I was hired by Wirestock Inc. to create 50 illustrations, which could be either 3D artwork or traditional illustrations, with a 10-day deadline. I completed all the work according to their guidelines and delivered it within the specified timeframe. After submitting the work, Wirestock began rejecting my illustrations, claiming that they should have been in 3D, despite no such requirement being clearly communicated upfront. I requested the contract for clarification, but the company refused to provide it and falsely claimed they were deleting my account.
Additionally, Wirestock has now accused me of using AI to generate my artwork without providing any concrete proof, despite my providing extensive evidence that all the work was created by me manually. They only partially paid me for 6 sets, out of the 50 illustrations, even though I completed all 50 drawings.
This refusal to honor our agreement and their unwillingness to provide full payment for the work I delivered is unacceptable. I am seeking full compensation for the completed work, as per the original agreement, which was $450 for the 50 drawings.
Claimed loss: $450 (full payment for the illustrations)
Desired outcome: Full payment of $450 for the 50 illustrations as agreed upon originally.
