Sunlux is amazing from start to finish. We had an excellent consultation and build for our system based on our past year with the electric company. Everything that followed was on schedule and delivered as promised. We had an excellent project manager that kept us informed of a few schedule changes. (Current state of affairs and rain). The installers were friendly and had great attention to detail. Sunlux delivered everything promised and then some. Highly recommended!

I got my solar stuff from SunLux in the start of 2019. My sales guy, Kyle, knew a lot about the parts of the stuff and helped me pick the right one for my crib. The setup was done real good and took only a few days. SunLux's customer help was also good and answered some questions I had about the stuff. I haven't had any problems with my solar...it's been great. I would for sure tell my buds about SunLux and I already have.

I worked with Adam from SunLux Energy for almost 9 months. He was patient and answered all my questions. My project had a lot of moving parts. We started with a 23-panel system and a new electrical panel. We also needed a new roof (pitched and flat) with radiant barrier and a skylight added. On top of that, we had 2 other vendors doing lots of other work, all of which had to be done in coordination. This was not an easy project for any of us but in the end, everything looks amazing. And seeing my meter running backwards is so satisfying!

Sunlux is amazing! They put in our solar in just 2 days after getting the permit. Erika ***, our Project Manager, is so on top of things and gets things done fast. I had a problem with the power on Friday night after they installed it, so I emailed her at 12:17 AM. The next morning at 8AM, a tech was at my door. I was so impressed with their service! Jerry ***, my sales rep, knows a lot about solar and always texts me back right away. He even took some cool pics of the solar panel with his drone. I wish I could give them 6 stars! I've never had such a great experience with any construction projects before.

I got solar panels from SunLux Energy on 4/18 for my house. I talked to 8 solar companies before choosing Sunlux because they always do good work. They would call me the night before and say they were coming in the morning to start the work. They always showed up on time and worked hard until it got dark. They never took shortcuts and always told me what they were doing. When the city inspector came, he said that Sunlux was the best because they always did it right and never took shortcuts. They have a 30 year warranty that covers everything. I will tell everyone to use Sunlux, Jon.

I recommend SunLux Energy. I almost gave up on my solar project in 2019, but I'm glad I didn't. I went to energysage.com to get quotes and got over 10 quotes. I even signed up with another installer, but the project was cancelled due to issues with my roof. I cancelled because I didn't want to deal with multiple contractors and the unexpected cost. Most installers just want easy installs, but that's not the real world. I all but gave up until 6 months later when I decided to give Sunlux another try. Tracy, my Sunlux consultant, was very responsive to my needs, customized a system that I wanted, and even had a great suggestion on panel placement. The project moved quickly and stayed that way. Jennifer, the project manager, made sure all my concerns were addressed. Even with Covid, the project took no more than 3 months and the bulk of the wait was with permitting. I'm very happy with the overall install experience, pricing, and service. If you have a roof issue like mine, I highly recommend you give Sunlux a try. Highly recommended!

though it took a little longer than expected, the end result was worth it. The installers were great and the work they did was clean and seamless. I also want to give a shoutout to Troy Roofing, who did an exceptional job on my roof. Overall, I highly recommend Sunlux Solar for your solar project. They are a professional company dedicated to customer service and they will not disappoint. Chris and Berlyn were amazing to work with and I am very happy with the outcome of my project.

I have had Sunlux for over two years now. I am extremely happy with their customer service and their prompt responses to emails. I have no complaints and we have no problems doing business with them again.

Sunlux Solar answered all of our questions truthfully. We researched many other companies and they could not answer all the questions. Sunlux provided a very professional service and we would be happy to refer them to anyone looking for a Solar company.

I have considered solar installation for some time now. After making the decision to move forward with solar, I invited 5 solar companies to provide me quotes. Of the 5 companies, only 2 provided full service (roofing work) including the changing of high profile vents to low-profile vents and relocation of vent pipes in order to not have sporadic placement of solar panels. I was interested in uniform placement of the panels without large gaps to skip over vents or vent pipes. The sales rep, Chris was very knowledgeable. He made every effort to answer my questions. Like many other customers, I had many questions and specifics to discuss after our initial meeting. Chris made every effort to call me back and answered all my questions (sometimes even in the late evening because he did want a day to go by without calling me back). Once the documents were signed and the project was underway, the project was handled by the project manager Danielle. Like Chris, Danielle was very responsive. She kept me informed at every step of the project. She ensured I was aware and understood of all the details involved with the particular step in the process we were in. In fact, Danielle even called me to congratulate me when Southern California Edison granted my Permission To Operate. The installers were all very prompt and courteous. Due to rain, the installers had to stop working and gave me what sounded like a heart felt apology for having to stop working. Imagine that, it goes to show the level of commitment and pride in their work. From beginning to end, employees of Sunlux have demonstrated their diligence and commitment to their customers. In turn, Sunlux shines as the solar installer of choice. With employees like Chris, Danielle, and the installation team, I would recommend Sunlux to anyone!

Sunlux Energy installed my solar panels in August . I got a loan for $199 for 162 months, but when I got the bill, it was $203 for 162 months. That's $4 more for 162 months, which is almost $650 more than what I agreed to. I need a refund for $650. I tried calling them in October , but they said the owner was in the hospital. Nobody has contacted me since then.

Sunlux messed up our house real bad. They cut through and took out the top plates of our house. Then they tried to hide it with stucco before the inspector could come. Thank god my husband knows his stuff and caught them. It's been 2 months now and our house is all messed up and open to bugs and pests. Plus, we still don't have solar. They haven't done anything to fix it and they don't seem to give a damn.

SunLux put solar on my roof in May. Warranties go for 20 years. In June, the sales guy messaged me to hit him up with any issues or questions. In July, a golf ball smashed into one of the panels, breaking it. I emailed my project manager, who talked to their customer contact, who opened a ticket for my problem and said they'd get back to me in 72 hours. No dice. My emails got no response. I tried to get more info via email through the sales guy, but he hasn't replied. It's now mid-November, and the company hasn't responded at all.

Sunlux put solar panels on my roof and they said it's under warranty. But my roof is leaking when it rains. Sunlux fixed it before but now they're not answering my emails on their website. I called them many times at but no one picks up. They used to answer and fix the leak, but now they're ghosting me. I don't recommend doing business with Sunlux. Be careful and stay away from them.

SunLux Energy installed my solar panels and I'm happy with the results. I referred my friend, ***, and was told I would receive a referral gift of $500. I informed them during the initial meeting about the referral. My friend's solar has been installed for a while now, and I've contacted SunLux Energy via emails and phone calls about the referral gift. Unfortunately, they haven't returned my calls or emails. I received at least one promotional email from them saying they give $1500 referrals, and I'm wondering if this is just a bait and switch game they play to trick customers into essentially working as free advertisement for them. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of, and I hope the ComplaintsBoard.com can help. Thank you.
