suorinusa.com is a total ripoff. They charge way too much for shipping, and you gotta buy a lot just to get it. Plus, their stuff is garbage. Don't waste your money here.

I spent like $80 on a vape, coils, and juice from SuorinUSA. They sent me an email saying they got my order, but then they never shipped it. I waited a week and then I emailed them asking what was up. They said Covid-19 was slowing things down and they'd send it that day. But they didn't. I emailed them again a week later and they never even replied. I looked at other reviews and it seems like lots of people have had the same problem. This website is a total scam, don't waste your money! It's crazy that they're the second result when you search for "Suorin". Wish I'd done more research before I bought from them. Don't make the same mistake I did, go somewhere else.

I bought a Suorin Drop Kit for $29.99 from this website, thinking that since Suorin is a European company, the US warehouse would ship to me faster since I'm also in the US. But when I tried to purchase the product, the website's server timed out. My transaction still went through, but my account was never fully created. After a few days of not receiving an email confirmation or a receipt, I reached out to their email. (Whenever a business only has an email to contact, that's a red flag!) I got an immediate response from someone named "Tom" who said they were waiting for my age verification as required by US federal law. The website required age verification upon entry, like every other 18/21+ website, so I found that unsettling. I told him this, but I still sent a redacted photo of my driver's license anyway. After waiting a week and sending two more follow-up emails without a response, I had no choice but to contact my bank directly to dispute the transaction. It's disappointing, to say the least, but I hope this review helps someone decide against buying from this company.

I ordered products from this company's website. They never shipped it and will not respond to emails. I ordered a few items from Suorinusa*** on March 26th. My order number is XXXXXX and my total was $52.34. They sent an email asking me for a picture of myself with my Identification card, which I complied with and sent. On March 30th I received an email stating my items would be shipped that day, but no tracking information was given. I emailed them to ask for my tracking number on March 30th and received no response. It is April 6th and I have yet to receive any communication from this company nor have I received any products.

I purchased from Suorin USA at the end of April and have not received my package yet, according to the confirmation page; it never shipped. I paid the amount of around $52 to this side for two items. As instructed. I sent in a picture with my face and ID held next to it. After I sent that, I got no confirmation that they received that until I emailed them myself in which they said my order will ship on Friday May 11th, which was false. I've seen numerous emails to this business as this is the inky was of contact and I'm not getting an answer. The last time I was able to get a reply back was over 10 days ago.

I then demanded I'd be refunded as they had told me my order had been shipped and clearly it had not been and they had already accredited my debit account the same day I placed the order which was April 21st. I have not heard back from their support team since May 11th.

After placing my order on 4/21 SuorinUsa sent me a email asking me to confirm my order, but they had already confirmed it and charged me for it. At first I thought nothing of it and followed the instructions, but after a day of no response or shipping information being provided I asked for them to cancel my order. I sent 6 additional emails, one every morning and night, to make sure they saw it, each one including my contact information and order number. There has not been a response to any of them or a change in my order.

On the same day, per their age verification policy, I sent an email referencing the order number and included a selfie holding my driver's license. I have sent the same photo on two previous occasions and always received a response indicating that the photo was acceptable and the order was being shipped. Finally, on May 13, at 7:54 a.m., I sent another email that explained the above and asked that my money be refunded. I have received no response. The status of the order online says "unfulfilled."

Company never sent item I ordered 3 weeks ago and they keep ignoring my emails attempting to fix a messed up order. First issue arose on 4/16. I ordered two of the same item, and when it arrived I was met with one correct item and then another item that is nowhere near equal value of the item I ordered. I had to email them twice just to get a response out of them 2 days later asking for a picture of the items and receipt, which I sent them, only to sit for a month of no responses to my issues. Then I ordered another product from them on 5/03. Then two weeks go by and my item still hasn't been shipped, not has my first issue been resolved

Still waiting for a refund. I placed an order a while back on 2/2. I was in the process of moving to a different address and I sent an email to cancel my order at 2/11 when the order was taking 9 days to ship and still hasn't shipped yet. I got an email back on 2/13 saying that they would cancel the shipment and refund my order within 1-3 business days. On 2/19 I get an email saying my package was being delivered I sent another email on the same date asking why it wasn't cancelled and I why am I still being charged. On 2/21 They replied saying it was a mistake from their end and have asked me to send their package back when I no longer live in the place I used to. On the same day I replied saying that I no longer lived at the same building. On 2/24 I was told that my order has been "cancelled as per our policy, the refund will reflect in 1-3 business days." Why do I have to return a package I never received when I was told that the order was cancelled and that I would get a refund more than a week ago? To this day I still haven't received a refund.

It is now May 4th and I have not received my package and despite reaching out multiple times via email (their only form of contact listed on their website), I have not received any response back. The only time I ever got a response back was the first email about my order being shipped on the 13th. I have repeatedly asked to be given my tracking number and for help figuring out where my package went or to get a refund, but all attempts have been futile. I have reached out to USPS to figure out how to find my package or get a refund that way, but without a tracking number for my package it is much more difficult.

I bought a Suorin Air Plus on March 12th for $60. After minimal use, the bottom plastic cover detached. I've also had the Suorin Vagon and Suorin iShare, but they don't retain value. The new Suorin Air Plus, which I splurged on, disappoints me like past vapes because it seems the design and layout lack effort.

I purchased an item on Suorin USA's website. They charged me, took my money, and never shipped my product. On Monday April 27, I purchased a few Suorin Drop cartridges from Suorin USA's website. I then provided an email with a photo of myself and my ID, to prove that I am 21+, per their instructions. They advised I would be receiving a confirmation via email when my order has shipped. They billed my credit card, and I paid for the product. A few days went by, still no confirmation that it shipped. I emailed their customer service multiple times and received absolutely no reply. My credit card company provided me a customer service phone number for Suorin. I called, and the line is dead. Now, a week has passed, and I purchased this product elsewhere. I have emailed their customer service a few times now, and have received absolutely 0 replies. There was no "estimated delivery time" on my order. They told me I would be notified, and I never was. As far as I'm concerned, this company SCAMMED me illegally. They took my money and never provided me the product that I purchased. I will take legal action if need be. Right after the purchase they already took the money out of my account before they even verified that I was of age.Which already sent red flags.
