This company will say one thing to you face to face that is filled with lies then revert to charging you a cancellation fee for no reason. Even if you cancel within their three-day timeline policy they will try to send you a demand letter threatening to send you to collections. I advise anyone considering doing business with sun solar solutions to read their contract and be sure you 100% want them to install your solar before signing or you will be subject to their collection practices and receive demand letters and threats.

Its a good company fast and officiant. They will answer questions fairly quickly, however we didnt receive calls for when they were coming or what was happening. I would though recommend them to friends and family that want solar. 4 stars only because of the lack of communication. Also we were promised that the bird net will be installed and we never got it was told we had to wait tell birds started to nest which made no sense. But it was fixed which is good.

From my initial meeting with the sales representative to the team that communicated with me to the install team, it was a great experience! I always felt informed about our progress and the next steps. The expectations for timelines regarding permits, inspections, and installation were realistic. It was an easy and pleasant experience, and I'm glad I waited for the right company. This major investment has left me pleased with my SunSolar Solutions experience from start to finish.

What an awesome experience working with a company that takes pride in their business and their ability to help their customers. It was a flawless experience from beginning to end. *** kept in contact with me every step of the process for my new solar. She was so informative and a pleasure to talk to. The installers were great. They worked till it was done and cleaned up everything. We have recommended this company to *** so far and another neighbor was the one who recommended SunSolar to us. I did a lot of research and met with a few solar companies before choosing Sunsolar. The sales reps were great, very open and honest from the start and delivered on every promise they made since day 1, even paying referral bonuses quickly. Install process took us 3 months from signing to powering on the system which was expected, communication was excellent during that time and every question was answered same day or next day. I wanted to go with a company that does everything in house and these guys have delivered so far. Just powered on our system this week so I will monitor the system's efficiency vs their initial projections but for now definitely a 5/5 star experience for us.

My wife and I had solar panels installed in 2019 and have been beyond pleased with Sun Solar Solutions. They have been nothing but transparent and honest about their presentation, installation process and cost. Our system has been functioning great for the past 3 years, have paid nothing to APS monthly and received a check from APS with our extra credits at the end of each year since. *** was very upfront about everything, very knowledgeable and educated us in what it means to lease a solar system in AZ and we felt very good about the decision we made. The whole process unfolded the way we expected, no surprises and was completed in a professional and timely manner .

So far the service has been satisfactory. Everyone has been very communicative. Even when there was a problem with the upfront pay for the first year of my solar dues, the issue got resolved promptly to my satisfaction. Installation went as planned, though some tiles broke and the replacements were not the same color, which was disappointing. However, the technician mentioned they are placed under the solar panels and are not visible. I was assured by my solar construction specialist that matching tiles will be provided, and I will update if this is not the case. The team was thorough, cleaning up after the installation and keeping me informed about the process and next steps. The inspection by Sun Solar and the city, as well as APS, was expedited. The solar system was operational within 1-1.5 weeks of installation.

My wife and I purchased a solar energy system from Sunsolar Solutions in October. Our sales consultant did an excellent job walking us through the process and communicating realistic expectations. It was about a month and a half from signing the contracts to turning on the power. The system worked beautifully until about June 2022. Thats when our inverter failed and our system was no longer producing electricity. Sunsolar was quick to take action and remedy the situation. It took a couple of months for the warranty process, new inverter shipment and installation. However, Sunsolar calculated the energy we would have produced and gave us a check to cover lost productionwhich was several hundred dollars. With out a doubt this company cares about its customers and stands behind their promises. If youre in the market to go solar, I firmly believe there is no better company to work with than Sunsolar Solutions.

TLDR: They don't guarantee that what they install on your roof will actually produce useable electricity!Here is our experience:Sales person promised 3 months of loan repayment, provided 2.Had 3 different project managers. Poor communication & no clear timeline of when our system would be functional. canceled appointments along the way. Took 4 months from install to get up and running. System was functional for less than a month before inverter went out. SunSolar says we are responsible for the loan although our system didn't produce electricity for our house for a full month. They "aren't responsible for manufacturing defects," even though they chose the manufactures.We were told someone monitors our system and they would fine tune, but we had to bring the loss of production to their attention after a full work week of no solar.Furthermore, if you leave any negative feedback, they will block you from their *** page. The supposed owner contacted me on *** regarding my *** review and did nothing to resolve our situation. Apparently this is their business model: use subpar parts and provide bad customer service. Find another company.

I signed up with Sunsolar Solutions in August. They scammed me and overcharged me and are now trying to charge me $4,300 to get out of it or they are going to send me to collections IMMEDIATELY. They sent someone out to my house in September because they had to check my appliances. They turned the *** temp way down and then turned on everything in the house simultaneously for AN HOUR. I later found out that what they were actually doing was manipulating my usage. Apparently the system they sold me was so oversized that APS would never have approved the solar considering the energy that my house uses. Now, I am trying to cancel my contract and they are saying that they are going to charge me $4,300 to do so. They are also saying that they are going to send me to collections (without a breakdown of where this $4,300 is coming from) immediately, threatening my credit. Now, to try and prevent me from cancelling, they are willing to reduce the price of the system by $3,000 which is admitting that they were ripping me off in the first place. Stay away from this company. They ripped me off with my system size and price and now they are trying to rip me off for not wanting to be a part of their poor business ethics. STAY AWAY.

Based on my husband's experience, he recommends to exercise caution when considering this company. The sales rep, who is an employee of SunSolar, falsely advertised that we would have a 10-day cancellation instead of 3-day. Besides that, when we had to cancel due to other issues in the home, the rep became unresponsive and after repeated attempts to get clarification, I reached out to SunSolar directly and went through another two to three weeks of back and forth where it was frankly very difficult to get them to email me back. Almost all communication was verbal, and even after I requested that they email as I also work during the week, they insisted on calling. This made it much more difficult to keep a record of what they claimed throughout the process, and has caused quite a headache, not to mention that this was probably in hindsight a purposeful tactic to avoid having anything on paper or record. For such a huge investment on your home, it is probably not worth contracting with a company who is anything less than completely transparent--to this day we never received a clear answer as to what services or paperwork were accomplished that necessitates the cancellation fee when no work was started or done (due to pending roofwork). There is a clear lack of communication as occasionally some project person reaches out asking for updates--we have deferred responses until we can get legal clarification. While the company people are friendly, based on this experience, my husband and I cannot in good conscience say they are completely honest.

Destructive & dishonest.On July 7, 2022, I entered into a purchase contract with SunSolar Systems (***) for them to furnish and install a 12.05kW solar panel system in the amount of $36,423.18. The payment terms are:1. $2,000.00 at the time of the contract execution 2. $16,711.58 on receipt of the *** & the Authority Having Jurisdiction (***)3. $16,711.59 due when installation is complete & the system has passed inspection by the JHJ.4. $1,000.00 final payment due upon commissioning by the *** We have heretofore made payments 1 (July 7, 2022) & 2 (July 25, 2022). By about 8/17/22, *** started the installation. The installation took 1 day. There were two notable incidences concerning the installation:1. According to the ***, the breaker that *** supplied was defective.2. According to the ***, about *** roof tiles were broken. Within several weeks after I complained multiple times to the Project Specialist & the president of the company, SunSolar Solutions finally hired an electrical contractor from a different company to install a good breaker.Not long after that, *** sent their roofing contractor to replace the broken tiles. As it turns out, the roofing contractor stated that there had been about 400 roof tiles that were broken & that he only brought 100 tiles. Over the ensuing weeks, the Project Specialist assured me that the roofing contractor would replace the tiles within a weeks time. A couple of weeks after that, the Project Specialist told me that they were unable to immediately locate the same tiles & had to backorder them and that it would take 3-4 months to get them. In the meantime, we have had heavy rains, winds, and the *** sun deteriorating the exposed underlayment. This has voided my roof warranty!*** is demanding that I make payment# 3. But I am reluctant to because even though the *** approved the solar system, he also left a correction notice regarding the missing r

Horrible service, great salesmen, had interruptions, and another salesman stopped by to provide a proposal. I was interested in solar energy and compared several vendors' offers. Sunsolar had a convincing salesman and an appealing installation method, so I chose them. After ironing out details, the solar installation was quick, but the inverter was delayed due to supply issues. Despite the delay, I had to start loan payments for an unusable system. When the inverter finally arrived, it turned out to be faulty, causing me to pay both the solar loan and high energy bills to APS. Customer service initially assured me everything was fine, but later admitted the inverter was malfunctioning. The system failed to alert them, and they only learned of the issue when I called a second time. A replacement inverter was installed, but my app still shows no power production. They're also slow to reimburse me, which is frustrating given their efficiency during sales. I'm paying over $500 a month while dealing with these issues.
