To whom it may concern:
Last year, my partner and i took a flight out of Toronto to Cuba ( Varadero ) on the 25th of December 2022. Our flight was delayed for almost 16 hours, our bags ( 3 ) never made it to our final destination. So, for 10 days we had no bags. That morning on departure, they charged me $70.00 CAD for an extra bag, even knowing that none of the bags would be loaded onto our flight. There was an airport disruption with doors freezing in the baggage area and bags couldnt be loaded, at least that what we were told.
We got no hotel that morning, no food vouchers or anything to help us out. Basically, it was " you're on your own.
Not the greatest Customer Service.
I have been flying Sunwing for 15 years, every year. I expected more from your company than what we received.
I again booked with Sunwing this year ( Booking #[protected] ) and want the extra bag fee that i paid in 2022 onto this reservation.
