Apartment number 411 J *** thank you

The subscription Sun-Sentinel uses is just absurd. They offer you online subscription, you can subscribe immediately. But guess what? In order to cancel you have to call them. And, of course, they don't answer the phone. I've been calling for 4 days and I always get the voice message: "our call center is closed, please call tomorrow after 7am". Just ridiculous. I've been calling 9-5 since Monday.I just disputed a new charge in my credit card, but the credit card company says they can't help me with the subscription cancelation.
I have a 7-day per week home delivery printed newspaper subscription to the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel. The subscription fee is automatically taken from my personal checking account around every 2 months. I have had to call their customer service department (located somewhere overseas) every day to complain about not receiving my morning newspaper. This has been going on for a long while now. I'm supposed to receive the paper by around 7am and I'm lucky if I ever get it. They always tell me it will be reported to management and corrective action will be taken. This never happens. I have no local/management phone number I can call. I ask for someone from local customer service department to call me. That also never happens. My account is identified by my phone number: *** . All I want is to get what I pay for.Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. Thanks and regards
I have a subscription to the Sun Sentinel newspaper. I have not received delivery of the paper for over a week. Phone calls and texts accomplish nothing. Please help!
I had signed up for sunsentinel over a year ago- they repeatedly raised my rates without notifying me. The most recent rate (116$/2 months) is over 4x the rate I agreed to, and higher than any published rates anywhere on the website- and well above any reasonable range for a newspaper. This is criminal. When I called- I cancelled the service after being pushed to accept new promotional rates- no refund offered- this is classic bait and switch- I would like to be refunded down at least to the highest published rates.
I dont even know where to begin At this point Im ready to give up
I dont even know where to begin At this point Im ready to give up. I have been a home delivery customer of the Sun Sentinel for decades. Within the last five years things have slowly gotten worse. Meaning late newspapers no newspapers and no explanation. The last two weekends when I get my paper Thursday through Sunday I got no paper on Thursday I got both Thursday and Friday paper late on Friday I got no paper on Saturday and I got Saturday and Sundays paper on Sunday. This cant continue. As a working adult I also need to receive the paper before 8:30 in the morning on a weekday which is never the case. Ive tried to ride the waves of their service over the years but this is just gotten to be ridiculous. Why offer a service you cannot deliver? Cant even offer an excuse. The reason that Im filing a complaint is that I have sent a customer service email to them and have heard nothing. With my new *** in hand its pretty obvious that I need to stop the pseudo service I am receiving , as each new *** that I receive rises monetarily with less and less service. Please advise any resolution if you hear from them.Thank You.

Canceled my subscription to the SunSentinel effective 4/13/22 (Confirmation # Z313511). Was told the $91 would be refunded within 5-7 business days. Multiple phone contacts, several with supervisors, in connection with assurances refund would be sent. Last spoke with a supervisor, whose name is omitted for privacy, on June 10, 2022. Despite everyone's assurances, never received the refund.
For the past 2 solid months, I have not once received my Sunday paper. Every week I call. I get told that I would receive a phone call within a certain number of hours (I don't). I am told that I would get a re-delivery (I don't). I am told that I would have credits for the missing paper (I don't, as my next bill doesn't match up with the 8 weeks I have missed). I have been told it would get taken care of (it doesn't). Nobody from the customer service call center knows what is going on. They somehow don't have a local contact number to give me to speak with someone in the states. Email correspondence has been nothing but empty promises. Don't give me the excuse of production or your own delivery issues as I live less than a quarter mile from businesses (convenience stores, Publix, etc...) and they don't have a problem getting their papers. I expect to be reimbursed for my out-of-pocket expenses for the last 8 weeks of having to pay for a retail copy from my Publix at a much higher rate than what I contracted for delivery. I also expect to have a local contact phone number should this issue arise again, which it most certainly will.
This issue has to do with the continued incompetence and unacceptable service provided by the SunSentinel and it's distributors. As I can see from previous complaints, others have made comments and voiced their concerns. This is not the first time there has been an issue with delivery from the distributor with not solution in sight nor any reason for this to continually occur. You have 2 choices. One, you can ask for a credit or two have a redelivery by 11AM which never occurs. The ability to obtain information from their call center is worthless and not able to provide even the slightest reasons.Mere apologies as a response from SunSentinel or a distributor is *** and unacceptable. Corrective measures should be the main concern and an explanation as to why this continually happens. If they are unable to handle the objecive and job supplying news on a daily basis that can be depended upon, then get out of the business. A customer pays for a service which is not cheap and gets an "I'm sorry" as a response from a representative that subscribers have to accept.
I have had home delivery with Sun Sentinel for approximately 10 years, *** always paid on time. As of April 11th, 2022, home delivery stopped. I have called and written to Sun Sentinel a minimum of 10 times and was apologized to and told their distribution management would be notified. Nothing happened. On subsequent calls, I was told the matter was being escalated, still no paper. I have asked if they are stopping home delivery...no answer. They do however keep sending me bills for service I do not receive. Their customer service is the worst and is based overseas. You can't speak to anyone in the US.
No Sunday delivery for the past two weeks
No Sunday delivery for the past two weeks. Assured by Sun Sentinel Customer Service that I would get a delivered copy in the a.m. but never came. I pay for Wednesday/Sunday delivery. Last Sunday (9/6) and today (9/13), did not receive a paper. Contacted Customer Service by 8 a.m. on both mornings and was told that they would escalate it and that someone would deliver a paper to me. Sunday 9/6 no paper received later in day. Monday 9/7 the Sunday paper was delivered to me. Why would anyone want Sunday's paper delivered on Monday morning? Today 9/13 no paper delivered after being assured by Customer Service that I would get one. Their Customer Service people assure you that someone will bring a paper to you when the normal delivery person misses you but obviously this is not the case for two Sundays in a row. I was reminded by their Customer Service rep that of course I can access the digital edition since I didn't get the paper version. If you order a printed version, this is a cop-out to offer you to read the digital version. I believe that they truly do not have anyone available to deliver papers to you when you are missed by the original delivery person.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Since February 2022, I have only received 14 newspapers. The Sun Sentinel is supposed to deliver my paper on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. I have been calling customer service three days a week to report this issue, yet no one from the company has reached out to me to resolve it. Each time I request a redelivery when I call customer service, it fails to occur. Today is Sunday, June 12, 2022, and once again, there is no newspaper. I prefer not to read the paper online and would appreciate assistance with this matter. Recently, I received the new bill requesting payment for the service. Customer service advised me to delay payment of the new bill until the delivery issue is rectified. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years.
This message serves as a follow-up to our previous complaint regarding a recurring issue. Our initial complaint, which persisted for 30 days, concerned the non-delivery of the Sun Sentinel newspaper. After a prolonged wait, the paper was finally delivered, only for the service to lapse once again. This persistent problem leads me to believe that it is time to escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities, as the delivery service is failing to fulfill its obligations within the designated area where the Sun Sentinel is supposed to be distributed.
The company responsible for this service should face consequences for consistently failing to deliver the newspaper, effectively taking money without providing the promised service. We demand a resolution that ensures the daily delivery of the paper, as paid for, without the need for daily calls or online follow-ups. This issue is particularly pressing as it affects a 91-year-old homebound woman who relies on her newspaper. The situation at hand can be considered fraudulent, given that payment is taken without the service being rendered. I am seeking to rectify this problem on behalf of my mother.
I've been a long time subscriber to the Sun Sentinel. Starting in early May 2022, we've had a delivery problem. The paper was either late or not delivered at all. I've called in multiple times. All I get from the Sun Sentinel is apologies and empty promises. For example, on May 19th, I was told someone from distribution will call me within 48 hours. That call has not happened and its been over 20 days. I continue to not receive the service/product I'm paying for. At times I'm told today's paper will be delivered tomorrow. That doesn't happen. If the Sun Sentinel will investigate this, they'll find dozens of calls, requests for paper deliveries.
Very poor delivery. Either late in the day or not at all!
My complaint concerns delivery problems and the neglect in fixing the problem
My complaint concerns delivery problems and the neglect in fixing the problem. Our Sun Sentinel carrier was changed as of July 25,2022. Since that time there have had constant problems : 7/25,26, 8/01 ,08 and 08/15 papers were not delivered . July 31 received wet,08/02 wet, 08/09 wet. With the exception of August 15, I have dutifully contact the delivery department about the problem. Also on August 9th I registered a written complaint direct to the paper.I have been told by two different supervisors, *** and *** ,respectively ,at the out of country call center that credits were in place on my account.August 15 I received my subscription renewal notice without explanation or credit given. The information on subscription prices is complicated. I would like the paper to address and correct my delivery problem ,issue me the credits I deserve and let me know the actual price of the daily print editions and the Sunday print additions that I am paying for minus digital ,which I never use. This complaint would not have been necessary if the Sun Sentinel had a department where in a live representative familiar with delivery and subcrition costs could clarify and correct problems.

I signed up for a digital subscription for a price of $1.21
I signed up for a digital subscription for a price of $1.21. I dont check my statements regularly and just noticed that they have bene charging me $15.96 per month since January. I have called and cancelled, but they said it is what it is on what they have charged me so far. I did not receive any notice of the monthly charge prior to it posting. I did not get any renewal notices and when I go to manage my subscription there is no information on when and how much I will be charged. I called and cancelled this morning, since there is no option to do so online. I was offered a new price of 25 cents a week for 26 weeks which I declined based on principal of being charged almost $80 in six months which apparently nothing can be done about. To me this seems like a bait and switch situation, and if I had noticed immediately would have brushed it off as $15 down the drain, but I'm sure this is happening to many others and frankly it's just dishonest. That's fine if the price changes, but you need to send a notice. The person I spoke to on the phone claims they did, but I get several emails a day from the sun sentinel with news stories etc and have never seen one regarding billing.

Sun Sentinel Circulation Account Number - [protected] ARM Solutions Account Number - [protected] I spoke with Haze at the subscription phone number
Sun Sentinel Circulation Account Number - [protected] ARM Solutions Account Number - [protected] I spoke with Haze at the subscription phone number in April about getting a 12-month Sunday only subscription of the Sun Sentinel for my mother who suffers from dementia. The paper was to start April 4 and I was to pay $103.48 when the bill arrived. An electronic payment of $103.48 was sent on April 14. The paper came for about 1 month and then stopped. I was going to count this as a loss and not order the Sun Sentinel ever again. In February, 2022, I received a bill for $28.11. I do not understand why I received the bill seeing as 1) my mother has not received the Sunday paper that we paid for since May and 2) the 12-month subscription had not expired. I sent a letter disputing the amount along with supporting documents by the indicated deadline. Instead of getting a response to my letter, I received another bill from ARM Solutions requesting payment. I would like the $28.11 debt erased and either 1) a reimbursement of the prorated amount of the subscription we did not receive (11-months - $95.52) or 2) delivery of the Sunday newspaper for the 11 months that my mother did not receive it.
I have been a subscriber to the Sun Sentinel for home delivery of the daily newspaper for over 23 years
I have been a subscriber to the Sun Sentinel for home delivery of the daily newspaper for over 23 years. On Sept. 21, 2021 I paid for a full year in advance. Five months later, March 7 2022, a delivery problem arose and I started receiving the paper only sporadically or not at all. I placed a call each day to customer service and would sometimes get the delivery later in the day, sometimes not at all. Now they have ceased delivering all newspapers in my neighborhood and people are angry. I have made daily phone calls, as have many of my neighbors, and am told the paper will be redelivered, which it is not. I have sent numerous emails, spoken to customer service reps many times, all to no avail. I informed the last person I spoke with that I want to cancel my subscription and I want a refund of 7 months home delivery charges. I was told that the Sun Sentinel will not refund my money, even though I am not receiving the newspaper. I have begged to speak with a supervisor and been assured that someone will call me. I have never received a phone call from anyone from that organization. The bottom line is that they are holding on to the monies paid by hundreds of customers in the west *** area and not providing the product and service as promised.

I purchased newspaper delivery for Wed & Sun
I purchased newspaper delivery for Wed & Sun. I have not received my newspaper in over a month. Repeated customer service calls go unresolved. I recently purchased a subscription for delivery of the newspaper on Wednesday and Sunday. However, I have not received my delivery in over a month. I have gone through their automated service to report delivery issues. They never send a replacement paper. I have called their customer service several times including 12/03, 12/1, 11/18, and 11/05. They say a replacement paper will be delivered. The next day nothing comes. They say they will escalate the matter to the delivery contractor but when i call back the customer service rep has no evidence of the issue being escalated previously. I have asked to speak to a manager. That didn't help at all. It is also shame that they outsource their customer service to a foreign country. I requested to speak to someone at Sun-Sentinel that works locally in Broward county. I told someone would call me locally within 24-48 hours, no one has called. Its not like I live in a remote town. I live in a city with a large senior citizen population that would be their main customer base. As mentioned in complaints by others, they always apologize for bad service but never fix the issue. It is terrible. Sun-Sentinel should be embarrassed by their lack of professionalism and lack of consistency to deliver their product. Account number is XXXXXXXXXX.
