I took out a month to month contract with Supersonic, I cancelled a few months later because I had taken out a contact with Vuma for fibre. Later I moved house and in that particular area they didnt have fibre available so I opted for Supersonic again seen that I have used there services previously with no problems. I was paying the monthly fees and one day I had no service and called Supersonic to query. and to my surprise I was paying the bill but the payments were allocated to the old account I had before I cancelled and replaced with fibre. I have queried this with Supersonic (Shiehaam) with no resolution and today I received a letter of demand from some attorney demanding payment. I requested a data usage statement from supersonic previously, showing that I used the data with no success but I they have managed to hand me over and now I received a letter of demand.
